Stayed in a family room for 3 nights. The room was dated and in need of renovation. The A/C switched itself off in the middle of the night, so we woke up sweaty. Main gripe is the deception regarding using the minibar fridge. In room information it clearly states they would empty the fridge at your request, so you can use it (see photos). Utter rubbish. Someone did come to empty it, but it remained locked. After speaking to numerous reception staff, we eventually found one who admitted you couldn’t use the fridge. We wasted lots of time trying on a simple but futile request. We expected more from a Leonardo hotel. Won’t be using again.

Fabulous location & lovely hotel. Main areas spotless & room extremely comfortable. Dining area spacious with excellent breakfast facilities. Little disappointed with pool facilities (pool very cold) & little effort from receptionist explaining key required for lockers. One night stay but recommended.

Hotel condition and amenities are fine except for shortage of elevators. It appears that one of the two elevators have been out of service for over 2 months, creating unbearable waits and overcrowding. Not clear why it has taken this long to address the problem. Avoid unless you want to spend significant time waiting to reach your room, especially at upper floors.

The property is very nice, food is great! In other Leonardo hotels I experienced more modern / nicer rooms, but it’s ok. What we had problem with is the elevator. Very low capacity, on check our day, we needed to wait 25 mins to be able to get in the elevator with our luggages. It was quite unconvenient with also a toddler waiting… (From the 9th floor staires were not an option.)

The hotel has 18 floors and one elevator. The lines to get on the elevator were ridiculous and it takes up to 15-20 minutes just to get on the one!

The stay was fine. I've had a much better experience at the sister hotel and expected a similar standard. The pool was so busy with kids (I accept it's half term) but they were literally going wild. And the pool area was filthy dirty. Something should be done about the flies by the cold shower. Breakfast is far better at the Tower Hill hotel. I thought both are 4* so should be similar but really were not.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in /out was quick and smooth, bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The machine made flat white was actually drinkable which was a first for me! The pool area was really nice and we appreciated the generous allocated time for kiddy swimming hours which is more than other hotels.

Spa and gym experience was very good, there were clothes tags left in the room which made it look lkke it hadn't been fully cleaned. Had previously made a special request for the occasion of the stay numerous times but did not even receive a response for it which was a shame.

Booked Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge on recommendation and was not disappointed. Great communication from them, check in was straightforward. The room was spacious, super comfy and really clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Room incredibly spacious for central London and quite modern with coffee, water, and other snacks available. Bed was very comfortable and was a true king. Tiny shower though, could hardly move without water Splashing on to the bathroom floor. The biggest issue however was cleanliness. Room was not cleaned at all, all was done were the beds and bathroom. Counter tops not cleaned, nightstands were very dusty and no vacuuming. For the price paid, this should’ve been a must

Towels in my room had poop stains on them. The refillable cream was empty. Dust everywhere. The pool had specific times for children, where the other times were adult only, however when I went during adult only, there were children there. The pool also had strict rules (no phones allowed) however men were sat poolside with their phones. Poor unfriendly staff both at reception and at breakfast. The clientele were the young riff raff type (maybe because I stayed during the carnival weekend) where young boys walked around at breakfast with their hands in their pants. Not worth the price point at all. Wont be staying here again.

We had an executive room and it was dirty! The sink in the bathroom had stains all over it, there were dirty marks all over the ceiling. There was one small bottle of still water available in our room between two of us and the mini bar was locked. For the amount we paid for an executive room I would expect it to at the very least be clean.

A good location close to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, The Shard and convenient transport to many other attractions. The hotel is of a good standard with a spa and swimming pool. The room was spacious. My only negative point was that the TV was lacking several free view channels and was not very smart as it didn’t seem to have any built in apps.

Upscale hotel with lap pool and spa in good location close to Tower Bridge and several tube stations. Great city views from upper floors (West Tower), comfortable bed, and well-appointed bathroom. We arrived late after work and waited over an hour for our food so had to cancel as we had to go. However they did rectify that by delivering it to our room complementary which was much appreciated. Would definitely return and recommend!!

Amazing room, amazing spa/gym/sauna. The location is very central and hidden which was a bonus, once you are in your room you feel very settled. Amazing customer service, especially from Ayo who assisted me kindly from the beginning of my stay.

Was told i could book in at 8.30am for £40. I drove 2 hours there with my children and grandchildren. On arrival was told check in is 3pm. I had training at 9am. Sat in car for 3 hours whilst they trued to rectify it. This caused back problems as i have sciatica. I got to my training at 12 after getting a room after the 3 hours. Finished training at 8.30pm as i had to catch up. Missed dinner with the family and ended up very unwell. Staff were rude except the Manager who tried to help a bit. Ended up booking another day for the 2 rooms i booked as i was too unwell to drive back. All this coukd have been avoided by training staff to give correct information. Place is nice but staff have attitude

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a great view. However, what let it down was the staff particularly in reception and concierge. We tried on several ocassions to call room service on Saturday afternoon but no-one ever amswered the phone. We couldn't even get through to reception or concierge! We eventually gave up and went downstairs. I spoke to a gentleman on concierge about the problems we were having getting through to anyone and that particular member of staff had a terrible attitude, just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like i was an annoyance! Certainly not the reaction i expected from this type of hotel. I also found the reception staff to be generally lacking in friendliness and didn't seem to care much about anything. I couldn't fault the staff in the bar area and restaurant though. They were extremely helpful and friendly.

Huge room with big comfortable beds and gorgeous linen. A great location, near Tower Bridge and St Katherine’s Dock. Close to tube station for easy travel around London. I’d definitely stay there again. We didn’t have breakfast as we like to get out and about.

No Room Service available, you have to go downstairs to grab basic things like water, ice, dinner plates. If you take dinner plates and cutlery to your room they give you disposable ones. One of the bar tender offered free cocktail to a female friend trying to hit on her.

Really nice hotel. Definitely a good 4 stars hotel and nice value for the money. I imagine it is more expensive during Summer season. Good location about 8 minutes walk to the Tower bridge and 7 minutes to the metro station. The gym is much better than the photos show. Restaurant and bar area were nice. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast buffet was not my favorite. Seemed a bit lacking in options and quality for what they were charging. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great highly recommend. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco whilst waiting to check in great start to our weekend away. Two small disappointments; arrived back to hotel after evening out and wanted a tea and coffee and to unwind in the lounge but only had coffee machine with paper cups so went to our room. Breakfast were shown to our table and waiter simply walked away. Didn’t tell us anything about the breakfast layout, help yourself etc. But saying that we would certainly stay again the room was great and staff extremely friendly and attentive (forgetting breakfast waiter)

The room was nice and clean with plenty of facilities including a bathtub which was a please to surprise. One night, loud music was blasting through the vent of the AC somehow, from another room. The pool and spa facilities were lovely. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options but you also get to pay quite a hefty price for it. The staff, well, they were there but did nothing more than the bare minimum. I expected more service/expertise for a hotel of this caliper.
