Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked two tours through them and it was very nice!! The rooms are very cozy and very clean!!! The staff does an amazing job in cleaning the rooms. They have a restaurant as well you get 15% discount for being a guest at the hotel. I think it’s in a great area. Walking distance to majority of the things and i love that it had parking included!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Colibri Beach. The location is right in the center of Playa Del Carmen. Located one block off Calle 5 (the main pedestrian shopping street). There are a few nice swimming beaches within blocks of the hotel. The free breakfast on the beach every day was fabulous, and a really nice start to our day. We also liked the hotel bar, and their daily drink specials, which are very reasonably priced. I had one of my favorite drinks of the trip here (Their Caipirinha) On the weekend they had live music in the afternoon and it was a really nice spot to hang out. L The only negative is that there are 3 very large clubs down the block which play very loud music. On the weekends it went late, until about 3am. Our room was located in the middle of the property, and we tend to stay out later, so this didn't affect

The staff was the kindest ever, they helped with everything. On checkin they communicate with you via whatsup and you can ask reccomandations even when out and about in town. Top marks to Hector at the desk! They don't have many places for cars just by the entrance but we left the keys with them and they kept on moving it as needed. Yet the car was available there and then when we needed it. Wonderful breakfast by the seashore, great fruit and delicious pancakes, possibly some of the best pankakes ever actually.

The hotel is an amazing hidden gem. It’s comfort and a very convenient,fun area. I wonder if I would miss a pool and I did only because the seaweed made it impossible to swim in the ocean or lay beachside. But this was at no fault of the hotel. I felt very safe at the hotel and the area. The restaurant and the free breakfast were out of this world. The bar staff could be a bit more attentive. The hotel and room were very clean. I especially the the balcony with the chairs in the hammock. Having a street view was amazing for people watching.

Absolutely beautiful property. Conveniently located to Fifth ave and right on the beach. Our reservation included daily breakfast which was delicious and service was exceptional throughout the hotel. Only downsides are the bathrooms could use a renovation and the nearby nightclubs can be quite loud at night but neither were huge deals.

It’s a very cute boutique ish hotel in the heart of the playa del Carmen tourist area. Very green. Value for money completely. Thought the rooms are small and with no views, they are comfortable and have all amenities as one would need. The cherry on the cake is the front desk lady Alma. She can do anything and everything and is your go to person. One tip: they are tied to the lido beach club where food is excellent. But little on the pricey side and service is kinda mediocre.

Excelente opción, zona muy segura incluso de noche, se puede tomar un bus ADO en el aeropuerto y caminar desde la terminal en 5ta Ave al hotel sin problema, está a unos pasos de principales restaurantes y bares (considerar que puede haber ruido), tiene salida a playa aunque es muy pequeña, si quieren estar tirados en la playa hay que buscar un beach club o caminar hasta encontrar un buen punto. Excelente terraza para desayunar a pie de playa, muy buena comida. Personal amable y atento todo el tiempo, cuartos limpios y amplios, suficientes para descansar. No olviden el repelente para mosquitos.
