Sina Suites is an amazing venue. Beautifully landscaped with a pristine pool - the grounds are stunning. The suite is roomy with access to a mid-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 0 Wand silverware/dishes. The furnishings are excellent- with premium bedding that was so comfortable!

Situated at the north end of the hotel zone, tucked away in a semi-residential area, it was quiet and also convenient to the party zone with maybe a mile walk. Cabs, Uber and bus are plentiful. The hotel let us check in at noon without any issues. The management and staff were super friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a couple 1. The pool is shallow but very relaxing, many lounge chairs around. You are not allowed to bring food or drinks to the pool. The smoking area behind the bar area had a relaxing view of the lake and we hung out there for hours.

Clean room, spacious - if you get the Jr Suite, it has a separate living/dining room and a galley kitchen with full sz fridge/freezer. Beautiful walkways lead you to the pool, lagoon, and dockside bar. Very quiet & peaceful setting - perfect if you are in Cancun for a relaxing vacation. Not a party hotel - go elsewhere if that is what you are looking for. Adults only, no children running or screaming. Front desk staff friendly, helpful, and speak good english. Also - I used Uber to get around (not expensive here), but the cancun public bus picks up 2 blocks away on the main road. Loved it here - I'll be back!

We stayed in a suite of two large rooms with a view of the Laguna. It was very quiet, the staff served us perfectly, breakfast by the water, the pool very clean, cleaning daily, comfortable parking right outside our accommodation, very close walking distance to a mini market, gas station, restaurant, and 5' with Uber from downtown Cancun at a cost of 4-5$. Next to the ports (5'-8') that depart for all activities (Isla Mujeres, Captain Cook, Hip Hop, speedboat, jet ski, etc.) Highly recommended!

It was an amazing stay - adults only - a great apartment- wonderful staff (every single one of whom were friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful) and a fab location - not immediately on a beach - but a lovely hotel pool If I am ever in Cancun again I WILL return - can’t recommend highly enough

Excellent property with wonderful staff. Very quiet and safe. Short walk to public transportation and or about a 15-17 minute walk to Caracol Beach area with shops and restaurants. On-site restaurant/bar was a nice option to have. Food was also pretty good. The property grounds are very clean. The pool was immaculate (though the water was very warm but that’s not a reflection on the property). Would definitely return.

highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet stay with good wifi some extremely tiny ant-like bugs and a lizard found its way into my apartment. the ants will swarm your food if you don’t cover it or leave it out. the lizard was chill

The place looked very different from the photos posted on Expedia. The pool was okay but the rooms were outdated, poorly maintained and even dirty. And, we stayed in Luxury suites. It takes up to 30-40 minutes to get to the main beach areas in Cancun. There is a very nice bike lane which I wish I knew. There are not many good restaurants around that area but it takes 15-20 minutes to get in nice restaurant zones. Overall, staff were very nice but wouldn't stay there again.

It was great aside from the ants and bugs. The price was preferable. However the location was a tourist spot and the restaurant near by they charged American prices as if you din in a 4 star restaurant.

Sina is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel - it is meticulously clean, quiet, and a short, easy walk from the dental clinic. We swam daily in the pool and ate several delicious meals at the reasonably priced outdoor cafe. All of the staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. Pictured is the shrimp kebab - it was so good!

Very clean and comfortable. We shared a two room suite with our adult kids as a final stop before returning from Mexico. It was spacious and attractive with a great view over the pool and lagoon, A quiet oasis in the craziness of the hotel strip. Would book again.

I liked almost everything about sina suites, the restaurant they have there is very very good, from breakfast to dinner! The staff were very polite, and courteous. The only thing i was not a fan of was the ants. They were in my kitchen area and the bathroom. Other then that its a great little place to stay for a few days

The staff is wonderful especially Abigail. The suites are big but only AC in bedroom and AC needed in living room area. One of the beds mattress sinks in the middle and should be replaced. The suites need updated, painted etc. Not much in walking distance but it was very affordable.

Very nice place! Small and quaint. The food at the restaurant was very good. The rooms are very clean, but have a very strong odor of bleach. We had to air out our room for about two hours before we could go in. The beds are extra firm if you like that feel. I prefer something softer with a pillow top.

Loud at night, can hear all the conversations from the rooms around us and from people in the outdoor pool. Awoken multiple times in middle of the night. Lighting in the room was incredibly dim. WiFi did not work for 2 days straight. The few positives: very friendly staff and free water.

for the price, this was good value. the room was huge! I could have fit 6 people comfortably. beds are comfy. not too hard. not overly soft things were clean. there's a kitchenette, big fridge. my one complaint would be that the windows creak when blown by the wind. oh, and you need to bring shampoo here. they only provided soap. i didn't have much interaction with the staff other than the check in which was pleasant enough. water station in the lobby is nice. wifi is solid. hot water took a while to get to me but eventually got there.(had me worried for about 2 minutes ha!) there's a gas station with a convenience store open all night within walking distance which was convenient when I woke up after a long day of travelling in the middle of the night! there's a strip of small food shops right next to the gas station. the burrito I had was pretty good! for those who golf: pok ta pok golf course is not kept. it's open though I walked the course by entering an open gate when I went to the food shops for dinner. it's a nice walk and I saw a golf cart in the distance but the greens I saw were horrible. there wasn't even a cup in the hole. :( oh well another plus is uber actually worked at this hotel. maybe I got lucky. at bigger hotels I'm guessing likely would not work as there's a guard at the gate. taxi on whatsapp wanted 400 pesos to get to Iberostar. uber? 159. sheesh! overall a nice stay. i could see myself making this a base if I come back in the future! thanks!

Der Start/die Ankunft war etwas holprig. Bei der Buchung beschreibt Hotels.com die Junior Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer der Hauptpunkte für die Auswahl, da ich mit einer Bekannten reiste. Das wurde mir auch telefonisch vom Customer Service bestätigt. In der Unterkunft angekommen, gab es nur ein Schlafzimmer. Der Aufpreis für eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern war höher als der Preis, den wir bezahlt hatten. Die Einrichtung hatte schon rechte Gebrauchsspuren/Schrammen. Beim Empfang wurde uns gleich mitgeteilt, dass man das Papier keinesfalls in die Toilette werfen darf; das war bei meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten in Cancun in keinem anderen Hotel so gewesen. Das Wlan funktionierte bei der Ankunft weder in der Lobby noch in der Suite, das liege am Wetter, wurde uns gesagt (bestes Wetter, windstill). Am nächsten Tag käme ein Mechaniker. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt fragten wir uns wirklich, wo wir da gelandet waren. Danach schätzten wir die ruhige Lage, trotzdem nah zur Bushaltestelle, die Küche mit Möglichkeit, das Frühstück und Snacks dort einzunehmen, die Gartenanlage (Pool jedoch kälter als Meer) und die wirklich freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Wir verbrachten schöne Ferientage mit einem guten Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.
Der Start/die Ankunft war etwas holprig. Bei der Buchung beschreibt Hotels.com die Junior Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer der Hauptpunkte für die Auswahl, da ich mit einer Bekannten reiste. Das wurde mir auch telefonisch vom Customer Service bestätigt. In der Unterkunft angekommen, gab es nur ein Schlafzimmer. Der Aufpreis für eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern war höher als der Preis, den wir bezahlt hatten. Die Einrichtung hatte schon rechte Gebrauchsspuren/Schrammen. Beim Empfang wurde uns gleich mitgeteilt, dass man das Papier keinesfalls in die Toilette werfen darf; das war bei meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten in Cancun in keinem anderen Hotel so gewesen. Das Wlan funktionierte bei der Ankunft weder in der Lobby noch in der Suite, das liege am Wetter, wurde uns gesagt (bestes Wetter, windstill). Am nächsten Tag käme ein Mechaniker. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt fragten wir uns wirklich, wo wir da gelandet waren. The management is so unprofessional. They didn’t manage to have the room that had booked even though I made the booking like a month before arrival. They gave me a bigger room but they asked me to move out after one day though. When I told the receptionist that it’s inconvenient for me to keep packing and unpacking and it’s not my fault that the didn’t have my room on the day I arrived, he started yelling some racist words. Then the owner of the property had to meet me and ask me to move out from my room. Totally inconvenient. The owner and the other person in the reception (the lady) were friendly and respectful anyways. The restaurant is not the best thing. The food wasn’t so good and it’s overpriced. You can get much more and better taste outside for the same price.

They were painting in the unit next to me my whole stay. They did not give me the option to move. My roof was leaking in the bathroom of unit #133. They did not try to rectify the situation. The desk clerk Adrian had an attitude with me while explaining my situation. I did not have a pleasant stay.

This is a great hotel! Abigail and Monserat at reception are fantastic -rooms are spacious and comfortable and. So well cleaned by the great staff! Breakfast is also great and Diego was excellent. The bar overlooking the lagoon is perfect and the cocktails are amazing- try the Ron Punch. So pleased we chose to stay here, you can reach the main area of Cancun and beach easily via bus or Uber. Such a beautiful place and the pool area is fantastic too.

Staff are all great and very helpful- especially reception and Abigail. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and we loved the location, very peaceful but easy to reach downtown Cancun. Highly recommend the great property and would definitely stay again, Pool area is love and views fantastic. Great value too.

Despite a minor problem with check-in, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the service was excellent. There was a small problem with payment as my arrival was delayed and the payment card therefore wasn't present when my travel companion tried to check in. This issue was resolved but I then found I was unable to use the payment card stored on the website as Amex is not accepted. If I'd known this in advance I'd have given 5 stars across the board.

We had a fantastic stay at Suites Sina. The room was very spacious clean, and quiet, and the on-site bar/restaurant was great. The pool was very clean and everyone was very friendly. We wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Abril S. Nava. Ramos who went out of her way to assist us, from helping us navigate the area to even booking us a cheaper Uber to the airport. If we're back in Cancun we will absolutely stay here again, thanks for your hospitality!

Restaurant was beautiful by the lagoon. Amazing pool and roof terrace to sunbathe on. Quiet and peaceful location. Would defiantly recommend. Came as a solo traveler and felt very safe and welcomed. We stayed in a suite of two large rooms with a view of the Laguna. It was very quiet, the staff served us perfectly, breakfast by the water, the pool very clean, cleaning daily, comfortable parking right outside our accommodation, very close walking distance to a mini market, gas station, restaurant, and 5' with Uber from downtown Cancun at a cost of 4-5$. Next to the ports (5'-8') that depart for all activities (Isla Mujeres, Captain Cook, Hip Hop, speedboat, jet ski, etc.) Highly recommended!

Lovely suites in a quiet location so a good sleep is guaranteed. Beds and ben linen were top notch. Nice pool overlooking the lagoon A bit out of the way and about a mile or so from the noisy strip with all the clubs and bars but walkable. A little arcade with local restauants and shops just 5mins away too. Would recommend.

Thank you for providing a room with a wonderful view that made my 1.5-week holiday in Cancun especially comfortable. Unlike the busy, flashy hotel zones, this hotel is set slightly off the main road, yet still offers excellent access to downtown Cancun and various beaches. The location is excellent. You can go to the bar area or to downtown 20 minutes in either direction. Also, it’s a quiet place and you can eat overlooking the lake which is quite nice. Finally it’s a 10 minute walk to catch the bus

We spent two night, coming from Canada. We had a great relaxing and so peaceful. The staff were amazing, the ladies at the front. The owner came out to greet us. I have a disability issue, they upgraded our room to a ground floor suite. The food was delicious, Romero at the restaurant/Bar was such a lovely man. Great service, super friendly and does his job amazingly well. And we were fortunate enough to see Pepito sunning on his dock. 🐊 that was awesome. We will see you all again in April 💕 Leah-Anne & Rick Canada 🇨🇦

I stayed at Sina Suites while getting dental work done in Cancun and really enjoyed it. The rooms are more like little apartments you get a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a decent fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink (just no stove). There’s also a nice balcony to relax on. I noticed the pool is cleaned every day and there’s a small restaurant right by it. You can even get room service for no extra charge. The food was actually really good — I liked the burgers better than McDonald’s, and the burritos and fajitas were great too. There’s also a tiki bar with plenty of seating, and a dock where you can sit and take in the view of the Ferris wheel and the lights from La Isla across the water at night its a really nice spot to unwind. The staff were super friendly. Ramiro stood out he was very helpful, honest, and just a good guy to chat with. If he’s working, you’ll be taken care of. For the price, this place is a great deal compared to the big resorts. Only downside was the Wi-Fi can be spotty at times, but it usually comes back pretty quick.

Sina is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel - it is meticulously clean, quiet, and a short, easy walk from the dental clinic. We swam daily in the pool and ate several delicious meals at the reasonably priced outdoor cafe. All of the staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. Pictured is the shrimp kebab - it was so good!

It is a heavenly outdated small complex. It is a good 20-25 min walk to the small beach. The large beach is 2.2 km away. There is nothing going on in the complex - nothing at all. You can eat well in the restaurant if you are prepared for very slow service.

Excellent property with wonderful staff. Very quiet and safe. Short walk to public transportation and or about a 15-17 minute walk to Caracol Beach area with shops and restaurants. On-site restaurant/bar was a nice option to have. Food was also pretty good. The property grounds are very clean. The pool was immaculate (though the water was very warm but that’s not a reflection on the property). Would definitely return.

Sina Suites was the best possible choice I could have made for staying in Cancun. What a beautiful family-owned property. Immaculate check-in, quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the bus and ten minutes walk from the most beautiful beach, a beautiful view of the lagoon, friendly staff and great breakfast seating area with a view. The bed in my absolutely huge suite was comfortable and clean with a great kitchen and only a few minutes to walk to the store to stock up. Outstanding and where I will stay again!

Honestly this was one of the loveliest places I stayed in Mexico. I’d been at another hotel in the Hotel Zone and was close to staying there but I’m so glad I didn’t. Compared to the other properties Sina was charming, well maintained, clean and positioned perfectly for a short walk into the chaos. Honestly this was one of the loveliest places I stayed in Mexico. I’d been at another hotel in the Hotel Zone and was close to staying there but I’m so glad I didn’t. Compared to the other properties Sina was charming, well maintained, clean and positioned perfectly for a short walk into the chaos.
