We did not enjoy the buffet breakfast at all. Also, was pretty surprised the outdated bathroom in the lobby. The staff were okay. Room was really nice. Pillows are very firm, was only there two nights but woke up with neck pain, achy shoulder and a headache. So if you are not used to that be aware.

Clean and spacious room, the breakfast and kaiseki dinner was excellent, traditional japanese cooking and Michelin-star like presentation. Very pleasant staff, Ari and all the others, too. Respectuous, friendly and ready to help. The onsen was a great experience. We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.
