While the room was 99% clean, there was a dirty wash cloth hung on the shower rod from the last guest. They only had a smokers room available but it was clean enough it didn’t smell like cigarettes and I really appreciated that. Lots of structure issues and the AC was loud.

The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a good location with anything you need nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they even gave me a refund on a 2nd non refundable room i accidentally booked. AC worked great.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind! The rooms are very very clean with amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, couch, extremely comfortable beds and the staff always makes sure to ask if I have everything I need. Very accommodating and kind. Please book with Guest Inn! You won't regret it!

Located in Rogers, Guest Inn is in the city center. Daisy Airgun Museum and Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Frisco Station Mall and Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Rogers Aquatics Center and Beaver Lake are two other places to visit that come recommended. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
