The Hari London

Perfect location. Had some issues with the do not disturb sign not being respected. Staff was professional and responsive to the issue and although they did not follow through with compensating me with complimentary 'drinks', I appreciated their cordial manner and accountability. The location is unbeatable. The restaurant is a bit run down feeling, but the food is acceptable and they have some nice cocktails on the menu.

This was an amazing stay for my partner and I. The room was clean, and cleaned daily. We enjoyed the bar at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Andrea at the bar and the concierge for their support with booking our dinner reservation. We will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hari at Xmas. The staff are professional and friendly, the room is pristine w/ simple but elegant design. The only thing we are not crazy about is the 1st floor lounge/bar. Don’t get me wrong, it’s beautiful and super popular, but smoking is allowed there and we can detect cigarette smell in our bathroom on the 8th floor. It wasn’t too strong so unless you are sensitive to smoke like we are, it may not be an issue at all. I’d rank our stay 9.5 out of 10

Hotel in a beautiful and quiet upscale neighborhood. Very attentive staff. Smoking allowed in upstairs bar above the hotel entrance so smells like smoke when you enter at night.

Overall great experience. Especially the staff from door to front desk to house keeping...absolutely five if not 6 star. The free mini bar is also a great offer. 10 out of 10 for gesture. Guests dont usually have anything. We only had one packet of crisps...which are definitely worth trying The only negative for me would be the mattress and pillow. It was way too hard and uncomfortable and the pillow was not soft. I know some prefer a firmer mattress but this was was rock solid

All the people we met in London were really polite, but the best of all were the hotel staff: Concierge, bar, restaurant, reception, rooms. We also have presents every single day and a great letter from the RP The hotel inside the room, gym, restaurant and outside is modern an looks like new, cozy. GREAT CHOICE!

Great little find, superb location. Staff were exceptional! Free drink on arrival and free mini bar. Room was lovely as was the turn down service. Fabulous smoking “shelter”, very warm and cosy. Valet parking was a bonus too. Couldn’t find fault at all.

this was a nice property, small size. international clientele. the staff was familiar with the area and could recommend an excellent Indian restaurant to us. our in-room ceiling AC unit leaked water condensate. there was maintenance crew on site at night to fix it. we were offered another available room, however the problem was addressed.

Perfect mid size hotel with amenities and superb location. Lots of coffeeshops nearby for breakfast and great for walking around to explore. Room was a good size, very clean, great view of german embassy. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was amazing. It was a perfect location and, although the rooms were small, they were very nice and organized very well.

Staff were very professional and friendly. I’m sure the hotel meets all the requirements of a 5star but just felt it slightly impersonal and the rooms were quite small but perfect for one night. No real complaints but I prefer older buildings and architecture. Would recommend to others for a short stay in London and reasonably room rates.

the room was hot even with the Ac turned on. when we informed the staff, they provided a fan but paying these rates and luxury category prices, we expect room to have better temp control

Friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms are nice - although when extremely cold outside, rooms don’t provide adequate heating.

Air conditioning didn’t cool properly. It was cooler outside than in my room.

Pros: Room is spacious and bright. Toiletries are well-prepared. The bed is soft. Staff are so nice. Cons: I heard some noises during the night, I wasn't sure if there was someone knocking my door.

Deluxe room was well laid out with a. Ice view and sufficient space for a couple. Closet was bit small but we stayed for 11 days, making our stay not typical. Goos shower. Good breakfast area.

I booked a suite. I didn’t get a suite, but they claimed this is a different room category. They also gave us a room on the 2nd floor which is obviously one of the worst rooms. False advertising.

Front desk staff and room service was excellent. Bar and restaurant staff was very subpar. They were all either hungover or giggling together making us feel uncomfortable. 4 stars at best.

The staff at the Hari are fantastic, especially the front desk and concierge staff. Special mention to Ben and Diego at the concierge.

Staff was incredible and Gary was able to help us with catching our early morning flight on time. Comfortable and elegant rooms, excellent food and service.

The staff at The Hari were very rude to my husband and I during our stay. Due to international banks it takes time to process payments and they hounded us like we were criminals when we were trying to enjoy the hotel. Although it’s a beautiful hotel the staff could learn how to be better in customer service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hari and appreciate how attentive and kind the staff was. The Hari is located in a very posh area that is a ten minute walk from (at least) two metro stations surrounded by plenty of shopping options. If you are someone who relies on Uber to get around, one thing to note is that the neighboring streets can get quite congested so it may be better to ask the staff to call you a taxi. I look forward to staying at the Hari again on a future trip.

Easy walk to Sloane Station for the tube which makes it very easy to get around. Very quiet are close to high end shopping and food. Stayed there 2 times now. A good value!

This hotel advertises itself as a luxury 5-star boutique hotel. So you expect cozy, quiet, and more individualized service. My experience was the opposite. They had a party on Saturday night which woke me up because it was so loud. I called the front desk, and they responded that I could move my room. People are traveling from overseas, jet lagged and I booked this hotel to avoid this kind of nonsense noise. I don't understand the logic of management that it's appropriate to have a screaming, electric DJ party at a boutique hotel. If they knew there was a party, at least they could've let guests know or moved to different rooms beforehand instead of making guests move middle of the night. On top of this, my room had a connecting door. My neighbor was clearly guests from the party because they were singing, laughing, going in and out of the room while the party was going on, and I could hear their conversations. I really don't understand why they would make loud party guests stay next to someone who is staying the whole week. Additionally, their rooms have very bad soundproofing. Your whole room shakes whenever someone opens or closes the door. Food - definitely not a 5 star. I ordered room service for breakfast. Coffee was brought in a cup (no cover or anything), it was already cold and spilled everywhere. Ordered tea with Milk but milk never came. Ordered a vegetarian dish but brought sausage. I had a high expectation for this hotel but I will not stay here again.

Didn’t like the low ceilings and the very dry air conditioning. The breakfast wasn’t good either, but plenty of better places around to eat.

Room window is very small. Almost like a prison. At checkin, they said breakfast was at 7am but it was actually at 8am. Due to my flight schedule, I missed breakfast as a result

This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm.
