Great service and very good hotel for the price. Parking is great and secure.

Best thing secure parking! Breakfast good. Good for Excel and then to get into the centre of London. Down side, bed up to wall one side, sorry.

Super convenient location, large and clean room and great value, plus free and secure parking onsite. Not your traditional hotel from the outside, but the service and hospitality was exceptional. Will definitely be back

Friendly welcome, and great to be able to park at the hotel. Standard room was basic, but clean and comfortable so met my needs. Helpful and pleasant staff made the stay enjoyable. Would use again

The room was in a building across the road and not the main hotel it was above a very busy grocery shop and a extremely busy noisy road, I did not get any sleep at all. My car was broken into. I booked this hotel for specifically safe car park, but there was no space and was pushed into leaving my car on the road, assuring me if was safe. The staff there did not show any concern other than offering tape to patch the damage . They didn't even offer any sort of consolation. They knew they were in the wrong but decided to avoid taking blame in a way by staying silent when it was their fault for not having space in their car park. The bed had tiny hairs on it and in it including pubic hairs which put me right off and I avoided laying directly on the bed. I basically slept on the duvet. The buses, trucks and the noisy shop were a nightmare. The tap in the shower was not working properly, at one point the water went completely off, then I moved the tap around and it started working again. Lucky I checked this before getting in, in the end I didn't have a shower. My stay was terrible from start to finish. Never again I will stay here if I can help it. Hot room, no air con and if you open the window for cooling, the noise is diabolical, you might as well sleep on the pavement outside.

Very cosy little room, we stayed here to go see micky flanagan, tube connection train at end of rd, quick journey to 02. Infact we were walking back down the road to our hotel after getting out of 02, queing to get in tube station a grand total of 25 minutes. Staff VERY helpful and friendly, available 24/7. Also had a secure gate locked car park at rear which was free of charge. Will defo stay here again when visiting the 02!

Front desk and kitchen staff very friendly and polite. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Free parking right outside front door was a bonus.

The room was good and I liked the balconies but it would have been better if there was a chair and table on the balcony. There was only one small cup, no glasses! Be much better if there was a mug and at least one glass. I think the room might get very hot in the summer and there is no AC. Most annoying was the parking it was NOT made clear there was limited parking and it was allocated on a first come first served basis! Breakfast was good and I enjoyed it

The sheets were dirty when we got to the room, pretty sure there were bed bugs as well as I woke up with bites all over my leg.

Very clean and tidy

The room was very small not very clean. It had clearly had a very quick once over, but the surfaces were incredibly dusty; not to even metion things like the tv remote that were frankly disgusting. Also there were multiple wires hanging out of the walls. It did not feel very safe

Stayed for 5 nights and got bitten by bed bugs on the last night's stay, reported it to the front desk on checking out but no action was taken. Disappointed of my stay.

The property was a house turned into HMO’s 4 star no chance 0 star is more like it. Would never as long as I live recommend anyone to use this establishment it had mould in the shower, hair on the shower head, the shower head also dirty and has never been cleaned the walls needed painting, you could smell damp in the room, the carpet was dirty and needed industrial cleaning, the toilet seat was stained all in all the room was not fit for human habitation

Arrived late and had to clean the toilet bowl my self. The pillows have to be changed. We booked the annex building and had the first room upstairs. Noise from the main door early that morning woke us up. The place is more like a motel.

Cleanest place I’ve stayed in nice guy on reception although we stayed in the annex which is a few doors down the road and a house,very clean looks like some money has been spent to make it feel homely, only down side a double bed not kingsize, we had forgotten how small a double is, kettle and tea and coffee provided great touch and free parking behind the main hotel and very secure. A few takeaways in walking distance and a general store opposite. Easy access to the main reds into London and only 2.6 miles to the abba arena with links to the underground and local buses or taxis, give it a try I don’t think anyone would be disappointed, and so cheap even cheaper than snoozebox from opening the door the place is clean gets 5 stars from us we will be back thank you for a stress free stay 😊

Overall, it’s an average for me. It looks like a house converted hotel rooms. The walls were super thin, I could hear walking from upstairs, next room flushing and anything in between.

The annex we stayed in was clean but the room was far too small for two adults.The wardrobe was tiny with only 3 hangers for two adults’ 5 night stay. There was no chest of drawers either for clothing. With the heat outside, it was like a furnace in the room without any air conditioning and a medium sized fan. We dreaded bed time as we could not sleep - even with the small windows open. When we explained why we were cutting short our stay, nothing was said by reception except that none of the rooms had air conditioning. The guy on duty on reception was unsympathetic and merely said there was a fan in the room, I explained that a medium sized fan was inadequate for the temperature in the room but he simply nodded - on checking we’d paid up - in dismissing us. We will never return.

Quite small rooms, but incredibly clean and decently quiet. Great location if you're at the ExCeL. The wi-fi doesn't reach all rooms. The rainfall shower head is annoying for a woman who doesn't want to get her hair wet every day, so bring a shower cap if you're like me.

Good deal for the price. At a walking distance from the DLR. The attic single room didn’t have adequate sound proofing, so despite closing the window, you could pretty much hear every car passing on the street, which can be difficult for light sleepers. Big overall , was a good deal.

Small room. Couldn’t fully open door to bathroom as it hit the bed. A/c not working. Sink cold water pressure so low couldn’t rinse sink out after brushing teeth. Shower head scaled up and low pressure.

Such a wonderful hotel in a convenient area with great transport links. The rooms are beautiful and are far from outdated, just classic hotel interiors! All room appliances worked well - smart tv, fan, kettle, safe, hairdryer, and bathroom. The owners were very kind and accommodating, and offered to upgrade me free of charge, which I (naturally) graciously accepted. Truly a gem of a stay, and I will certainly be visiting again in the near future.

The room was clean and modern, although small, this didn’t really worry us we wouldn’t be spending much time in there, bed not the best, a firmer mattress would be better although I realise this is a personal preference, pillows were poor quality though, very lumpy. Noisy with people coming and going, banging doors all times of the night and morning and again I understand the hotel can’t really control this. I would like to point out that one pot of milk when you provide two tea bags and two coffees is not sufficient.

Stay was pleasant, we stayed in annex building across the street from main hotel and part of a street of shops/houses. Room was small but adequate for our needs, rooms on a busy road so could hear traffic most of the evening. Check in/out was quick and staff friendly.

The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference. A great experience overall, I’d happily stay again.

I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. Other guests started a fight right in front of my door 6 in the morning which continued for hours - no staff intervention

staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was staying here for the T100 triathlon and they allowed me a late checkout at no extra cost. my room was perfect for a solo traveler, the stairs were a bit tricky with luggage.

Stayed here for an easy quick walk to the Excel London for a weekend convention. Lovely staff at the front desk when i arrived. I was in one of the rooms in the "annex building" which across the road above shops. They let me check in when i arrived at 1pm bedore the 2pm stated time and the guy walked me across the road to the room. Nice room looks newly decorated with modern bathroom including a rainfall shower. The room was advertised as a single bed but there was a double bed so that was a nice bonus. In the room was an electric fan, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, kettle with cup. spoon, sugar tea and cofee. There was hangers and a shelf above. The shelf was dusty. Wifi included. The smart tv has access to all the streaming serviced bht you need your own logins.

We booked last minute and were amazed by the level of service and friendliness from the team. We're definitely going to stay again when in the area!

Great customer service, accomodation was clean and in good condition. Receptionists were patient and helpful, they made us feel welcome and understood our visit needs. Will like to come and stay again.

I arrived quite late but received a friendly welcome. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable so no complaints. Tea and coffee making facilities are always welcome. I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to London City airport. The bus stop outside is very convenient.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for convention. Close to DLR and within walking distance to it and Victoria line and the expo hall. Highly recommend this place

Great location for the Excel, area around can be a little intimidating but everyone was very pleasant and helpful atbthe hotel.

Convenient for DLR (5 minute walk straight down the road), which connects to underground, although you need to be aware that trains stop in the evening (not sure when) so you may then need to get a bus, taxi or Uber etc. The Prince Regent DLR. station is right next to the Excel arena.

perfect hotel & location for the o2. Stayed the night here for 2 MMA events happening over the weekend. Booked to stay 1 night. DLR 5 mins walk away and a quick change onto the jubilee line and at the arena within 20/30 mins Some of this is obviously depending how busy they are. Checked in and they put me in a double room even though I booked single. Also I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday but they let me leave the car there all day until after the event late Saturday. Cant thank them enough for this, so thank you. Obviously this will depend how many cars are on site. Nothing was any trouble anything you need just ask, Hotel clean and spotless. Beds comfy, towels and wash soap. Tea/coffee kettle in the room, everything you need from a room Will be back again if going to the o2 or excel

The front desk and the rest of the staff are lovely at the Price Regent. It is a lovely little, no thrill, hotel, walking distance to the Excel ... very good location for any even and the new Elisabeth line is a game changer too

Nice hotel near the EXCEL free breakfast and free car park. Breakfast area is vey small , but staff are helpful , They cooked and sat us quickly .Rooms are smaller than average but this is London.

I was unimpressed. No restaurant serving food when I arrived at 7pm. The Annex room was not adjoined or even next to the hotel. It was along a busy road on the other side from the hotel. There was absolutely no hot water supply to the Shower. Basic Tv with no sign of Streaming other than entering personal detail if you were a subscriber to say Netflix Prime or BBC iplayer. A rip off room night cost Of GBP 459 incl tax. The hotel was actually a 20 min walk from EXCEL. I would not recommend this hotel especially to a women attending the area for business purposes.

Service of the staff was very good. They are very helpfull. Breakfast is made for you, so no buffet. (Which helps reducing throwing away food). It was a small and simple menu, but I loved it. The room was a bit outdated but that was not a dealbreaker for us.

Nice hotel - good value for money. Free parking was a real bonus. A free breakfast was a very welcome unexpected bonus too. Very pleasant staff. Room was pretty good, although there were some small issues (e.g. bedside lamps and bathroom mirror lamp.). The balcony on the room was nice in the sunshine too. I'd happily stay there again.

By far the best place to stay with a Fabulous breakfast aswell to start the day. Beds are normal doubles, so small if your used to the kingsize. Breakfast is included which is a nice bonus, but the sausages could be a little more upmarket. But overall. Its super clean, staff are wonderful and well be staying again
