All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was compact but had everything I needed. The location was amazing, right in the middle of Soho and close to the theatre I was attending.

Pros: staff were lovely, we had no air conditioning working in our room so we got a free breakfast, and free Prosecco from the very lovely night porter. Room was impeccably clean and wet room is actually a very good functional idea. Location is PERFECT. We had an event at Outernet and it was four minute walk away, perfect for shows! Outside courtyard was very nice too for a before bed drink and cheeky cig! Cons: a bit hard to find initially, signage could maybe be clearer. Cafe needs staffing reviewed, there were eight people waiting for drinks and cheese boards and two managers were just having a casual meeting on the table next to it so the poor bar tender was on her own trying to do it all, could have taken five minutes and helped her.

Air conditioning not working and a fan provided only pushed hot air around the room. With no window room was unbearable to sleep in. No sleep achieved. Staff apologised and suggested compensation would be provided in form of another stay, but no comms received from the staff, in 4 days of leaving the hotel.
