The property is a gem in the area! Centrally located. Nice clean rooms. Great hot tub, pool and spa area. Onsite coin laundry available. Loved the little touch with cookies and hot chocolate in the evening. Front desk was really nice and helpful. All in all great experience and highly recommend it!

Great staff, loved the shuttle services to the ski resorts and to town. Breakfast offering was adequate… would be nice to have espresso drinks. The pool and hot tub and sauna were clean and well maintained.

Drove 13 hours looking forward to a nice meal, drinks and a nice visit to the hot tub . Get here restaurant and bar and pool area closed!! Very disappointed ! Was fine with the price if they were open but 133.00 for just a bed is very high. Should be notified if they do not offer what they list on Orbitz!

Great location. Spacious rooms. Excellent free breakfast. Shuttles to some of the best mountains in the area. Hotel staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need indoor and outdoor hot tubs while maintained there’s also a steam and a sauna. If you are reading this after March 25, 2025 they are going through renovations so hopefully the price point will not be changed much.!!

Reasonable priced hotel with regular shuttles to skiing both PCMR and Deer Valley. On site ski rental with great ski options. Really nice pool/spa area. Hotel personnel very nice and accomodating. Breakfast included too.

The pool area wasn’t very clean, windows were filthy by the indoor- outdoor pool. The room was very average. At check in they made me sign a statement that we would be quiet after 10 pm but people were noisy until at least 10:30. Staff did not go out of their way at all. Average stay in a beautiful area!

The shower was the problem. You couldn't turn it on without getting wet with cold water. the shower door only opened at one end. the shower had black mold so I think the cleaning person had a hard time with it as well.

We asked for a quiet room away from noise and they put us in a room next to a large corner of sofas and chairs in the hallway and all we heard were people partying at night in the corner outside our room. Also, the mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in years. It had big holes where people sleep. It needs to be replaced badly. The shower wasn’t pretty either, the tile had scum and mold all over it. Couldn’t get decaf coffee at breakfast or in the room. Not staying there again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Gross blood stain on the bed. The hotel also had reserved the pool area to a kids birthday party group. I asked for a refund and to check out. Hotel initially offered $50 for my troubles. I left and hotels.com credited me back. Overall hotel felt like an old pig with some new lipstick.

Fair stay overall. Staff all very nice, Building and furnishings showing their age. Floor plan and layout very inconvenient. Only one elevator at end of building…seemed like it was a long walk every time to go anywhere. Weird temperamental ice machines. Breakfast very average at best… not much variety, and eggs were packaged kind with little flavor. Bed was also average…mattress had indentations from where most people have slept over a long period of time…probably due for replacement. Noise from hallway more than average. All in all, not a memorably good stay. I will say again, the staff were very nice.

Stayed there in July 2024. Our room was right next to the hotel lobby. Around midnight, a bus pulled up and left off about 40 guests who arrived after a wedding, waking us up.from our sleep. They were extremely loud, yelling across the lobby, laughing, and stomping around, partying. We thought surely the staff would tell them to quiet down but after about 10 minutes, it continued. I called the lobby and asked them to tell them to quiet down. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. They still continued to be loud. After another call, it got a bit better but then these hotel guests were stomping and laughing up.and down the halls. The walls are very thin and the people next to us were part of the party crowd and were blasting their tv. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin, we could hear them using the bathroom in way too much detail and even washing their hands. Then, once again, around 2 am, more guests showed up in the lobby, yeliing and woke us up. We asked for a different room the next day so we wouldn't be right by the lobby and the staff agreed to move us. They also compensated us for a meal at their restaurant. That was nice but didn't come close to what we paid for our stay and horrible night. Since we didn't get hardly any sleep that night, it was an expensive rough start to our vacation. Staff said they couldn't do anything else because we paid through Expedia. Breakfast was a disappointment. It was a beautiful presentation but didn't taste good.

Indoor pool was great, it was clean and we enjoyed the free breakfast! But it was quite noisy. You can hear everything! We could hear the next rooms over TV very clearly as well as when they’d open and close their bathroom door and people walking by in the hallway.

The room was nice, very clean, the bed was ok. Breakfast was good. But it was noisy. So noisy. When we first walked in they were vacuuming. When I was out at the pool they were mowing and weed wacking. I can forgive that but the room they gave us was right by a Conference area where there was a Conference being held! So by 6 in the morning there were people talking, getting food, etc. even mid day I tried to nap and someone was conducting an interview right outside our door. We mentioned it to the front desk and they didn’t even offer a room change. We probably won’t be back next year.

This wasn’t worth the price. A huge disappointment. The bad: The hotel is under renovation - so you stay in a construction zone. The building itself is poorly built; I stayed on the second floor and it sounded as though the ceiling was about to cave in when my upstairs neighbors walked. Loud and creaky is an understatement. At 630pm, housekeeping was vacuuming the hallways. The shower was noticeably small. If you are obese, you won’t fit in the shower. (I’m slender and all I could think was how lucky I am.) Bad shower design too - you have to get in the shower to turn it on - so yeah, that’s a cold blast of water for ya. The good: the room is huge. Good water pressure in the shower. Location is good too.

The hotel was fine but our room was right by the main entrance and pool. There was very little sound proofing and it was LOUD in the morning when we were still asleep. Probably fine at other rooms, but it was a bummer for us.

The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. The only problem we had was that the walls are so thin. We could hear every word that our conjoining room neighbors were saying. I knew the show they were watching and their dinner plans. I could even hear the guy pee. The maids in the morning were super loud too since we could hear everything. So no sleeping in after a late night. I woke up panicked because our neighbor talking at 6:00 am was so crystal clear I thought he was standing in our room. We didn’t get much sleep for our anniversary weekend away. Cute hotel but wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived to check in we found a sticky note at the counter that said “be right back”. No one returned for almost 20 minutes. While we were alerted of the construction occurring prior to arriving, it was more than we were expecting. Some additional directional signage would serve them well throughout the continued renovation process. In the end the rooms were clean and the parking was accessible.

When looking for a ski hotel, this place checked all the boxes. The hotel offered free ski shuttle to and from the mountain, free breakfast, and onsite parking. Parking was an underground garage. This was a plus because it was more secure and you didn’t have to shovel off the vehicle after a snowstorm. Onsite dining was decent and they offered a free town shuttle in the evening.

What can I say — it was an amazing experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations. Great rooms, solid service, and an excellent spa area with a hammam and an outdoor pool. The hotel restaurant was pretty good too, and of course, the location was perfect. Shuttles ran every 30 minutes, and it was just a 7-minute ride to Park City Mountain. Breakfast started at 7 AM, so everything lined up perfectly with the ski schedule — no stress, just pure enjoyment. The only thing is that by day 7 I might have gotten tired of the same breakfast, but since I stayed only 3 days, it was totally fine :) I can sincerely recommend staying at Peaks Hotel Park City for a great vacation!

The staff was very nice and friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it had good food and great service. The room and beds were very clean and cozy. The complementary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Overall wonderful experience!!
