An excellent hotel to stay in. Pools were clean and right next to the beach. The food in the restaurants was a high standard, particularly enjoyed breakfast with a huge range of choice. The pool food was a bit average, but you could walk to the restaurant if you wanted more choice or quality. The gym was well equipped, although the Peloton bike wasn’t working. Staff were great and super helpful. Super coffee shop, proper ground coffees and iced drinks. Enjoyed the stay.

The room was always clean and spacious during our stay in the Junior Suite Ocean View Preferred Club. The only improvement needed would be updating the refrigerator cabinet. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to everything we needed. The balcony was spacious and offered a beautiful view of both the ocean and the bay. We would have preferred a beachfront room, but it was more expensive and outside our budget. Most of the restaurants were excellent. We only wish the resort offered more activities and things to .

Loved the views and staff, but dinner wait times could improve!** **Pros:** * Incredible staff, especially Oscar and Wendy from housekeeping, who kept our room fresh, spotless, and perfectly timed every day. * Junior Suite Ocean View was spacious with stunning views and plenty of counter space at the double vanity. * Great vibe, constant drinks, and excellent pools (especially the private pool on the 12th floor). The Italian restaurant served the best salmon and lasagna. **Cons:** * Dinner wait times were tough—we waited over an hour on two separate nights. * Communication could be better when restaurants are closed. Switching to WhatsApp instead of the unreliable Hyatt app notifications and keeping a buffet option open during peak hours would help a lot with the crowd flow. **Summary:** Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation!
