Comfort Inn & Suites Lawrence - University Area

Breakfast was great. They kept it very well stocked and there was a good variety. I particularly liked the biscuits and gravy, and all the fruit. The only thing I would add was the need for black tea, with caffeine and without. Parking was definitely very easy!

Front desk staff at check in is not super friendly. Breakfast was so so. Kinda cold

It was a good stay , the ladies who do the breakfast area are top notch!! They set the standard for customer service

Okay place to stay

Cancelled the reservations weeks before the final date to cancel and they charged the rooms anyway. Be careful if you need to modify or cancel your reservation you may get charged anyway. Had to file a fraud claim to get the money refunded. The hotel site could not do it even though instructions said any charges would be refunded by the hotel itself and not hotels.com... very confusing.
