The room, sheets, and towels were clean. The closet was also clean. The outside windows were quite dusty, and you could see some insects trapped on the outside. It’s unfortunate that the room and wallway have thick carpets, since these tend to keep more dust.

A junior suite with a broken aircon was quickly and without fuss upgraded to a nice and cool suite. Top marks! The rooms in general though are a bit tired and show signs of wear. The lack of proper lighting (especially over the make up mirror) and sockets or usb ports on just one side of the bed were a bit of a challenge. But the friendliness of literally every single member of staff more than makes up for it.
