Wonderful hotel in every way. The staff was always friendly and helpful, included breakfast was fresh and made-to-order and used eggs from their own farm on the property. Spa was relaxing, the on-site hot springs were relaxing, and everything we ate was delicious.

Difficult to rate. Disappointed with the breakfast service staff (unattentive, despite few of us eating breakfast) and food was very poor quality (not fresh juice, poor fruit selection, no yogurt, etc.); 100% worst breakfast on all our trip despite this being one of our more expensive hotels (so we ate our other meals in town instead). On the other hand, the villas were very comfortable, nice hot springs, and well maintained grounds. It is worth mentioning that Leonel was very helpful). He booked the various activities for us with no problem. The hotel’s location means that it remains a good choice for exploring the area.
