The Drayton Court Hotel

Fantastic hotel for a stay before flying from Heathrow. I’ll never use an airport hotel again. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Food was great and we were lucky enough to be there on a Monday for the quiz which was lots of fun.

We stayed for three nights after flying in to Heathrow and the hotel proved to be perfect for our needs. It is only five minutes from West Ealing Station and very convenient for travel to and from Heathrow as well as central London. The service at the front desk and at breakfast each morning was invariably friendly and helpful. The room wasn't the most modern, but it was comfortable and suited the style of the place. The beer garden is huge and we spent some late afternoons enjoying the Paris Olympics on the big screen with a few drinks, but we never were troubled by noise once we went back to our room. Food was typical pub fare, but quite ok.

Lovely place to stay with great pub downstairs. Good selection for breakfast and to have free on site parking is a bonus and the Elizabeth line round the corner !! Happy days

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend the full English breakfast and Fish and chips off the bar menu . Overall a wonderful stay made even better by the staff and general atmosphere.

Just came back from a trip to London and stayed here. This place is wonderful!!! Highly recommend staying here. Staff is amazing, breakfast is fantastic (full menu included in your stay), rooms are immaculate and cozy. Beer garden out back, particularly nice addition in the summer. Bonus, a 2 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. Worth the distance outside of central London.

The room was nice and comfortable and a reasonable size. The bathroom was tired and in need of a refurb, lots of missing or dirty grout around the shower. There is a lovely large beer garden which is a great outside space. However when the bar closes there isn’t any inside or outside space for residents to sit. Even the tables out the front were taken in and we were basically told we should go to bed! Breakfast was an experience. First they brought the wrong food, then only one order which was stone cold. We waited an hour for the right order and wish we hadn’t bothered. ‘Plant based’ sausage was mushed veg which looked and tasted like it had been deep fried to death. Everything else was luke warm. The menu choices were ok but badly let down by the service and what the kitchen served up.

Very quick check in and out. Excellent breakfast and I wish there was detail on the hotel in regards to the free parking, the massive beer garden and 10% off drinks.

Totally amazing. Friendly, cozy and relaxed but at the same time classy hotel area. Fab rooms, v v quiet safe location. Spotless throughout. Food was always perfect. We felt truly pampered and spoilt. And the price we paid it's hard to believe how great this place is. 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway tube and a good sepection of shops, also some convenience stores right by the hotel. Will be back!

Check in was a breeze, Carly was friendly and efficient. Libby looked after our daily needs, for a few days and was always cheerful and friendly. Our check out was handled efficiently by Brigitta. The desk staff are a 10/10. Housekeeping kept the hotel clean and tidy.The bar staff were friendly, but lacked a little knowledge when it came to cocktail preparations. The afternoon/evening kitchen staff were limited in their abilities to pull together good food consistently, but the morning breakfast kitchen staff did an outstanding job. Overall our 1 week stay was very pleasurable because of the Drayton staff. Well done team! The hotel is located close to the metro, but it's a little ways from the buzz of London so requires more communting.

The room was clean except for some hair on the desk 😳 Only one lamp worked next to the bed, otherwise everything was fine. Beautiful garden ❤️

We loved staying at this hotel. It has the british 1800s feeling one sees in movies. The room was clean and big enough. The breakfast was delicious and unique. Nice touch the espresso machine in the rooms , with variety of coffee types to choose( perfect for all coffee lovers). Service was good as well, worth the price and definitely recommended.

Friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. Immaculately clean and so quiet. Couldn’t fault it.

The only problem we had was the room smelt a bit smoky - but the beds were comfortable and we didn’t need anything else than what was provided in the room

I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests and those hosting private events happy but maybe knock the sound down a little? Overall a fantastic stay and the food is excellent!

My girlfriend and I came to stay for Valentine’s Day and we had a marvellous stay! The Junior Suite we booked was bursting with character and charm - we stayed in the room called “Went The Day Well?” We loved the massive bathtub, the comfy bed, and the ability to change the temperature of the room and bathroom. We only had one small issue with the heating, where one of the fans (in the room) blew only cold air while the other (in the bathroom) blew warm air, and we wanted it warmer in the room - but one quick trip to reception and they were able to sort it for us within about 10 minutes, and the woman at reception was so friendly. In fact, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating, we felt so welcome during our stay! We would definitely like to come back for more than one night, and would say this is a must-stay for anyone looking!

Drayton Court Hotel is truly one of the best hotels in London! While it’s not located in central London, its proximity and excellent transport links make it incredibly convenient. In fact, I’d say that judging by its location, atmosphere, and service, Drayton Court Ealing is far superior to many of the more expensive, well-known posh hotels in central London! What stood out to us the most was the staff. Even before we arrived, their kindness shone through in phone conversations, offering helpful advice and suggestions with such warmth that it felt like we were going home, not to a hotel. During our stay, every member of the team was not only polite and helpful but also genuinely friendly and open-minded. It’s clear that they love what they do, and their amazing teamwork creates such a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. It made us feel safe, happy, and right at home. We stayed in a luxury room for Valentine’s Day, and it was absolutely stunning! Everything was spotless and of the highest standard—no complaints at all. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable, making it cozy and comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured there was no noise disturbance whatsoever. Food was impressive, breakfast was made with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. In fact, we found it even better than the breakfast we’d had a week earlier at a Hilton Hotel! Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Drayton Court Hotel, its restaurant, and its pub!

I really enjoyed my little stay here. I was a little worried that as it was a pub that it would be noisy but the insulation is very good! Great bed helped. Thoughtful and comfortable and lovely nespresso coffee in room - I think it should be mandatory in all 4 star hotels:) I’ll stay again. Breakfast was also v good 👍

We had a suite. Was loads of room in in big room big bathroom lovely bath. Staff were very helpful and great food in bar.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. This was my daughter’s second time staying and my first. We will definitely be back. We were given a suite and it was exceptional! Bed was comfortable and room very quiet for the location. Room facilities and supplies were perfect. Great location and a quick train ride to Paddington station. Food was great. Loved that breakfast was included and they were able to accommodate late check out! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend when staying just outside of London’s downtown core.

3rd stay, the last trip was not so good, The bar staff and reception staff were fantastic and accommodating as always. Restaurant staff seem to choose their hours. Close up for breakfast before 11 am, evening staff close the kitchen early. Weekends are better they stay open and serve breakfast and dinner up to the advertised times.

From the time we entered the hotel to the time we left the staff showed us nothing but love and friendship. The staff are a credit to the hotel and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. The food was excellent and love the breakfast over all a great place and really good transport routes

Great service at all touch points, great location too being only a 2 mins walk to West Ealing tube station, and the food we had (1 X dinner and 3 X breakfasts) was faultless

The Drayton is a wonderful, historic building in the Ealing area. There is an expansive courtyard with a bar and seating outside. A lot of locals visited the bar and restaurant and sat outside, not just hotel guests. That's always a good sign. Excellent, friendly, attentive staff.

Hotel was an old English hotel that was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff with easy access to the train and a nice pub downstairs. Street had construction so a little noisy but overall loved the hotel and would highly recommend it especially if you need easy access to Heathrow.

Great hotel. Room was exactly as pictured. Loved soaking in the tub after a long day in the center of London. Transportation is perfect. The Elizabeth Line runs straight from Heathrow to West Ealing station which is literally across the street from the hotel. Hopped onto the train for an easy commute into the city center. Breakfast is fabulous and the pub and beer garden are great too. Glad we found this little gem.

Tremendous stay at this hotel. Staff were brilliant, room was exceptional, breakfast very good. Great location for tube station for London and Heathrow.

The receptionist had lovely customer service and I felt welcomed. The room is well maintained classic British style and loved glass bottled waters and local chocolate/snack that was provided complimentary. The area is safe and loved my stay there. Sunday roast and English breakfast were also delicious! Also if you’re flying from Heathrow it’s only 20 mins away by train.

A nice boutique-style hotel, convenient location and close to the subway station, getting to/from London and Heathrow is relatively easy. Friendly staff and the daily breakfast is well prepared and tasty.

The hotel was perfect for our needs, super close to the tube and easy to get to from Heathrow and to Paddington on the same line (Elizabeth). Going into London central was not a priority. Hotel food was good, wonderful breakfast options and outdoor area. Shower clean and good water pressure. Room was on the small size but ok for one night. I’d definitely stay there again!

Always loved my stay here - I’m not sure if it’s a mistake, but I feel like I’ve been assigned a smaller room than what I booked. All other aspects off the stay was great - staff is always amazing and breakfast is my fave,
