Having no idea about the area, I just booked because of free parking mostly. Well-I got it but there was actually one parking spot for whole hotel, I was friendly to those nice dudes in hotel, so I got it. A bit noisy area, but this is Morocco! Hotel does not look like on those nice pics and NB!! GPS location both in Waze and Googlemaps is totally wrong...like 30 minutes wrong. Just use the postal address to reach the place and be patient in traffic! Breakfast was just the usual one, restaurants for dinner in some 5 minutes walk.

Great location. Stunning original Moroccan architecture. Dissapointed the hamam & spa was closed for refurbishment. Omelet was tasty at breakfast. Night concierge and reception staff were fabulous. Showed us the wat to restaurant bar with live music on our first night. Top evening!!!! Thank you

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Konnten ohne Probleme die Zimmer tauschen und bekamen sogar größere Zimmer. Zimmer sind laut, man hört die Nachbarn. Hotel schon etwas abgewohnt, Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig (vor allem Warmwasser), enge Duschen. Eigentlich ein sauberes Hotel, aber haben 2 Zimmer gewechselt nachdem kleines Ungeziefer über das Bett lief (wahrscheinlich Staublaus). Bei den anderen Zimmern, die wir dann bekommen haben, waren ok. Matratzen sind sehr hart. Die Temperatur der Klimaanlage kann nur mit Hauspersonal eingestellt werden (da nur eine Fernbedienung für alle Zimmer!); aber zumindest gibt es einen Ein-/Ausschalter im Zimmer. Umgebung ist Innenstadt, deshalb etwas lauter wie in jedem Stadtzentrum. Hat uns nicht gestört. Der hauseigene Spa/Wellnessbereich im UG war wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen (ab 9 Uhr gab es Baulärm im Hotel zu hören)! Keine Vorabinformation dazu vor Anreise. Es wurde zumindest ein Hammam in Taxinähe (ca. 8 min) empfohlen. Dieser Umstand führt auch zur Abwertung, da beschriebene Leistungen nicht vorhanden. Hotelfrühstück war ok. Tramstation, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe (3 min Fußweg). Also Licht und Schatten bei unserem Aufenthalt.

The toilet flush was broken, the shower in both rooms was broken, the outside door didn’t lock so the man gave us a chair to put in front to keep it closed. The lady at the front desk was not delivering good costumer service. I had to ask for towels twice! No spa as promised. Staff were u helpful.

Please do not advertise free parking when there is no parking at all. Every night I had to look for a place with a gard to keep the car safe.I reserved here because it did say free parking.it was so frustrating.other than that it’s all good.

Great location, safe and quiet area. Nearby to supermarket, pharmacy, very good breakfast and dinner is realy good food. They also have an vegetarian meal. Friendly staff. Nice restrooms, hot water and AC works great. Big plus they have an elevator.

God beliggenhet rett ved trikkelinja. Lett å komme til jernbanestasjonen Casa V. Mange restauranter i nærmiljøet. Men det er en del støy fra gata og hotellet hadde hatt behov for en makeover. Spaet var stengt. I sum er dette et helt ok hotell, men ikke forvent for mye.

The towels were really dirty.Very old, no well care property. Bad smell in the room. We asked the satf to come to low the temperature for air conditioning and they never come.However some people of staff were very king but very difficult to understand english or spanish. They offered us taxi service but they charged us the double of the amount. Even for low price you will regret to get this hotel.

Staff rude and simply fail to acknowledge you. Room grubby, old and tired. Tableclothes very dirty in breakfast area , as were our pillows. Air con failed to work - asked for assistance, waited 25 mins whn promised 5 mins. Staff member came up and simply told me "it is working" when it wasnt. Overall terrible and not cheap.

The Moroccan decor is really beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels . I booked with dinner included , and was treated to a different Moroccan speciality each night. Two nights it was tajine , one fish and one chicken. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including eggs any style and beautiful crusty bread

Habe das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht und als ich in das Zimmer rein gegangen bin war auf dem Bett eine riesige Kakerlake und eine weitere krabbelte auf dem Boden herum. Als ich mich mehr umsah sah ich weitere kleine Einzeltiere auf den Wänden und Boden. Ich habe sofirt das Zimmer verlassen und habe nach meinem Geld verlangt aber keiner hat sich darum gekümmert als wäre das Alltag bei dem Hotel.

The hotel was a big disappointment. Aircon was broke, couldn't have a shower as the water was black, showerhaed was broke, bathroom floor was constantly flooding and staff did not give a two hoots. Reception staff was rude, could not sleep all night as I could hear the neighboring room. Next mornig I almost slipped on the bathrom floor. Despite raising concerns nothing was done. I was due to stay another two nights, but despite having paid in full I checked out and got myself a much better hotel that was cheaper. So glad i did as this made a difference to the rest of my time in Casa.

Das Hotel hat einen familiären Charakter (Aufenthalt im Februar, Nebensaison). Alle Mitarbeitenden zeigten sich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Hotelmanager kümmerte sich persönlich und sehr sympathisch mit Rat und Tat um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Leider ist der Bau so konzipiert, dass man jedes Wort und Geräusch vom Nebenzimmer mitbekommt

It’s an older hotel that has seen better days, but for a night and in this location I forgive the quality of sheets and such. Big rooms too. Ask for a room with a mini fridge. Very empty and a little creepy if solo travelling I would add, but a true bargain so close to the train station.

Good value, nice to have a welcome tea and treat. The reception area was very beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Basic but comfortable rooms. Very helpful front desk staff. A great location to get to the train for the airport and the tram, restaurants, and Medina.

A great atmosphere, staff were warm and friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome on arrival. The property was unique and exactly what we were after, rather than more modern hotels. We were only there for one night and didn’t have a chance to explore but there was a supermarket 1 block away and Pizzeria/Cafe across the road.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Konnten ohne Probleme die Zimmer tauschen und bekamen sogar größere Zimmer. Zimmer sind laut, man hört die Nachbarn. Umgebung ist Innenstadt, deshalb etwas lauter wie in jedem Stadtzentrum. Hat uns nicht gestört. Der hauseigene Spa/Wellnessbereich im UG war wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen (ab 9 Uhr gab es Baulärm im Hotel zu hören)! Keine Vorabinformation dazu vor Anreise. Es wurde zumindest ein Hammam in Taxinähe (ca. 8 min) empfohlen. Dieser Umstand führt auch zur Abwertung, da beschriebene Leistungen nicht vorhanden. Hotelfrühstück war ok. Tramstation, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe (3 min Fußweg). Also Licht und Schatten bei unserem Aufenthalt.

The towels were really dirty.Very old, no well care property. Bad smell in the room. We asked the satf to come to low the temperature for air conditioning and they never come.However some people of staff were very king but very difficult to understand english or spanish. They offered us taxi service but they charged us the double of the amount. Even for low price you will regret to get this hotel.

Staff rude and simply fail to acknowledge you. Room grubby, old and tired. Tableclothes very dirty in breakfast area , as were our pillows. Air con failed to work - asked for assistance, waited 25 mins whn promised 5 mins. Staff member came up and simply told me "it is working" when it wasnt. Overall terrible and not cheap.

For the price, this was a great hotel. Non smoking facility (just putting that in as it was unclear to me when I booked it). Bed really comfy, I slept so well. Breakfast great, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Really nice hotel. Very close to Casa port train station so easy to get to and from airport, and two tram lines in a couple of minutes walk.

Hello. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Everything was great including the location. 4 minutes walk from downtown ctm bus station, for example. Tram transit stop right outside the door. The place was very quiet, except for car horns during rush hour. The place is very tastefully and colorfully designed. Staff were fun and helpful. And it was very reasonably priced!

God beliggenhet rett ved trikkelinja. Lett å komme til jernbanestasjonen Casa V. Mange restauranter i nærmiljøet. Men det er en del støy fra gata og hotellet hadde hatt behov for en makeover. Spaet var stengt. I sum er dette et helt ok hotell, men ikke forvent for mye.

Pretty central. Once we worked out the trams, it was a great way of getting around. The publicity photo does not reflect the accommodation, and not in a good way. No coat hangers in room, although requested. Availability of breakfast food was variable at best. Overall, I won't be rushing to stay here again

The Moroccan decor is really beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels . I booked with dinner included , and was treated to a different Moroccan speciality each night. Two nights it was tajine , one fish and one chicken. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including eggs any style and beautiful crusty bread

Staff were kind and accommodating, our party was check-in at different times. But the hotel is kind of run down and grimy. It faces a dilapidated stadium and there was the construction of a tram extension in front of it so it's not the best view or first impression. Also because of the tram extension, taxis can't really stop in front without stopping all the traffic behind them. At night the immediate area around the hotel is kind of eerie but if you walk a little further there are quite a few stores, markets, street vendors and great restaurants and it is steps away from the CTM bus station. The bathroom faucet was so strong it would feel like the water was electrocuting you, I asked my friend and he felt the same thing. Television worked and had cable channels. Breakfast was not included but was like 9-15 euros/person, even though other comparable hotels in the area included it.

Leuk om te zien, mooie, schone kamer maar de andere ruimtes worden niet opgeruimd/schoongemaakt. De laatste dag was er bijna niets qua ontbijt (8:00)omdat er een grote groep was geweest. Ze gaven aan dat het niet werd aangevuld, dat vonden wij erg vervelend. De ober is erg vriendelijk. Het kluisje in de kamer moet per dag betaald worden. Receptie wat onpersoonlijk, de dame bij de receptie was erg kortaf en informeerde niet hoe wij het hebben gehad bij uitchecken.
Leuk om te zien, mooie, schone kamer maar de andere ruimtes worden niet opgeruimd/schoongemaakt. De laatste dag was er bijna niets qua ontbijt (8:00)omdat er een grote groep was geweest. Receptie wat onpersoonlijk, de dame bij de receptie was erg kortaf en informeerde niet hoe wij het hebben gehad bij uitchecken.

Great location, safe and quiet area. Nearby to supermarket, pharmacy, very good breakfast and dinner is realy good food. They also have an vegetarian meal. Friendly staff. Nice restrooms, hot water and AC works great. Big plus they have an elevator.
