Nice one-night stay at this charming motel, with a very retro feel. Front office staff made you feel comfortable, the room was clean, and the back patio “lounge” was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a nearly 500 mile drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Keeping in mind this is a budget motel...we love this place. It is clean and quiet and the price is reasonable. The rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. It is quiet and the staff friendly. There are 3 rooms upstairs. The one we stayed in was a little like a bedroom with ensuite bathroom so a little small, but it had a balcony with a table and chairs which was a nice surprise.

This is the nicest motel I have ever stayed at. The people who run it are super friendly and very helpful. This was the cleanest motel I’ve stayed at as well! No rooms had any kind of odor at all, no trace of any kind of odor. I really want to stress. this is one of the nicest motels I’ve ever stayed at, and I have driven across the US.

Photos are definitely better than the actual. Staff is very nice and helpful. Beds & towels clean. Walls & trim needed paint. In-room coffee is awful. Toilet seat and tub faucet loose but worked fine. TV channel selection poor and signal so bad it made it almost unwatchable. Tight parking. Convenient location for me. Relatively low price for Bend... you get what you pay for and no more.

Uncleaned room - fake nails that flung off the covers when we went to get in bed - hair in the bed that wasn't ours and stained sheets. Check in was good staff was good but the room was dirty. Couldn't wait to get out of there. The "garden" is a smoke patio and has trash and storage of old items. Gave the benefit of the doubt and was sadly disappointed.

The room was not what I had requested. They acknowledged it was wrong but did not make it correct. Stated nothing they could do. It was also very small and the sewer smell in the bathroom was strong. The carpet in the room was gross. I was very surprised it had a good rating.

Clean inside and out! Good beds cool curtains and bed spreads, clean and kept up to date. They gave extra effort to make it cozy. Someone truely cares about this property. The buildings are not new but , they keep it safe and clean.

Older property. It’s fine for a quick sleep but the bathroom was pretty rough. The drains in the sink and bathtub would not drain properly. The bathroom wallboards and walls were dirty and there appeared what I would think was mold on the ceiling. The walls in the second room were dirty as well.

Seriously the cleanest room I've seen in years! We were so impressed that I stopped in the office before we left to let them know that it was appreciated, and to keep it up! Highly recommend, and we'll be staying there when we go back to Bend!

Not good nor bad. Looked like blood stains on the bottom of my quilted blanket. And possibly a cigarette hole towards the top. The dark stain on the carpet right when you walk in to the left made it difficult to want to walk anywhere with shoes off inside due to also looking like blood. (Maybe coffee?) Not mad at it for the price. The staff seemed nice enough! :)

This property is desperately in need of updating. Rug is filthy. Tile is chipped. Cleaning inadequate. Room furnishings sparse and inadequate. Teeny tiny room. Bed creaks with each movement. Pillows are from paleolithic era. Has the vibe of the Bates Motel straight out of Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho” and the cost for this is outrageous. I have no idea how this property has received a high rating on this app.

We stay in room 15 and while my daughter was playing on the floor she walked over 30 ants. I quickly clean all our stuff on the floor and near and put everything back in the car. When I went to tell the front desk the guy didn't seem to care or apologize for the ants. All he did was gave me a key to room 16 and told me they been having problems. Great! You could have mentioned that before we took the room. Then in room 16 we had nats. It took us up to 3 hours to kill all of those. DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL . I was so happy morning came and we could leave. The only reason we didn't leave right away is because everywhere else was booked for the night.

The room I had was pretty small. But it was a king bed. Worked just fine to rest your head for a night. The room was very quiet except for sounds from the window. Overall for the age of the rooms they were in good working order. They are clearly make a solid effort to care for their guests and keep rooms up to date.

This was my second time staying here and my expectations were exceeded this time around. Check-in was quick and the gentleman who checked me in was friendly and gave me an upstairs room since I was going to be there for almost a week. I didn't even know there was an upstairs! Room was great, clean and quiet. I don't remember getting the name of the gentleman that checked me in but it had to have been the legendary man that everyone else speaks of. Very engaging and gave off good vibes. Thank you for the positive experience at The Holiday Motel!

I booked on Expedia for an employee travel. I called to request a cc authorization for the guest & one person at the front desk was pugnacious, for someone that was designated to answer the phone. It may have been the owner/manager, but I just didn't see the necessity in being assumptive that the guest would be destructive of the room. She offered to waive the deposit but from there escalated to promising that I would hear from her, if my employee did anything to the room while staying, & then hung up on me. Per the guest, the room had a musty odor, likely because of the dripping faucet in the bathroom tub. Everything else, was just fine.

The rooms were quite dirty, and there was no hot water. When I approached the front desk to request a receipt I needed, the lady there became extremely upset. She insisted that I should have already received one since her husband always distributed receipts. I tried to explain that I either didn't receive it or might have misplaced it, but instead of addressing my concern, she started yelling at me, accusing me of calling her husband a liar. This was bewildering, as I was simply asking for a copy of the receipt. As the situation escalated, she continued to shout at me and demanded my receipt. Eventually, she wrote one out, still screaming at me as I left. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional experiences I've encountered. I paid $186 for an outdated room with no hot water, and to be treated that way was completely unacceptable.

Nice place to stay for the price. Room was dated but was clean and comfortable with the exception of a little mold on the ceiling above the shower. No breakfast offered but options close by. Would stay here again.

It was definitely worth the money. Had concerns about the water in the bathtub coming up over our ankles thinking that there must’ve been hair in the drain and there was no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily, there’s a grocery outlet next-door so we can buy some.

The room was basic, not fancy but cozy warm and comfy, like your own bedroom.. A great location near everything and pretty quiet, clean and great refrigerator. I appreciate this because I always have restaurant leftovers when I travel. By the way, just a few hundred feet from the motel is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've eaten at, it's called "Chans". Go there if you like Chinese food. I still have leftovers I'm still eating since Friday night, so much good but such good quality.

We were just staying a short night and everything was great. Clean and the bed was comfortable. This is an older motel but is well taken care of and the staff was great. This little place will always be at top of our list for future stays in Bend.
