Self parking (parallel) in front of each room. Inside was neat and tidy with easy to operate heat/ac. Blowdryer and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Mini refrigerator and comfortable beds. Super cute and cozy at a reasonable price. Less than 5 minute drive to downtown.

Need more than 1 washer and 1 dryer so there is a backup if one is out of order. Only booked because it had a laundry but after check in I discovered there was no laundry as the one washer is broken.

Heat and other things in the room worked well. Very easy parking; right in front of the door at most rooms and you can unload under an awning out of the rain. The front desk staff was very understanding and cooperative when I reported and paid for incidental damage to towels that occurred by my dog. Would stay again.

Clean, polite, on the main drag, easy to get in and out of the facility. Outside is outdated but very well maintained. Inside is modern, very clean and well maintained. Better than I expected for the price.

It's an average place, nothing fancy which is fine for us. The problem was the floor. After walking around barefoot on the tile for about 5 minutes My wife and I both had black feet and we had just showered. You could feel that it hadn't been mopped in a while.

Room smelled overwhelmingly of mildew and felt really humid. The AC eventually worked great, and the room was generally clean, except the bathroom. The bathtub needed a deep cleaning, and I found multiple long strands of black hair in the “clean” towels. The TV wouldn’t stream for longer than a few seconds without buffering for several minutes. Front office wasn’t open at 6:30am when we woke up for coffee and breakfast. Cute alien theme, but definitely a stereotypical roadside motel. The woman who checked us in was a delight, though. Very friendly.

Motel style, theme is cute. But the rooms were quite a disappointment. I found a dead bug in my room, and it smelled really bad of smoke. I was offered another room, which the hotel rep offered me to choose. Sadly it still smelled. But other than this, it was an overall decent stay. Does included breakfast and coffee, juices which is a nice touch.

The bottom of my feet were turning black from walking around barefoot in the room! Poor job of cleaning the floor. Current place we're staying the next few nights with same type of floor, not an issue. Place also very old and rundown AND VERY EXPENSIVE for what you got. Very minimal excuse for a breakfast, even for continental. Have no idea how they had a 9/10 rating. If cost was 1/3 of what they charged might have been okay (if floor was clean), but basically was just a big rip off.

The vibe is that this is newly remodeled old hotel. The rooms were clean clean. However very sterile with the bright lighting and tile. Floors are soooo cold!!! Heating unit was mediocre and so loud it blocks out tv. Its a good place to maybe crash for a night but there is no coffee available! Overall its clean, but not cozy, warm, inviting. Front desk clerk was quite friendly and helpful.

What a great place! Conveniently located off the main road but with a setback that greatly deadened the noise and made the room feel more like a neighborhood than a hotel. Clean, newly remodeled rooms with all the things you want from a room. They had great consumable items in the hotel (Shampoo, Conditioner), and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I can complain about is the A/C unit could be noisy but in this area is much rather have A/C than not. That being said the unit was very efficient at keeping the room to the exact temperature I set it at.

It was unique and a well updated remodel. The only negative things: the door to the room would lock properly but wouldn't seal tightly, so outside light and noise could enter. The curtain rod was broken, so the curtain hung awkwardly, and the fan/heat/ac unit was noisy and dusty.

The hotel was VERY CLEAN. Called the day before and was NOT told check-in time was 3PM, arrived about 130P and was told in an unprofessional manner I could get a room right away for $20 more. The 2nd person who checked us in at about 4P was AMAZING.

My husband and I took a road trip from Texas to NM then to the four corners and then to Colorado.. this was our first night stay I booked before we ever left Texas. I read all reviews for the past few months and I have to say it was exactly what I thought we were getting! The bed was sooo comfortable! Cute motel close to lots of things on the main street if Roswell. The area around the motel isn't the nicest but the staff was nice and quick checking in, and the room was pretty clean and quiet.

Extremely clean for an older establishment. There was no dust or handprints anywhere! And in this part of the country, no dust is almost unheard of! But don't count on coffee on the morning. Machine wasn't working and there was no one around to help. But for the best price in town, I'll pay for my coffee.

Very basic motel with clean room. Given the price it is a good value. My only complaint is the so-called breakfast where only juice/coffee and donuts are offered. In the end it is better to offer no breakfast so we can plan ahead than having to find another breakfast place last minute.

It had to be the best bed out of our vacation so far. Nice updated room. The bathroom looked like it needed updated, but it was cozy. We could have had better customer service as there wasn't anyone present for the "grab and go" breakfast with over ripe bananas and a slim variety of pre packaged hostess pastries. The neighborhood was concerning with a group of possible homeless people bunking on discarded beds from the neighboring hotel.
