Family concierge with Tiara Garcia was great and the 1 restaurant you get access to (Lunch Box) was much better than the buffet. Tiara (our concierge) was so great to get us restaurant reservations, you need these as the buffet was not very good. Tiara was outstanding as a concierge, we really appreciated her and she made the visit great

Overall our experience was subpar. We were not allowed to checkin until 4:30 even thought 3pm checkin was guaranteed. We paid extra for family conceirge which was a huge waste of money. We never met our concierge and he didnt reach out to us until our last day. He was not able to help us get reservations onsite so we had to have dinner offsite. Everyone has family concierge so the "exclusive" areas are packed.

Beach was only draw back a bit. Food and resort were amazing! Our family concierge Fabian was outstanding! He really looked out after us, provided great service and always left something great for our kids in the room. Thank you Fabian!

I I would highly recommend this establishment as an exceptional family-friendly destination. The pool facilities are outstanding, and the property itself is impeccably maintained. The safety personnel are both personable and highly competent. My only minor reservation pertains to the dining experience, which I would rate as average. I perceived the food to lack freshness. Nevertheless, I would enthusiastically select this property again for future visits.
