Downtown Suite Across the Street

This was a great location and great little set up. The hosts thought of all the things that made it an extra special stay. From the keyless entry, programmed with my personal phone number, to multiple outdoor seating areas. To the fact that my fur babies were welcome it made it all feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown and enjoy a night out. Beds were comfortable, and I super enjoyed that this host did not require a laundry list of items to be done at check out.

Great location with a perfect little yard for the dogs and a great neighborhood to walk them! Easy walk to the main square with lots of historical landmarks and restaurants. Very quiet. Loved our stay here. Washer and dryer is a plus!

This small home was perfect for two adults and a dog. It is located a very short walk to the Courthouse Square. The pictures don't really do justice to this home. It is nicer than the pictures. I expect to rent here again.

The good: It was such a cute little place. I like the decor, tub, fenced in yard for my fur babes and location was near square. The bad: So we got to property really late like 10pm. It’s a little tricky finding but owner, who lives in front of cottage showed us where to go. When we got there while I was unloading I told my 14 year old to pick her room. She comes back out and say “Mom there’s only one room.” I was like “what?” I specifically sorted my search for a two bedroom when I made the reservation. I thought well maybe I didn’t read it right. So after I got everything in, I pulled back up reservation and sure enough it says two bedrooms and what I thought was a bed was not - it was a futon. So I was still trying to make good of the situation and got the extra bedding out to sleep on futon. The futon has a metal bar in the middle. It was the most in uncomfortable 2 nights of my life. I had to put one of the pillows on the bar. I felt really misled bc I truly would’ve passed on this option had I known I wasn’t getting a room. It was my daughters birthday and she’s reached the teen years where she wants privacy. I’m not a high maintenance person but this futon is NOT an option for anyone to sleep on - young or old. There’s also no curtain or blinds in the kitchen and I didn’t like that I couldn’t have complete privacy at night. I questioned if I should write this bc I hate to be that person. But if u are a couple then this is perfect if not keep looking.

Nicely appointed suite had everything we needed for our stay in Prescott. The property is conveniently located a short walk to Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square with many choices for dining. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small dog. We'll definitely book the "Downtown Suite Across the Street" again when visiting Prescott. Thanks!

Over all it was a great stay. Hopefully this helps future guests make an informed decision. The property details must have changed but not updated in virbo. There was no claw foot tub as advertised and my wife was highly disappointed as that was one of many reasons we chose this rental vs others we checked on. The back yard is not as private as we had hoped and is kind of a shared property. There was an area for their kids to play adjacent to our rental and was a little awkward, not at all what we expected. The owner stopped by to check on us the 2nd day and was pleasant. The dryer had linen in it and not completely dry so we turned on dryer and the squeaking noise is not tolerable. The TV worked but seemed to be constantly buffering and was not enjoyable. Two windows in the living room were not able to be secured as one was painted in the unlocked position and the other lock seemed faulty. The back yard was full of leaves when we arrived and because our dogs are leaf hounds, I had to get those cleaned up so they weren't eating them and so if we had a fire at night, it wouldn't light them up. The second night was hard to sleep due to adjacent parking for a hotel and car alarms going off, 3 within an hours time. It's very close to whiskey row but we will pick a more secluded rental next trip. Despite no tub, the shower was amazing for me. The heat worked great and we had a good time. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the place was somehow even cuter in person. Check in couldn’t have been made easier including the parking directions. Location was perfect and loved the closed in outdoor area for my doggo. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bed super comfy! Would absolutely recommend/ stay again.

Stayed here three straight weekends!! Enjoyed evenings on the porch. Comfy furnishings. Great location that is easily walkable to so many restaurants!

The place was just right for the two of us and our pup. We were able to walk to everything.

Such a beautiful, clean, quaint place! We lives this suite. It was the perfect place for our overnight. Walked to everything - perfect location as well!

We needed a couple days in dog friendly Prescott. This Suite was within walking distance of the Square and as clean as if i had cleaned it myself. The small things like having coffee and acutrements at the ready mean alot. We cannot thank you enough, we will be back!

The space was beautiful and clean. The location was very close to the downtown area.

We love this property due closeness to downtown, cleanliness and well cared for house. Would definitely stay there again.

The place couldn't of been more perfect for us. It came with anything and everything you need. It was so clean and central to all the places we wanted to go. We will definitely be back

Overall our experience was fantastic! Well decorated lovely place. Plenty of what you need, close to everything. The only little complaint we have was the couch bed in the living area was very uncomfortable. Really only 2 people can sit there to watch TV and not very comfortable. I really couldn't picture an adult being able to sleep on it because of the hard separation in the middle. Would probably be ok if it was a small child, just wanted people to keep that in mind if you are with an extra friend.

Cute place that was perfect for my in- laws in mid 80s. Comfortable bed and a walk in shower. Bathroom is a little tight but has everything that’s needed. Cute kitchen and nice to have living room. Parking in right in front of house down the alley. Nice property managers.

I had a great stay here with my dog. The house itself is really cute, especially as a big fan of early 1900s Victorian houses - its high ceilings give it a very spacious, airy feeling. The location is right downtown, so I could do a quick walk to a coffee shop, dinner, or around the courthouse. I would love to stay here again on my next trip up to Prescott.

It was fantastic! Small but very well appointed and decorated. Kitchen and bath supplies were plentiful. Extra bonus with the phone/watch/computer adapters provided!! Very responsive communication with the owners. Location to downtown was convenient. Cute and comfortable!! Loved it!!

What a great place to land for the weekend…the location was amazing with a less than five minute walk to restaurants, coffee and the town square. The house was adorable and we had everything we needed…excellent water pressure and comfy furniture. Would definitely stay there again!

I felt right at home here! The house is so comfortable and the location is perfect! I walked every day to the square/downtown area, which is about a block away. The house had everything I needed, from chargers to a hair dryer, coffee pods, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Jessica was very responsive to my messages and was so kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at this super cute home cottage vibe close to downtown Prescott within walking distance of the town celebrating my boyfriend‘s 50th birthday. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that the surprise was extra special by decorating the home prior to us getting there. And Above and beyond by picking up a cheesecake to surprise him with. we definitely plan on coming back I couldn’t have asked for a better host.

We were running away to cooler weather for a few days. This place was the best! Very comfy and lots of extra touches included in the house. We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed being able to walk to the courthouse square area. We highly recommend for couples visiting Prescott
