WOW ! All the other 1 star reviews are so correct. From the moment we were 'welcomed' the vibe was awful. It said free parking but had to pay £10 a day or we could remove the car and park somewhere else. Cash only bar, waiting around until 9am for breakfast and then it felt like we were doing something wrong just been there ! Went to a lovely cafe called the Lindale the next day. The hotel needs ripping out and refurbishing for sure, the sink in our family room was next to the wardrobe, it was a task in itself just to have a shower. Don't do it , as a Blackpool sandgrownun I was embarrassed to take my family there tbh.
