Crosswinds Rehoboth Beach

Perfect location and very affordable. Would be great if they had an elevator option but regardless we were very happy.

In addition to the hotel being clean and well-kept, we liked that we could use the amenities at the sister hotel (The Coast) down the street. We utilized the pool, but also had access to their restaurant. Overall a good experience.

Small clean efficient. Check-in/out-is weird as it is not staffed all day (sister hotel is across the street). Parking spots are incredibly tight to even open your car doors (I have an SUV). 10 min walk to everything. I would stay here again but it feels just like a night or two place.

I was actually quite shocked at how good this place was for the price. It was an extremely easy check-in, completely done through after hours mailboxes. It's a millennial dream to not have to speak to a human being after a day of travel. I was thrilled. The rooms are extremely small which is to be expected, but the beds were comfortable and they provided a mini fridge, shampoo, body wash, lotion, plenty of towels and washcloths, of course TV. there's plenty of free parking and an outdoor space to smoke or relax although I didn't see anybody using it while we were here. there's no elevator, so if you can't take stairs you would have to get a bottom floor room. I thought it was really cute that they had a chair at the end of every floor on both sides for people who wanted to relax or smoke, with a cute plant right next to it. our floors did get the bottom of my feet black but otherwise the room was spotless and I doubt that was normal, they might have just missed a messy spot or something. overall this is going to be our place to stay going forward. it was within walking distance to the beach, although definitely not a quick walk. I'm sure people would be thrilled that there's a Starbucks across the street, although there are plenty of local coffee places that you should frequent instead. The liquor store across the street looked pretty solid too.

I was disappointed that the property did not have a pool. The amenities list access to a pool. I did not know that the pool was at a location a few blocks away. I would never have booked this hotel knowing there wasn’t a pool on or adjacent to the property.

Great location. You can park the car for the week.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I booked through Expedia which said that there was a pool nearby, but didn’t say where. My assumption was the pool was behind or near the building. When I arrived I inquired about it. I was told that the pool was at another hotel which was a ten minute walk, AND I had to pay per person for it. This should absolutely be listed in the details for this property. I would have booked somewhere else if I knew this information before hand.

Our first time staying here and this was the perfect location! We love dogfishhead and it was right next door. Very convenient! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The sister hotel with the rooftop area & pool was really nice. Highly recommend staying here! We will be reserving this hotel every year. Thank you for a great experience.

The location was great. Rooms very nice. No elevators and the stairways were only at the ends of the motel. Not convenient when going to the middle rooms at all.

After hours check-in was via phone & lock box. It was easy and the person on the phone was helpful and pleasant. The parking was tight. In the room, the flooring was new and the room darkening shades worked well. The AC didn't stay on, but the fan on the unit worked, keeping it cool enough. Comfortable bed and everything was clean.

We were greeted by Patrick upon check-in, and he was great! Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Our bathroom smelled like urine (addressed while we were out), the floor was filthy, crumbs on the furniture and floor, and spilled food in the mini-fridge. The biggest issue was the AC - while it was cooling, it was making so much noise we had to turn it off to sleep (and it was 90+ degrees today). There is no onsite staff after 5:00, so we called the number provided for after hours issues. The employee who answered said he’d be “right down” to try to fix it. After 15 minutes, we called again, and he said, “I forgot your room number.”

We have walked past the Crosswinds many times and decided to book a room on a last minute overnight. The check in was easy, the room was clean and updated and it was close to our favorite dining options. We would definitely stay here again

The Crosswinds staff was exceptionally kind and hospitable. The hotel is in a great location near the beach, boardwalk, and great restaurants. Our room was perfectly clean.

Great location and clean room upon arrival We stayed two nights and received no clean wash cloths and towels. No one cleaned the room or emptied the trash. There was no answer when we called for some clean towels. This was very unpleasant.

Clean, newly renovated, comfortable, easy parking. I was called in advance and given instructions for self check-in which went smoothly. About 1/2 mile walk to beach. Perfect for me, a little away from the crowds on a summer weekend but market, liquor store, coffee shop, restaurants nearby. Also, if intersted in gay night life, about 1/2 mile walk to Diegos night club (the opposite direction from the beach) and about 1/3 mile walk to Aqua

Room was nice. Didn’t change towels or clean the room unless you called for them. Location was great to downtown and restaurants.

The place is a budget motel for a regular hotel price. You had to ask for towels, and the place was not deep cleaned (dirt in corners, smears on white surfaces, stains around sink).. it just read “cheap motel” which wasn’t the online impression I got. Parking was great and location was great, too.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, up-to-date flooring and furniture. Well-priced and minimal, with a larger square footage than expected. Would definitely stay again!

The motel is in a convenient location for restaurants, coffee, etc. The front desk person was super friendly and accommodating. The walk to the beach can be a bit much if you have a lot to carry or have small kids. The room was clean and basic, but nice enough. I don't know what it is but the owners before they got bought in 2023 or so made it feel more boutique than it feels now. Definitely can tell it's corporate owned (less thoughtful/personal touches). The only true down side was the noise of the air conditioner which made for a terrible night's sleep. We put it on the fan only for the following night and that helped with the noise. Please note: The mini fridge does not have a freezer component for cooler ice packs and the TV has no guide for out of area travelers, making channel navigation annoying. Would come back though. It was overall a nice stay.

Rooms were a little small especially the bathroom

Our room was clean and fairly modern. The bed was clean but the mattress was worn and uncomfortable. The A/C continuously shut off then would turn back on was the room was well above the set temperature.

NoMicrowave in room plus TV was hard to find channels.Was close to midtown of rehoboth a plus.

Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants around.. Room is a little small, and also bathroom is tiny, with no private place to change - I'd suggest putting up a curtain to as a separation option from the room and sink area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and convenient. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. We had a pleasant time.

Air conditioning noise inside and outside was excessive

My husband and I have stayed here twice now and it’s a nice place. The only thing I don’t like is they don’t have microwaves in the units. Not a huge deal.

Rita was wonderful and kind! We had an issue with our A/C and the after hours team was extremely accommodating and moved us to another room right away. DEFINITELY will be coming back!!

Came back because stayed here in August and had a good experience. The keeper was great and now I understand that was the main ingredient. Completely different this time. Arrived at about 7:40 pm. The office was already closed and the number listed did not answer. I called 3 times. Send a text - apparently did not go through as the number was not listed correctly. Did not know what to do and was talking to another visitor asking for suggestions. Called again- was given an instruction. Apparently, I was supposed to write down the combo which I did not know in this confusion. I was told nobody at the property to provide a key after hours. The tone was weird- check in and don’t bother. I had no attention of bothering until the very next door room had a party. Already after midnight and couldn’t sleep. Unsure what to do called the after hours number - got the answer to deal with it myself. Cannot wait to get out and never come back

Very clean and easy to walk to restaurants and beach. Patrick at the front desk is outstanding!

There is no staff after 5pm. If you arrive after then, you have to call their support phone number to get a code to a locker to get your keys. None of this was explained in the Orbitz listing. Also the air conditioner is super loud.

Patrick was welcoming and friendly. He made us aware that help was available at the sister property after office hours. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. There were plenty of towels. The coffee pot and mini fridge worked. Great location for our purposes. Walking distance to the beach.

We had to change our travel plans twice due tovmy husband's conpany going out of business and starting a new job. This place bent over backwards to help us switch our dates and not lose any money that we paid. Location is great! Right on the main street. Walkable to everything. This is a great place.to stay if you are just looking for a place.to.sleep. No bells and whistles, but an overall good experience.

Very friendly front desk, but only open until 5pm. Affordable price, but a long walk to get to the beach. Overall, good value.

I got there around 6:30 and the office was closed and took forever to get my code to get keys but the hotel was nice

Everything from check-in to check-out was ideal! Ethan (I hope I'm remembering their name correctly) was an incredible representative of the establishment and always had a smile whenever I saw them up and about. The location is fantastic and we will definitely be staying here again.

Room was very clean, staff friendly and area is very convenient - walking distance to boardwalk. Plenty of parking also.

The propery manager was very helpful in providing info on places to eat and things to do. Next door is a great seafood restaurant owned by dogfish brewery. Crabby Dick’s on the way out of town has good crabcakes.

I stayed here for the weekend with my daughter and it was perfect. Check-in was easy and they had a room ready in advance, room was clean, bed comfortable, blackout shades, AC pumping, 3 blocks to the beach and restaurants all around. If you want extras, they have a sister hotel for pool, gym and hotel bar.

The hotel was in a great location on the main street, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The sandy courtyard was great for a relaxing drink.
