Decent stay for the money, no complaints. Clean.

Basic room, good location if visiting Miami U.

If you need a place to stay, this motel will do. Clean room, comfortable bed, no frills. Water pressure in shower was not so great and hot water took a while to reach warm water temperature in our room. Room we stayed in had some noticable repair work done(missed matched paint and repaired holes in the wall where work has been done) and needed some more to be completed(minor things). If all you need is a place to lay your head for a night or two, this place will do. Fair price would be around $60 to $80 a night. Office clerk was very friendly. Like I said, if you are just needing a clean and comfortable bed and room for a night or two this place will do. Nothing fancy, no extras but close to the college.

Fine for a quick overnight. No bells and whistles. Just clean enough.

Nice staff, but just okay property. Heating unit was very loud and kept us up all night. Sheets smelled. Needs a renovation.
