This place was a bit dated and lacked the hospitality and comfort that we have received at other IHG properties. It was probably the worst Holiday Inn we have stayed in. With the ice machine not working on the ground floor (two ladies at the front desk cared more about their conversation than to address the concern), the kid next door waking up what was probably half the hotel on the lower level, and the short shower curtain in the shower practically creating a lagoon in the bathroom and hallway outside, this hotel will be hard to top as the worst one on our Expedia bookings. I can honestly say that the best part of our stay was pulling out of the parking lot.

Our pickup truck was broken into, I didn’t read the reviews before booking apparently it happens regularly. DO NOT TRUST this property as it seemed safe to us with the extra cameras in the parking lot. If this happens regularly you would think they would hire a security guard to patrol the parking, at the least through out the night. The room vents had mold and dirt all around them. Never again will I stay at this property.

I would not stay here again. It’s right next door to a very busy WalMart. I recommend asking for a copy of their incident reports for the last 12 months before staying here. Although we strategically parked by the entrance of the parking lot in the direction of the cameras our truck was broken into. We paid extra for a nicer hotel due to safety and security reasons. Staying at this hotel cost us a nightly room rate, the cost of a new window with a full day wasted repairing the window. After speaking to the General Manager he offered a discount on our next stay at their hotel.

No security- my pickup was broken into 2 nights in a row., First night they stole cigar case and cd case with 100 or more CDs .The following night both my tail lights were stolen and they destroyed the bed safety cover. The manager said the bear no responsibility I was parked directly under one of the outside cameras,. A LOT OF DAMAGE.

Location super convenient to Six Flags, but if you go during the busy season, expect your room to not be ready and be prepared for limited dining and amenities. The pool was closed for half our stay and our room was noon available until 2 hours past checkin. Generally clean and staff friendly enough.

Very clean, comfortable, and room very spacious! Staff attentive and friendly. Greeted with a smile eveytime we passed. Free popcorn in the lobby nightly was a very nice touch. Rooms were nice and cold. Restroom very clean and up to date. There was Dove shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the shower. Stayed 3 nights and rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Close to our destination and area was nice.

The person that checked me in was so rude! She ignored me while I was waiting in line until I said “hi, I am here to check in”. Then she acted annoyed, snatching my driver’s license and credit card out of my hands! The property must be poorly built because I stayed on the 3rd floor and was kept awake by the person above me. I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone in the room did not connect to the front desk and at 2am I didn’t have the phone number!

This hotel is the definition of "not my problem". The only person I found doing their job well was the lovely woman who made sure everyone paid for the mediocre breakfast. The sink was half enameled, there was paint down the walls in the bathroom, the shower curtain was damaged. I attempted to change rooms to be faced with still damaged shower curtains and mold around the tub. There is no taking pride in this location. And when confronted with the problem it was essentially a shrug. Their customer service is not set up to have repeat customers. I have been an IGH member for decades- and I am considering to change loyalty for myself and staff based on this location.

It was a pleasant 4-day stay the Personnel were courteous and professional the only issue we had was the shower clogging and they were on it Johnny on the spot within 5 minutes someone was there looking at it left got tools and was done within 30 minutes fastest I've ever seen a service call answered. This is a great value for the price; convenient to many things: shopping, restaurants, entertainment. It was nice to have the option of breakfast or a cocktail in the evening. The staff was very professional, polite and resourceful. There were a few outdated furnishings, but all very functional.

The hotel needs maintenance. TV didn't work in the bedroom, shower head was clogged and barley thru out water and microwave didn't work either. Bagels in the breakfast area were hard as a rock and I don't know why they put ice in the orange and apple juice containers. Luggage carts are old and broken also.

This hotel is good for short periods. The rooms were good but small, especially for more than one person. For some reason, there is not enough lights in the room, but there are reading lights on the beds. Breakfast is available for a surcharge, but it's plentiful and really good. The staff are also very helpful, nice, friendly and professional. So, overall a good place to stay. I would recommend it.

Front desk staff was helpful. Didn’t have to jump through hoops to get service and towels. Breakfast was decent, however they kept running out of food and coffee and took a long time to replenish. When they did they put one plates worth back for 10-20 guests waiting. They were sticklers for vouchers for the meal so they should have been more aware9f how many people they were serving. They presented you with a zero balance bill so you could write in a tip on a self serve buffet.
