The property is very convenient to a lot of locations. The hot tub was disgusting and was not cleaned. The overall facility had a few small maintenance issues like missing door handles on stairwells. There was a towel shortage in general they could do better.

The property is 4 floors with 30 rooms on a floor. It had 1 elevator that eventually broke with us on it. We had to call for help but the service to the elevator was awful. We could not hear the person trying to get us out. Eventually the door opened back up but resulted in everyone there with baseball and softball bags along with luggage taking flights of stairs. The hotel ran out of drinking water so everyone had to drink milk or juice. We chose milk which ended up being curled and my son having to spit up chunks of milk. Good trying to throw your plates and food out. All the trash cans were overflowing. Asking for help was impossible due to language barrier.

Checkin took forever and was called to come back down to the desk to put another card on file for incidental charge. Sheets were dirty. Never towels by the pool. No clean towels so asking for new ones took forever and had to ask multiple times. Rude staff member. Water leaking from light fixture by pool. Shower water only warm. Slim choices for breakfast and food was not good. The hot tub was hot and did enjoy the dove products in the bathroom.

I was told prior they had a pool. They lied! The pool was out of service, I asked for a refund, they wouldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! I was yelled at by the staff because I wanted my money back. I was charged 800 dollars for a 10 minute stay!

The water in the hot tub was green, which was very disappointing because it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. After seeing the condition of the hot tub, we were very disappointed, but decided we would just go into our room and stream a movie. When we turned on the television, we discovered that there is no streaming in this hotel. You are limited only to cable channels. The floor in our restroom was sticky, and there were greasy handprints all over the cabinets. This hotel literally offered nothing but a bed.

Staff was excellent. Very kind and listened to concerns. Room was very dirty though, including the bathroom and the pull out couch that 2 of my kids had to sleep on. I was contacted by a member of staff after checkout to let us know they refunded our stay because of the condition of our room.

Dirty and unclean. Little bugs in the room, hair everywhere, including ice bucket, room needed to be vacuum and and hair and debris in corners needed to picked up. Hot tub smelled strong like cleaning chemicals (not chlorine) had stuff floating in it like a ball of hair, big cobwebs under towel rack. Never going back.

Location was good. Restaurants and store close by. Too many diamoparkingspots so regular customers had to park farther away The room smelled musty The elevator wasn't working consistently The had to long of screws holding the toilet that weren't converted and could have injured people No vent on the bathrooms Door handles in need of repairs on exits. Room door handle did not latch easily one time unable to get into room because it wasn't unlatching Pancake maker wasn't working for Breakfast

I think the bathroom needed more attention. There was hair on the floor and in the shower and some tkype of object stuck in the toilet. Room felt a little damp but sheets were clean bed was comfortable and I slept well.7/10

Property was fine. Checking in made me not want to ever use this hotel again. Reserved weeks in advance and even called and spoke to the staff TWICE beforehand but when I arrived at 3:44pm I was told a room was not ready for me and to “call” later. I did not leave, I gathered my luggage and waited in the seating area near the front desk. Didn’t mind waiting until 4:00 check-in time but I observed TWO other people walk-in before 4:00 and check-in and immediately get their rooms at 3:47 and 3:58. At 4:00 I stood up and only then was I acknowledged. Did not make me feel good at all. Would have given 1 star had the room not been clean. Streaming box was dangling from tv and I had to use my luggage to prop it up in order to effectively use the remote to for the television. Shower drain stopper was broken and began filling tub as I showered. Small hole in the wall at the writing desk but room was clean when I entered.

After a long 10 hour car ride, i just wanted to relax. Tue ac woupdnt cool properly and kept making noises all night. The tv also wasnt working. Kinda a bummer since i just wanted to relax with a movoe after a long drive. The ac kept me up till 1 am. The hotel was in a nice location and was clean and fresh.

The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our original room was hot and they removed us with no problems. My only concern is that there were kids running up and down the halls and loud at all hours of the late night and early morning. People calling our phone and hanging up early in the morning as well. There should be signage for parents not to let their children disturb others. Also, I'm not understanding why it is taking so long to refund my incidental hold back to me. It has been five days and it is still processing. It has never taken this long.

Staying there as a local resident after storms knocked out electricity in most of the city. The staff were great and sympathetic to what we were going through even while some of them didn’t have electricity in their own homes. 5 stars for the staff!!

The hotel was not busy but they wouldn't let us check in more than 30 minutes early so we could get ready for a wedding. If they had been busy I could understand but they weren't. Also the desk clerk was never at the front desk. The only time I saw him was when were leaving. Weird vibes at this hotel.

The front office staff is amazing. Not sure if his name is Lucky? He remembered us from the week prior. Our rooms tv volume wasn’t working at that time and he switched us rooms. He even told us about food places to try the week prior. We will for sure be returning in the future!!

Very clean. Front office staff was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. It was located in a great safe area with a lot of dining options and a super Target close by. The Only negative was breakfast, the oven was broken but they had grab and go available.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast had different options including fresh made pancakes, omelets, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, biscuits, sausage gravy, potato cakes. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. Great variety and it was clean and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing to rest and relax. All in all I will definitely recommend!

Tv didnt work....kept shutting off and had to be reset constantly. Went to breakfast @ 8.30 and there was no food...noone around...several customers complaining....supposed to bevopen until 9am..

Front desk staff was excellent. Elevator was extremely slow and only one available. Not enough hot water for showers. Overall room was nice. Low breakfast options and hot coffee wasn’t available until after 7am. Unfortunate when you need to be out by 7am. Great location with ample restaurants, shopping.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Zed was very nice and well dressed the young lady at the counter (she wore glasses) was a very hospitable hostess we talked everyday and I gave her a little musical knowledge. The breakfast was awesome with fresh juices and breakfast foods the areas were very clean and always someone there to help. I am handicapped and there was always someone asking if I needed help with anything. We were in Tulsa for Thanksgiving with my family and we had other family members who stayed at this establishment and they also enjoyed their stay. We were up late each night so we slept in each day and did not require much service but when we asked we got it right away. The clean room, comfortable bed and hospitality are reasons that when we return to Tulsa we will stay nowhere else but the Holiday Inn hotel South Bixby a lovely and truly recommended place. Thanks Zed my wife said she loved your rings, it was the suits and scarf for me.
