The pictures online are very deceiving. The inside area is very outdated and in the process of being remodeled. Would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub were closed when we booked rather than after the fact. The floors creaked so bad that we knew every time the people above us got out of and bed and everywhere they walked. We also did not know the air/heat in the rooms could not be adjusted below 68. Our room was so stuffy we couldn’t sleep at night and had to open the balcony door to get any relief. The pillows were so uncomfortable, I had severe neck pain our entire stay and that was after requesting more pillows during our stay. After trying 8, I considered buying one just for our stay. Usually don’t leave bad reviews but want people to be aware before booking.

The best part about staying at Park Plaza was the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and responsive. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the ski resorts on demand. The room has all the amenities for cooking, but they do not offer breakfast in the morning. Free parking is in an underground garage, which is safe and out of the elements, but if you have car roof storage, you might want to check fit.

Had a last minute stay in a studio room. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We had a very large vehicle and there was always plenty of underground parking available. We didn’t use any of the amenities but the hot tub and games looked great! I would have no issue staying here again.

Nice hotel, very clean, comdy bed and pillows, had everything we needed. It was currently on renovation, it was not notified when we did the booking, found out about it when we arrived, so pool and spa not available and there were construction materials on sight. Nice parking facilities and comfortable. Room cleaning has to be arranged. Laundry facilities were free. Less than 5 minute to downtown. I would stay there again, it would be really nice once the renovation is done with.

Great location and very comfortable room. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out. We had a lot of closet space and drawers so we were not living out of a suitcase for the whole trip. I loved the fireplace and the view of the mountain. I was a little disappointed that the pool/hot tub was under construction so we were not able to use it. Otherwise, all the amenities were great. We felt like being home at this property. The staff was super friendly. The renovations they have done so far are perfect. Relaxing area with games, large indoor hot tub, sauna, etc. Loved the full kitchen in our room and plenty of space.

Tile floor was very dirty. The pictures were true to form, but the rooms were redone on the cheap. (Ie. Painted cabinets instead of new ones, fake subway tile in the showers, areas prime did not finish painting. We did enjoy the full-size kitchenette and fully stocked dishes, etc.. back patios were subpar- just dirt and a fence. Frustrated that they charge a resort fee when it is not a resort. All that said, the middle of the building with the hot tub and glass fire pit was very nice.

The staff was wonderful. Are suite was big and very nice. Only issue was our room smelled. A sewage smell. We acclimated after a few minutes but every time we entered we smelled it.

The property is currently being renovated but is already very nice. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. There's a convenient store at the end of the street and the grocery store is about half a mile up the road. Plus a few restaurants across the street or a short walk away. I will absolutely stay here again.

Upon arrival, I was given a dirty room with long black hairs in the shower, which no one in my group has. When checked in, I was told housekeeping was gone for the day, and I assumed they would clean the room the next morning. However, housekeeping never came. After returning from sightseeing, I called the front desk and was informed that the hotel doesn’t offer regular daily cleaning; you must request it 24 hours in advance. I thought I had already done so. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, telling me to either leave the trash outside or take it out myself. This was extremely inconvenient, especially after multiple cleaning requests. The next day, I came back to find the room still dirty. I called again. The same receptionist said she "put it on the board," but housekeeping was gone. No apology, just offered to send someone the next day, but I was checking out. That night, things took a dangerous turn. When we returned from dinner, there was a strong gas smell in the room. I told my son to stay out/ called the front desk. The receptionist was disturbingly nonchalant, saying someone would come up to turn it off. Maintenance confirmed there was an issue and suggested I request a new room. When I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist said, "Dangerous is your opinion." Gas exposure is extremely hazardous, leading to nausea, dizziness, respiratory issues. I no longer felt safe. packed our things to leave. I'm currently awaiting a refund for the night we did not stay

They are in the process of a remodel. I had to move a lot of construction debris left in from our room to even get in the door. Shower was falling apart with mold where the water was leaking into the wall. I asked for late check out and was told there was no fee. Then get messaged after I left the property for my son’s lacrosse game saying we will be charged if we don’t make it back an hour before the front desk told me was ok for late checkout. I’ve stayed here before and had a perfectly fine trip. This will be my last here. Not sure if ownership has changed, but definitely not worth the money any longer. Plenty of others to choose from.

The room was dirty, popcorn on the floor, bed smelled horrible. The other guest with Us had to get a new room as well They were remodeling but this was not that issue. The A/C sounded like War of the Worlds during the attack.

Liked that it was a smaller quaint hotel. We had a mini suite. Absolutely loved it. Room was very spacious and had a full kitchen and front room with fireplace. Also had a private balcony. Very quiet and serene. Would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Park City. I would recommend to family and friends.

This place was great. Love the underground parking for guests. Love that in the suits they offer pretty much everything you need too cook (of course your take your own food to cook). They offer tea and coffee in your suite. I loved that there were two full bathrooms.

Our stay was wonderful. I wanted a room with a kitchen because we had some early morning games for one of my kids and some restaurants wouldn't be open early enough, plus, having the kitchen made things more relaxing, which is a plus as a parent. The room was updated and very cozy. The bed was one of the more comfortable I've slept on in quite some time. The fireplace in the room was an added bonus to keep us all cozy and comfy. The central activity area at the center of the hotel was also very nice so my kids and I could have some leisure time while we were in between games.

Upon arrival, I was given a dirty room with long black hairs in the shower, which no one in my group has. When checked in, I was told housekeeping was gone for the day, and I assumed they would clean the room the next morning. However, housekeeping never came. After returning from sightseeing, I called the front desk and was informed that the hotel doesn’t offer regular daily cleaning; you must request it 24 hours in advance. I thought I had already done so. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, telling me to either leave the trash outside or take it out myself. This was extremely inconvenient, especially after multiple cleaning requests. The next day, I came back to find the room still dirty. I called again. The same receptionist said she "put it on the board," but housekeeping was gone. No apology, just offered to send someone the next day, but I was checking out. That night, things took a dangerous turn. When we returned from dinner, there was a strong gas smell in the room. I told my son to stay out/ called the front desk. The receptionist was disturbingly nonchalant, saying someone would come up to turn it off. Maintenance confirmed there was an issue and suggested I request a new room. They are in the process of a remodel. I had to move a lot of construction debris left in from our room to even get in the door. Shower was falling apart with mold where the water was leaking into the wall. I asked for late check out and was told there was no fee. Then get messaged after I left the property for my son’s lacrosse game saying we will be charged if we don’t make it back an hour before the front desk told me was ok for late checkout. I’ve stayed here before and had a perfectly fine trip. This will be my last here. Not sure if ownership has changed, but definitely not worth the money any longer. Plenty of others to choose from.

There's a convenient store at the end of the street and the grocery store is about half a mile up the road. Plus a few restaurants across the street or a short walk away. I will absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in renovation, so part of the facilities are not working, but it was disclaimed before booking the stay. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The best check in ever in a hotel. The room is comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bed and pillows are fantastic (great sleep). There is only one small thing: the furnace / ventilation was a little bit noisy. Plenty of food options around the hotel, The free bus stop is less than 100 meters giving you easy access to the Market, Fresh Market, Walgreens, Park City Mountain, Main Street and more restaurants. It's not close to the Main Street, but it is an awesome place to stay. I'll return in the future.

Great location and very comfortable room. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out. We had a lot of closet space and drawers so we were not living out of a suitcase for the whole trip. I loved the fireplace and the view of the mountain. I was a little disappointed that the pool/hot tub was under construction so we were not able to use it. Otherwise, all the amenities were great. Loved the free laundry option and the shuttle made it very easy to get around town.

Liked that it was a smaller quaint hotel. We had a mini suite. Absolutely loved it. Room was very spacious and had a full kitchen and front room with fireplace. Also had a private balcony. Very quiet and serene. Would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Park City. I would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent overall, Nice and comfy room. Quiet nights. Food option across the street. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Provided coffee. The parking did look like it can be limited but there was at least 1 spot open any time I came back. Im not sure if the other side is usable for parking because it was full of construction/remodel materials. Car seems safe in the parking garage. I'd stay there again if Im in the area!

This place was great. Love the underground parking for guests. Love that in the suits they offer pretty much everything you need too cook (of course your take your own food to cook). They offer tea and coffee in your suite. I loved that there were two full bathrooms.

Our stay was wonderful. I wanted a room with a kitchen because we had some early morning games for one of my kids and some restaurants wouldn't be open early enough, plus, having the kitchen made things more relaxing, which is a plus as a parent. The room was updated and very cozy. The bed was one of the more comfortable I've slept on in quite some time. The fireplace in the room was an added bonus to keep us all cozy and comfy. The central activity area at the center of the hotel was also very nice so my kids and I could have some leisure time while we were in between games.

It was a really nice apartment. We had a full kitchen, two bathrooms one with a tub one with a shower, a balcony, two tvs, a fireplace, and a king bed. Everything was clean. They had connect four and ping pong there. We really enjoyed our stay.

I am pleased with our experience at this hotel. We really enjoyed the experience with hot tub, sauna, ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball. Our kids and I really had a good time. It is close to food and Park City Ski Resort.
