Wow, what an incredible team they welcomed us with open arms super happy to receive us. A lot of people were coming at the same time they handled the crowd almost perfect nobody’s perfect and every single person came in contact. Spoke with both Spanish and English amazing team. Amazing location great staff we’re going back soon.

The rooms and the hot springs are truly amazing, one of a kind. The food and beverages are also top of the line. Friendly, helpful staff make the stay one of a kind fabulous

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Except, the water in the shower is cold and the water pressure is weak. If this bothers you because they have no solution to the problem, go to another hotel.
