This is a nice decent hotel in the middle of downtown. Very safe and walkable to the plaza las americas. The 7 eleven and many restaurants are right beside the hotel. The staff is helpful and very polite. The hotel has all amenities you may need, including gym and pool and laundry. The only disappointing thing was their restaurant.

Maintenance, mentenance, maintenance. Just like other Mexican hotels. Pool water feature not working, hot tub not hot anymore. Painting outside etc etc. Staff friendly though. Had to move three times due to shower leaking, top floor was nice. That is what we asked for weeks prior to arriving....

Location is good-walking distance to food market, restaurants and shopping mall. Room was clean with balcony and air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was also good. Free parking.

There was no microwave in the room. One was brought to the room without a working turntable, then it completely died. Had to get another one. The minifridge was not cool enough, the food I bought went bad. The bike in the gym is half working. Lots of tile missing in the swimming pool. The thermostat was falling off of the wall and held on by wires only. Won't be staying here again.

This property is located close to a good number of restaurants, and the hotel rooms were alright (at first glance!) .. But when we settled in for the night, we realized that there were bed bugs!! Could not sleep the whole night:-(.. The next day was yet another surprise.. There was no hot water in the bath and we had to manage with cold water instead. And this was not a one day problem but an issue on all the three days we stayed there:-(. I also believe there was black fungus on the ceiling! I just wonder how this property has gotten a 4 star rating..

When we informed the reception, a person came after so long checked something (didn’t solve the issue), said he would come back in 5 min but never came back. It was very hot and couldn’t sleep the entire night. We were shifted to another room the next day because of that but it was really disappointing.

Unable to extend late check out. They dont seen to even try. Have to request a room change. The first room, toilet did not flush, window will not close it was loud traffix all night. The next morning had a room change.

Overall, we liked the property as it was conveniently located near a very large mall, breakfast was good, the king size bed was comfortable, and the price was a good value. However, we needed to fill a bucket of water and dump it into the toilet to get it to flush properly. The front desk staff told us that all of the toilets in the hotel are that way. So, we used one of the waste baskets as a water bucket! Also, the in-room safe would not work.

Cuando compré la habitación en EXPEDIA, elegí la que claramente marcaba capacidad para 4 personas (habitación con 2 camas Queen) a la hora del check-in llegamos 3 huéspedes para alojarnos y el Staff del hotel no lo permitió. nos dijo que la habitaciones eran únicamente para 2 personas y de manera grosera hizo que pagáramos 600 pesos mas por lo que ellos consideraban una persona extra. Les enseñamos la reservación y se ve que claramente el wyndham garden inn de Cancún tiene publicadas habitaciones de 4 huéspedes en EXPEDIA y el hotel no lo respetó. Pésimo servicio al cliente de parte del hotel y mal por EXPEDIA que no obliga a los hoteles a respetar lo que publican en su plataforma

Inició regular pues la señorita de la recepción inicialmente no nos otorgó los beneficios de socios silver, pero más tarde otro joven de recepción muy amable lo checó con el gerente y nos otorgaron todo. La habitación limpia, espaciosa, las camas muy cómodas, el baño muy amplio y funcional, el hotel es tranquilo y se puede descansar muy bien. Lo mejor fue la atención del personal del restaurante! Extraordinariamente amables, muy bien!!! Solicitamos y nos otorgaron late check out a pesar de que el hotel tenía una ocupación alta. Opción muy recomendable.

Al llegar nos recibió un joven muy amable que nos ayudó con nuestras maletas, cabe mencionar que éramos 5 amigas. Llegamos a recepción y JOSEPH nos atendió, de entrada se confundía constantemente con las reservas, a mi amiga le check in por dos huéspedes cuando en realidad era por tres, mi reserva estuvo bien hecha pero su pésima atención, posteriormente empieza a discutir que estaba mal hecha la reserva de mi amiga, pedimos ayuda a VERONICA pero fue lo mismo, atención nula y nos regañó. Al final tuvimos que pagar la persona extra cuando ya estaba reservada por expedia, pero no lo hicieron válido. La experiencia pésima, eso sumándole a que: dos focos fundidos en la habitación, filtraciones de agua en la recepción, la cortina le entra toda la claridad y a las 6 am ya estás lampareada sin descanso alguno. NO RECOMENDABLE. Pero aún más, por la atención tan pésima de JOSEPH Y VERONICA.

The hotel is close to downtown and a good location to start trips to Chichen Itza, etc. The staff was very helpful when I forgot some clothes in my room, especially Ofelia from housekeeping and Edgar from the front desk helped me to get my clothes back. Many many thanks to you both.

I arrived with my extended family and friends, including children to check in around 10pm, it was about an hr before we got our room…the hotel was not checking in any one and we just stood in line with no communication as to what or why no one was being checked in. Eventually another group’s tour guide advised us there was a leak and problems with the air conditioning so the hotel was not going to check us in, potentially we might be moved to another hotel, but again no communication from the hotel. Honestly I found it a frightful experience as our cab had long gone and I didn’t know if I needed to find another hotel and scared to travel with children so late in downtown Cancun. Really just a simple explanation from the hotel, to assure us that we will be looked after would have been sufficient. It seems just randomly we were checked in to our booked room, but no air conditioning, but that didn’t bother me, just wanted to be in a room safe and sound with my family. Although the rooms were nice and breakfast was good, the overall stressful experience from the checking left a mark.

I am appalled with the check-in service tonight. It took us an hour to check in and there was no announcement as to why. Finally received our key went up to the room only to find the room 28° and air conditioning non-functioning. I called the front desk and they told me to hold on and hung up. We cannot stay here with this temperature. This was a terrible start to a vacation we hoped to very much enjoy. There is no way I can recommend this hotel to anybody. I will be demanding for a full refund immediately.

Superstars were all and special thank you to Rebecca, Edgar & Derrick & of course, my guy Mario! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now the hotel itself, convenient, clean and just pleasant to stay at. Restaurants from sushi to vegan just steps away. Of course your burgers, pizza and wings at the hotel or right outside, along with Oxxo & 7eleven👍. Quick walk to americana mall as well, where you can find everything from movue theatre ro groceries. A great location with an amazing staff, its a now brainer if you are looking for a downtown location! 👍👍👍👍👍

Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and fast.. breakfast was nice with different varieties.. we paid little extra for breakfast but was worth it. Water temperature was warm only on first day, but maintenance was able to raise temperature. Overall very nice stay!!
