The property was safe, quiet and reasonably clean, but didn’t have any ice or enough parking.

Budget. College dorm room style. Extended stay quality. Clean but worn. Can't read numbers on TV remote, shower curtain rod sagging, no tissues, no shampoo or lotion, simple thin sheets, noisy neighbors, highway noise. Must give $100 damage deposit and they must visually inspect the room to credit you back in a week. Long check in process. Never again.

Parking

This place was terrible. They didn’t have a working keycard machine—which they failed to mention until after I paid. As a result, the only employee on duty had to personally let every guest into the building and into their rooms. Each time I left my room, I had to wait to be escorted back in, but only after the employee had helped others who were also waiting. I went out to get pizza and had to wait again to be let back into my room; my pizza was cold by the time I finally got to eat it. The poor woman working was doing her best, and none of this was her fault—but she should have informed me about the keycard situation before I paid for the room.

Dirty room, nothing worked, cold shower and no toiletries ( shampoo, soap, nothing) outer doors broken and random people just coming in the hotel sitting in the hallways.

Room key had to be reset every single time I left the room. The stair wells had a large amount of dead bugs. Staff smoking in the stair well. They’re sure to collect a deposit but argumentivr about the return of the deposit. Doors propped open at exits due to locks not working properly. An extremely unsafe environment with what seemed like homeless people at all hours in the parking lot. Stay far away from this place.

If your looking for place just to lay your head with no amenities this is it. Poor housekeeping. Poor plumbing. Very much you get what you pay for.

The room was nasty and smelly animal hair was all over the carpet. For 2 days i didnt have a key to access my room and the clerk was not trying to help solve that problem. I ended up staying with family due to not having access to the room until daylight because the clerk who was so unprofessional shut down at 11p. I will NEVER book a room at that location and i wish i could get a full refund

Tv remote no batteries. Put in new batteries. Wrong remote for this TV. Phone no dial tone. Room keys didn't work two times.

Roaches everywhere bad service from one staff member

We checked in and made it to the room. That was it. Checked out immediately after! The room was nasty! We stay at hotels a lot and are very low maintenance and with minimal expectations. But cleanliness is one thing we look for. This was by far the worse hotel we have ever been to. The walls looked like they had literal crap on them. The beds had actual pubic hairs on the sheets. I was actually afraid to touch anything! The only good thing was that we were refunded for our stay before checking out. We were willing to spend the night in the car verses taking our chances sleeping in one of their beds. I honestly don’t see how this hotel passes health department inspections.

I had a bad experience here the person at the front desk that’s in a wheelchair should work on his ppl skills if he gonna be at the front desk the room had bed bugs I was bit a lot the room had trash all over and i was put in a different room that also was not properly prepared. I had a bad experience with this place. It has potential though.

The floors (both the carpet and tile) in the room were sticky and filthy. There were only two towels in the bathroom. The price was nice and the guy checking me in was super friendly.... but not enough to compensate for the filthy room. I will not choose this hotel again when I come back to Fort Wayne in the coming months.

Found a roach in my room. Killed it. But was afraid all night. Eewww

Needed a cheap night for a cross country drive and the other reviews and photos looked fine. The property does look ok on the outside, and it is convenient to highway 69 and the nearby hospital - also the staff at the front desk was very nice BUT there were stains on the sheets and towels, the floor was sticky, the hallways and various rooms were loud and REEKED of pot. Just know these things before you book. If you bring some cleaning supplies and your own sheets and towels, it's an economical way to go.

Room was absolutely disgusting

There was literally poop in the toilet when I arrived. Not to mention the place was overall creepy, in fact quite scary. I left for good within 30 seconds of entering the room. Awful. Worst hotel I have ever seen. Likely lots of drugs in the building.

They only had one room with no a/c, so we passed. The front guy was nice

Cheap price, cheap motel, sparse rooms, noisy, but cheap

Not a bad place for the price. Very outdated and needs some maintenance. Unfortunately, the guest on the floor above were apparently elephants in wrestling matches all night, so the noise made it hard to sleep. Not really the property's fault, but did not make for a great stay.

Stayed here for one night and it was amazing! Perfect size room and clean EVERYTHING!

Carpet was so dirty, my flip flop kept pulling off my feet when I walked. Shower curtain rod was off the wall. I had to prop it up with a drawer from the kitchen. Other tenants playing loud music until midnight. No one at the desk at night to complain too. It was a beat up place.

Very outdated. The carpet had a sticky residue to it, and not vacuumed. The toilet water pressure was so poor it wouldn’t flush properly, barely allowing urine to go down. I checked out a day early. Would not recommend.

I realize that this is a basic mainly long-term stay property, but a lamp on the nightstand or some kind of single light by the bed would have been nice.

It was an average room. Nothing to exciting about it really. This is the 2nd time staying there and this visit was not the best. The maids didn’t check my room or see if I needed anything. Told me I had to go down to the desk to get new ones. I go down and the lady at the desk is mad about something and was throwing F bombs after every other word. I won’t stay there again.

Staff manager was rude and took all day to check in with my room plus on top of that the room was not cleaned enough appliances was filthy like the refrigerator just poor service all the way around

I arrived at 730om and there was a sign stating no one at the front desk until 8pm. I just worked a 12 hour shift. I left and will never go back.

The night was so bad I received verbal approval from the GM Natalie VanArsdall-Williams for a full refund. But since I booked through Hotels.com I had to request the refund thru them. Now Natalie has avoided response for over a week. I am truly disappointed in her as a GM and in the whole experience.

Wasnt able to check into the hotel they said there systen was down. In order for ne to get refunded from hotels.com they needed to contact the hotel and they refused to answer. I lost ny money

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to highway, but kind of difficult to get to, winding through the hospital campus. Grounds around the property are a little bit of a mess. Seemed like there were a number of longer term guests there as well.

Staff was friendly but I feel they could have done more to help each other out. Room wasn't ready til 4 and that is only with them giving me an alternative room. Stated only 1 housekeeper but I seen 4 different employees while at the desk. Room was clean enough. Location was horrible. Felt safe in the room but not so much when I was out in parking lot walking to my car . Overall I wouldn't stay again.

We were traveling very late at night and went online to make a reservation through Expedia. We were traveling with our small dog so we had to have a pet friendly location. This hotel was about 20 minutes away and had opening so we did book a room. When we arrived the staff seemed confused when I told him I had just made a reservation. There was a note on the front desk that stated no vacancies. She looked my name up and realized I had made the reservation online and said they might have a room but she didn’t think it had been cleaned. This was shortly after midnight so I’m not sure when she thought they would clean it. After a bit she came back and told me that the room would be available shortly into standby. While waiting we noticed several people outside and inside that did not seem like they were renting a room. One of the people outside asked if it was our first time there. We both thought that was kind of strange. Apparently this is a long stay hotel that undesirable people stay at. We were exhausted so we waited a bit and when she came back asked me how many keys I would need. I went up to the room with her dog while my husband tried to find a place to park. The hallway, elevator and room all smelled like marijuana and urine. I made it to the room and didn’t know what to think. My husband came up and said get the dog we’re not staying here. We went downstairs handed back our keys and told them we were not staying. We will definitely not be back.

Hotel was in a nice area is the only positive. Bed was terrible, only two pillows in the room, no water pressure, no amenities like coffee maker, or iron without calling front desk, no breakfast, bathroom door did not lock and was broken, shower curtain rack was broken, and the entire place smelled like weed.
