Pool was small and all day in the shade. The laundry facilities were not in operation. The dryer did not work. But staff was very accommodating offering to wash and dry for no charge which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Brand new hotel with a great layout and staff. The pool is not particularly appealing but otherwise the rest of the property is very nice. The staff was very nice and went so far as to dry a load of clothes for us as the dryer was out of service in the wash room. They also called to tell us fresh cookies were out!

Their network was down and they could not make key cards so they had to escort you upstairs to let you in your room anytime you went in and out. They said it had been down for two days. Also, whoever stayed above me must’ve had kids playing jumping and stomping until about 4 o’clock in the morning so we got no sleep.

The staff did an amazing job, but it seems like there was something faulty with their fire alarm. Everybody had to evacuate around 5am and it went off a few more times for a shortly when they were trying to work on it. Didn’t get much sleep but the staff did offer a later check. I will see the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and I watched her checking on all the guest while waiting on the fire dept. Overall it was a good stay clean smelled clean. Breakfast was good. I have stayed in three other hotels in that same Cedar Park area and I will still go back to this one.

The hotel had issues with their network making the checkin process long with people lined up. They did their best but it seems that this has been happening lately so the company needs to address that problem. Later that evening after being out, none of our key cards worked so i went down to the front desk but no body was there. After 5 minutes or so someone arrived and provided us new cards. Other than these 2 issues our stay was great. Room was clean, food at breakfast was good, anytime i did need to get assistance they were very friendly and helpful. Had it not been for the two issues i mentioned earlier i would give them 5 stars.

We hage stayed many times over the past 2yrs. There was no hot water. Front desk said it was being worked on. Still next day no hot water. Person in room next to use had alarm clock going off starting at 6am and buzzing ever 20 minutes. Told front desk and still continued. Place was dirty hall ways needed vacuumed. Not a pleasant stay at all.

There were fighting above my room at 4am no one from management followed up on this with me the next day. Elevators and WiFi was down. They need help with customer service and learning how to help people. They offered to move my room on the day I checked out. Lights in room wasn’t working

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and staff is always great. We’ve stayed here once before and it brought us back. The only down side we experienced is noise level from upper rooms. We had rowdy guest above us however hotel staff moved us to accommodate for a more peaceful staff.

The pillows were very cheap. Stacked up 3 and still went flat. Very uncomfortable.. Made for a restless night and a tired morning. The both of had the same experience. She used the pillow from the couch which helped but still not very comfortable.

Just WOW! We loved our stay! Sean was such a wonderful presence at the front desk and the hotel. He was so welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was very spacious, super clean and the bed was very comfy, we slept great! Gluten free muffins would have been a wonderful addition to the breakfast buffet (I didn’t see any though).

The stay was good the service was not so good. Alan was wonderful however he was running the hotel alone on a holiday weekend. Alan needs help upfront to insure proper service. He’s trying to run the whole show by himself on a Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and it simply wasn’t possible. After calling numerous times hours before nobody answered. Arrived at the hotel nobody was there for at least 10 minutes, just sat there, not knowing what to do or how to check in. After this the stay was good and breakfast options were plentiful.

The young gentleman (Andrew?) that checked me in and out was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic but not intrusive. He is one of few people who seems to be committed to serving others well and who genuinely enjoys it and likes people. The breakfast included some hot items beyond the common continental breakfast and the staff frequently monitored it to make sure it didn’t run out and to keep the area clean and orderly. The building looks new and modern and they have popcorn, fruit, and coffee, cocoa and tea available in the lobby 24 hours. The surrounding common area has many small and well appointed intimate areas to sit and visit with others or work. Most importantly is the freshened and modern guest rooms with a small refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is a wall thermostat to keep the temperature regulated to your ideal setting and two layered window shades, one of which is a blackout shade to keep the room dark while sleeping. It is very close to many restaurants, a large grocery store, and to gas stations. A major highway is a short drive away for easy access for travel. I loved this place!

This property is great - it is in an excellent location if you have anything going on in Cedar Park. It is a bit off the main road so I felt safe parking my car there. The front staff were friendly and very helpful upon arrival. I needed them to store my luggage since I arrived significantly early for my check-in and they were so incredibly kind about it. They even started trying to find a room for me to check-in to early but I had to leave so I didn't need it yet. Great place to stay. Only wish they had a few more gluten-free breakfast options.

I picked this location because of the distance of the HEB arena. The whole area is nice and is easy to navigate from the freeway. The room was comfortable and we had no issues.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was hot and had a good variety and very good coffee. The only complaint is that the A/C unit rattles and I had to put a pillow by the side so it would stop. I let the front desk know of the problem and I'm sure they will fix it

The hotel was nice but the breakfast was not as great as reviews stated. The buffet was just average. The potatoes and sausage were both cold. No decaff coffee until I asked for it. I hope you can do better. Also the room layout was modern and great but there was not enough trash receptacles.

A very nice and mostly clean hotel (some spilled milk and food scraps in kitchen area) that is understaffed, with kind employees but many don’t speak English. There was no one at the front desk from 11:30-12:15 am and I gave up. People were trying to check in and someone was trying to get towels. I gave the woman my towels and dragged my heavy equipment upstairs, since no one was there to put it in the storage area. I was admittedly late to breakfast but it IS open til 10 am. At 9:30 there was no oatmeal left, and I could fill only a half a cup of the famous waffle mix. No syrup. I hesitate to write negative reviews but this property has great potential- conveniently located and relatively up to date. The parking spaces are skinnier than a Qtip. So if you arrive late, you may need to park down the street or improvise a space.

We've stayed here multiple times. The room and service was great. Always clean and comfy. Unfortunately the breakfast service was subpar. Watery waffle mix, mediocre omelets and short on the sides. Coffee in decanters had lots of "floaters" as if there's build-up in the decanters that "sloughing" off.

Stayed one night for a Saturday event. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues with check-in. The breakfast was more than just muffins and juice. Enjoyed scrambled eggs, potatoes, raisin toast, and juice. I will say again if I'm in the area.
