I stayed here for a whole week, so I got a pretty holistic view of this entire hotel. I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend you do either. The overarching issue with this hotel is that it has extremely low standards. For cleanliness, for state of repair, for timely service. My room was dirty on arrival - hair in the bathtub, trash in crevices, dirty carpets. The spa is beyond disgusting, I don’t even have words for it. It smells like mold and farts. I never saw a cleaner. Dirty towels, hair, and trash everywhere including in the saunas. On a Friday they literally told me they do not have cleaners on staff. There were multiple guests in the Spa who behaved in extremely inappropriate, rude, and inconsiderate ways but no one is there to maintain any order so it’s free for all. Our room lock broke and locked us multiple times. The cleaning staff comes at random times and misses your room most times. If you mark it for cleaning, they won’t come by unless you talk to front desk which has a 5+ person line at all times. The only good thing I have to say about it - the management heard me and tried to make it up to us. We got free breakfast most mornings. And access to a “premium lounge” - which is literally a tiny room with coffee and some terrible snacks that no one cleans, and its card reader is broken so we couldn’t get in most times. But even then, the hotel was just horrible overall. And I really had to push to get anything fixed or resolved by management.

Great experience here recently! The room was excellent— new, very clean, and the beds were amazingly comfy. What really stood out was the swimming pool and spa facilities, such a brilliant bonus to have in central London and a great spot to unwind. The staff were incredible from the moment we checked in and could not do enough to help us. Everything was spot on. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for sure!
