Everything about the facility was beautiful and amazing, and their staff works hard to make it that way. The on-site amenities include an exercise room, a pool, 3 hot tubs, 4 cornhole boards, and various fire pits at night, over which you can cook smores (guests are provided with a complimentary smores kit). Even the least expensive rooms have a small kitchen with a stove, oven, a full-sized refrigerator and full-size dining table The bed, sofa and chairs are very comfortable and the fireplace adds ambience (and warmth at night). The ONLY thing I didn't like was getting lost trying to get to the parking garage. It would be helpful to have a sign on the door that leads out to the parking garage. Currently, it is a blank, non-descript door with no indication of where it leads.

We loved staying at the Chateaux over Labor Day weekend. This is a beautiful hotel with lots of great amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The free shuttle service to Main St was so helpful. The location at Deer Vakley was amazing!!

Impeccable staff, lovely modern rooms. On site restaurant is very good. Breakfast is good though buffet is a bit limited and no custom omelettes or waffles. Main car arrival area can be hard to find and involves going through a roll up metal parking garage door so you feel a bit like you’re making a delivery. But once inside the stay is very pleasant. They just need to put a door closer to the pool/hot tub.

My friend and I had a great girls' weekend at The Chateaux. The free shuttle to downtown was super convenient and we utilized it daily. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super helpful. Hope to come back with my family someday due to the great location, beautiful pool and convenience of getting in and out of town.

We are local and stayed here right before Christmas. We really enjoyed the well stocked room and the friendly staff. The pool and hot tubs made the trip for us; it was the perfect way to spend the evening. We also had fun at the hotel bar and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Really a nice, relaxed atmosphere and a perfect place for a holiday staycation.

The guy who helped me to my room was great and then all downhill from there. Rest of the staff seemed uninterested or uninformed about trying to help with finding the 5 star hotel on property that shares same name. This dump shares a name with the hotel that comes up when you google it, but this was the dirty 3 star sister hotel. Beds were very uncomfortable and old and the room was "clean" but did have someone else's nose spray under the bed as well as an empty pop chips bag.

The room was very beautiful but unfortunately I found the bed super uncomfortable. The gas stove kept making noise the whole night with a clicking noise the whole time had me thinking it was gonna go off any second. The altitude was extremely uncomfortable. I had an awful headache the whole time I was there. Found a few spider webs by the bed area. Parking ticket was was too expensive. Never found the smore kits we were told. And the very last thing my reservation said complimentary breakfast and when we arrived we were told their kitchen was closed because this months sales were slow. Not sure how that is our fault we are paying the same rate for less for amenities. My husband and I ended up checking out super early because we just couldn’t rest. It was our honeymoon get away and it turned out awful. We won’t be going back. Just feel like we got overcharged for such a bad experience.

Wonderful stay for our family of 10. The 4-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, the staff went out of their way to give us an A+ experience, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Would highly recommended!

I am not sure if it is because I booked through Expedia, but I felt like everything was below par. The front desk clerk was friendly and I appreciated his kindness. My room was frankly underwhelming and did not look like ANY of the photos (very small, dark, windows covered by bushes). I had reserved a much nicer room and was very disappointed. I did get a ride through their shuttle service and that person was kind and down to earth. The next morning I went to breakfast and the service was terrible, as if they couldn’t be bothered with me. Later I was sitting in the lobby near the fireplace and was “ushered” out by a woman stating the space was being photographed, I’d have to go somewhere else. My time at The Chateau was not welcoming or luxurious as I had planned based on the reviews and photos.

The Room was dated and disgusting. Not anything like the pictures. Asked for a different room, front desk acted like we were crazy. Not kind, not helpful. Got a smaller more updated room. Asked the front desk to credit back money for the difference in room and for our trouble. Not helpful. Not nice again. You would think we were paying 100 a night. Nope, 475 dollars later. The room was worth 70 a night. The front desk not nice, not kind, not helpful. I would never stay here again. I would recommend this to no one. We went for an anniversary, incredibly disappointing.

The Chateaux treated us like royalty - from the check-in experience, to the waitstaff, to the shuttle drivers - we were their honored guests. The room was amazing and the amenities were top notch. It was nice to be able to simply walk across the street and enjoy the base of Deer Valley and hop on a lift to enjoy the views. This definitely tempts me to come back in the winter.

The Chateaux was wonderful. We skied for a couple of days and rented our ski's at the shop in the hotel. Our stay was so comfortable as the rooms were lovely and the staff is amazing, particularly Alisha, Kem and the manager Alex. They were incredibly attentive and helpful.
