Really a glorified motel, but they did an excellent job converting and updating it. Comfortable night’s rest. Parking lot was full and had to park on the street.

Property is no frills and has a quiet environment. Rooms are on the smaller side, but still comfortable. Large shower with a rain shower head and regular shower head. Parking was just okay - we had to park on the street a couple of times when all of the spots were used. I was under the impression that we had a guaranteed parking spot, but that was not the case. Pool area was nice, but nothing to write home about. If you'r'e looking for a low-key hotel, this is your place. Was not wowed, but not disappointed. Pretty basic place and the price was good.

This hotel has only 15 rooms - but located in a great neighbourhood and secluded. Beautiful pool with clean deck - a great way to spend the day in the heat of Palm Springs. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. We will return!

Very nice interior courtyard with heated pool, and many firepits. Very relaxing feel. Rooms are very clean. Not enough dedicated parking spots for everyone, but street parking seems safe enough. The sink in the bathroom is very small for some reason.

The service was amazing! Had everything for a restful vaca- loved the very clean pool with lots of comfy chairs. We enjoyed hot tub and the fire pit was big enough for several people. Just know the hotel is on a very busy street. But I. The room with the door shut we couldn’t here the street traffic

A wonderful little property that has a very helpful staff, is close to downtown, lies in an excellent neighborhood and on a major thoroughfare. The rooms are not huge, but are quite comfortable. Beds are very comfy! A very clean establishment. Bathroom is spacious. Note that there are no closets, no microwave, and parking is limited. Pool and hot tub in the central courtyard are heated and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a very quick visit to Palm Springs, but this hotel was perfect for us! Secured entry made us feel safe, easy parking (small hotel parking lot was full but street parking was free and wide open just outside the lot), quick and friendly check-in, beautiful pool/hot tub area surrounded by palm tree and mountain views, and clean and comfortable room. We could have walked to dinner, but decided to drive because it was a little cold out that evening. (Ease of parking played a part in that decision, too.) Very happy customer - I plan to return!

Overall had a good stay. The property is older but fairly well maintained. It needs a deep clean (baseboards were dirty) but everything else seemed clean. Only one of the staff wasn’t very friendly but otherwise were 10/10. Maybe wouldn’t stay there in the summer - there is no A/C

The rooms are not nice. The room we had was banged up, musty and had bugs. The bathroom is updated, but over all the room is like a motel. The woman who checked us in said it was a quiet room but the ice machine was next to it and it went off all night and would shake the wall to the room. Additionally there is an outdoor light that can’t be turned off which keeps the room very bright all night despite their attempt with blackout curtains. I would not recommend at all.

They did phenomenal job with pictures because this hotel is nothing like its pictured here. Room are dingy, moldy and super outdated. Doors and windows are barely hanging on. You will have to have really really low expectations if you want to enjoy staying here. We coudnt, my eyes started watering from smell of mold as soon as we walked in. Staff was nice but thats about it

This is okay for a night but I'm afraid I wouldn't go back. It does have kind of a cute look. But the room we had was extremely small and the shower is open to it, so you don't get any privacy. The room with toilet if you're over 5'9 you might not be able to close the door. In the am, the road noise was so loud, we thought there was a big wind storm. In the pool area they had music going louder than backgroud level, got annoying after awhile, it was going until at least 9:30. And the location isn't really walking distance to downtown. For the price there are better options. Sorry.

I liked that it was a smaller property. I did not like, 1) the room's only window was the door. the lack of airflow, especially in the bathroom created excessive humidity. 2.) I did not like the light outside our door. At night it was very bright and disturbed my sleep. 3.) The room was very small. 4.) the shower was large, but the water pressure was poor and the shower lacked a lip so the bathroom floor became wet and slippery. Kind of dangerous.

Ok, I want to like this hotel. It definitely has some redeeming qualities, but in no way is it a 9 out of 10 (as I saw when I booked it). For starters, the hotel plumbing needs work. The shower temperature fluctuated significantly mid-shower. Also the bathroom smelled musty all the time and was always damp. The pool area is nice, not big but also not crowded. I hate that they still have physical keys. This seems like such a security risk. I would not stay here again on that issue alone. Also I wouldn't stay here by myself as the parking lot filled up and we had to walk by homeless people to get back. One guy was particularly unhinged and I did not feel safe. I have nothing against them, but it is a security concern.

It was a very quick overnight stay for us, so overall the hotel was fine. Clean, quiet ... fine. There were two things that were really weird ... 1. When we walked into the room for the first time, everything in the room that could be on, was on at full blast. Table top fan, all the lights, bathroom fan and television ... all on and at the highest setting ... tv volue all the way up. Truly weird. 2. The sink in the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen. Overall the bathroom design was just bizarre. The room was easily big enough for a double vanity, but instead the shower was about 2 feet wider than it had to be, and the remaining 5 foot wide space between the shower glass and the toilet had a wall mounted sink about the size of an airline bathroom sink installed there. The round mirror mounted to the wall above the sink was installed about 12" off center also ... Like I said, overall the hotel was fine. The room itself left us scratching our heads though. The rooms are plenty big, and whoever designed then blew a fantastic opportunity to make them rally great.

This is a really cool hotel! Very small but very cool. I stayed here BECAUSE of the homage to the Rat Pack, the ‘50s & 60s, and mid century modern (my room had a pic of Paul Newman on the wall). HOWEVER: despite how cool the whole vibe was, the bathroom was impractical (one of those doorless showers-cool looking but just try NOT to flood the rest of the bathroom, nowhere IN the shower to put the sundries- I finally just put the body wash on the window sill, and the little, itty, bitty sink we didn’t use at all-there was a bigger sink by the fridge and coffee maker that we used to brush our teeth, etc.). A microwave would have been nice as well but I think that they are available in the bigger rooms. Overall, I give this hotel 4 stars and I would definitely book it again if I’m ever in the Palm Springs area again.

This does not look to me like a 4-star hotel. It\'s nice and clean, but there is a summation of small things that add up fast: entry is on the main road, away from the parking. Parking is limited (7??). You get buzzed into the hotel. Staff is not welcoming, but more "oh! u\'re here". Rooms are with old-school bulky keys that I don\'t want to carry in my pocket. The shower is in the room; small space between the bed and other furniture. Same with the bathroom door and my knees sitting down... And I can continue. With that. The rooms are clean and decent...

My flight to San Diego was diverted to Palm Springs because of fog. I was really tired as I’m still recovering from surgery but quickly booked myself a room at Palm Springs Hotel and Uber’d over. It was just before 10:30pm and it was dark and Palm Springs uses minimal street lights at night. It was difficult to find the main entrance and when I found the front door it was locked. There is a call box at the front door so I tried that several times and it would just ring and ring. I also tried calling on the phone and they never picked up after several attempts. Luckily my Uber driver was kind enough to wait for me and drove me to three hotels before I found one with vacancy. An hour later I contacted hotels.com to get a refund and they also tried calling the hotel with no luck. No doubt it’s a great hotel when they’re there but I hate that I was a solo woman on an unlit street trying to get in and was left with nowhere to stay

The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay! We felt very welcomed once we arrived. Front desk staff is amazing along with housekeeping. Very quiet and cool boutique hotel. My kids loved staying here and requested to stay again in the near future. Can’t wait to come back and R&R

The hotel was nice. However I called the property early in the day to let them know I’d be checking in after 3pm. The person who picked up was kinda rude about it while I explained my situation. They told me I’d have until 11 to check in. Later on around 7 I received a texted stating that check in time needed to happen before the 10 pm. I book a room that said Mountain View once I got there, there was no view of the mountain, no WiFi, & no tv. The room overall was nice but super small. Would I go there again? No. Would I recommend? No

The room was nice! The bathroom was large and the kitchen area with extra counter space to apply makeup was nice! Up to date room. The glass was a bit challenging to navigate with a luggage cart. Parking was a bit confusing and the check in manager was a bit sarcastic about how we parked . The nighttime manager/security was intrusive while we were in the hot tub after going out for my birthday. The daytime check out woman was friendly.

Nice place! Only things we didn't like were the check in and the lighting. It doesn't have an open lobby. You need to buzz in. When we tried, we got a recording saying to leave a message. We walked around looking for another entrance but there weren't any. Finally someone drove in who was staying there. His code didn't work so after trying the buzzer for about 5 minutes, we were let in. The man who checked us in said sorry, but he was on the phone. The other drawback was the poor lighting in the room. Made it very difficult to read!

The room itself is nice, clean and smelled great but small. I will not be back bc of the guy at the check in counter, deposit was $250 but I was charged $268 and only $250 was returned, parking lot is super small and only allow one car, pool was so small and packed, they didn’t allow for any sort of late check out whatsoever. I would rather stay at a place with friendly staff and a nicer pool.

This is okay for a night but I'm afraid I wouldn't go back. It does have kind of a cute look. But the room we had was extremely small and the shower is open to it, so you don't get any privacy. The room with toilet if you're over 5'9 you might not be able to close the door. In the am, the road noise was so loud, we thought there was a big wind storm. In the pool area they had music going louder than backgroud level, got annoying after awhile, it was going until at least 9:30. And the location isn't really walking distance to downtown. For the price there are better options. Sorry.

The service was amazing! Had everything for a restful vaca- loved the very clean pool with lots of comfy chairs. We enjoyed hot tub and the fire pit was big enough for several people. Just know the hotel is on a very busy street. But I. The room with the door shut we couldn’t here the street traffic

It’s a 15 room quaint hotel. It’s very clean and clean and comfortable. You need a car to get to restaurants and sightseeing. Definitely parking is an issue. I desert Regional Medical Center is very close by, which for us was a big plus.

Small boutique hotel located on the main road near the Palm Springs Tram and I-10. It's small, probably 20ish rooms that all primarily surround the pool and hot tub area. All rooms face out. We went in January it was quiet, but I am sure that in the summer it's quiet busy and more loud since the rooms face the pool. I really liked it, it was the quiet I wanted. If you want a more party atmosphere I am sure there are other hotels for that. This is for people who want to relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere this hotel provides.

My friend and I came to PS for the weekend. I came across this fabulous hotel, and I decided to give it a try. The hotel is quintessential Palm Springs vibe. It was clean, quiet, and close to downtown PS. My only complaint was that it was a little bit too quiet. Which is not necessarily bad. But my friend and I were looking more for a little bit more of an upbeat. We’ve been to PS in other occasions and some of the hotels have DJ’s in the pool area, and definitely more lively. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel for those who want a more serene environment, and those who want a little bit more of a party vibe, this is not the place. Thank you to the staff for taking care of us.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! The pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hours. There are restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. The staff, specifically Joe, was beyond helpful and we loved our room. Again, we will definitely be back.

This is a very boutique property. Super quiet, even around the pool. While sunbathing or hot tubbing, you are surrounded with amazing and soothing music from outdoor speakers, creating a really cool vibe. The rooms were nicely appointed. The rain shower in the bathroom was fantastic. There is no restaurant or bar service, but you can buy beverages and alcoholic drinks (full wine bottles available!) at about the same price as a liquor store. They have fresh brewed coffee in the office every morning and a Keurig machine in the room. We walked to Rick's Bakery & Cafe for the most amazing breakfast every other day. The hotel staff were very friendly and available when you needed them but not intrusive. If you want a chill and relaxing vibe in North Palm Springs - this is the place for you.

The hotel is very close to downtown where there are restaurants and shopping. We were there on Sunday and many of the shops and some restaurants close on Sunday evening. The hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms are very nice and very roomy .i plan to stay there again in the fall when we return to complete dental work.

Overall, we had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything else exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the pool area. If you’re hoping to enjoy it after 10:00 PM, be aware that you’re expected to keep the noise to an absolute minimum. It was a bit of a letdown because it’s pretty difficult to enjoy the pool without making at least some noise. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
