Staff wanted me to check out at 10:30 AM when the reservation states that check out was at 11:00 AM. The water in the showers wasn’t hot, just a bit warm. Wouldn’t recommend this hostel in the winter.

Well I just wanna say, it’s a good way to save money in London, There’s no reception, the room need a lot of maintenance, you have limited TV channels, slow Wifi Speed, Cups and plates dirty. But well I just paid for sleep and that’s it.

Lights didn’t work in the room no hot water and took me forever knocking on the door to drop my bags off as I was seeing shows that day had it been longer than 1 night I would of complained would not book again!

Do not stay here unless you really have to. There was mouse drippings on bed when we got there. The carpet floor was disgusting and felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed it months. The roof had stains all over it. Oddly enough the bathrooms were totally renovated but i they didn’t bother with the rooms. Also, the mattress may be 20 years old because we were both basically sinking to the bed frame. Maybe the worst place I’ve ever stayed…

worst property I have ever stayed at. Looked like it was cloudy outside because the windows are so dirty. floor was filthy. Walls were filthy. old stained ripped chair in room. Mattresses were horrible. One available outlet that was hooked up to a power bar that did not work if more than one plug being used. Vent scotch taped to wall. Other bits of old tape on wall. Shower was black with mould around the edges. Overall, absolutely gross. Booked for two nights. Left after one night and had to pay for another hotel.

The staff member was rude and because he barely spoke any English it was like talking to a brick wall and it took me about twenty minutes to be able to check in.The bedroom sink had a crack in it and the wardrobe only had one hanger in it.The mattress was only quite thin too.
