Casa Colibrí is such a cute hotel with a very chic and charming vibe. The staff was friendly, and the aesthetic of the hotel itself is beautiful and welcoming. However, one major downside is that there is an extremely loud nightclub directly across the street. The rooms get noisy at night, and during our stay there even seemed to be some kind of fight/ argument outside, which made it hard to rest. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to keep in mind. The restaurant was unfortunately very disappointing. While the space itself is gorgeous and the presentation of the dishes looked beautiful, the food was honestly just bad — very bland and lacking flavor. Between the three of us, we had two breakfasts and one dinner, and not a single dish stood out in a good way. Even the pancakes were overcooked and tasteless, which was surprising. Being in Mexico, I was expecting flavorful and delicious food, especially for the price point. We spent around $75 USD on a small dinner and three drinks, and we barely ate because the food was simply not enjoyable.

We had a groundfloor room, but a bit noisy in the morning, they were kind enough to rearrange rooms for us, as we where there two weeks, and ended up with the best room ever! Always helpful, friendly, and informative. Great stay!!
