A localização é excelente e os funcionários muito prestativos. Nós viajamos com criança e ja estavamos cansado da comida local, o hotel tem uma cozinha que podemos usar e isso foi muito bom. As camas nao sao boas na nossa opinião, ficamos 3 noites e nao dormimos bem.

Everything was great. The check in was fast, the front desk helped us even rent a scooter at a great price for our stay there. The hotel is clean, beautifully designed and the room is spacious. They have a kitchen that can be used by everyone in the hotel, which was very convenient. All the staff there is polite and they do a great job with the place, would definitely return.

Great location, easy walk to the ferry terminal plenty of restaurants nearby felt very safe quiet comfortable very helpful staff. Appreciated the bulk filtered water in the lobby. Reduce waste with glass glasses eco-friendly. Would stay there again on future trips

Great stay at Hotel Mary Carmen. Room was updated since last year, with new tile in bathroom, and nice shower head. Ac worked great and also ceiling fan when ac was not necessary. In room safe was nice, and plenty of water available in dispensers on each floor. The turtles are still there in the courtyard, making that area pleasant. Jose Angel at front desk is helpful as always.

Likes. Older property for the nostalgic. Turtles in the courtyard. Hotel is about 300 meters to the ferry terminal. Quiet area. Dislikes The walls are thin (you can hear your neighbors). No refrigerators in rooms. You can rent a frig for 300 pesos/day. Nearby OXO store stops selling alcohol at 5pm. Streets are like a ghost town after 6pm due to cruise ship clientele returning to ships.

I spent 5 nights and had no problems. The room was clean and the staff made up the beds and brought fresh towels and bottled water every day. It is right in the center of a shopping area so there are plenty of restaurants nearby within a 5 minute walk and dozen a bit further than that. It would be nice to have a little refrigerator in the room but overall I enjoyed my stay and will go back again.

Miguel and other staffs are very nice. Location is convenient, you can walk around the downtown. Restaurants, dive shops, pharmacy and souvenir shops are walking distance. Easy to get taxi from the property. I came for diving and the room has lots of hanger to dry my stuff. Cons: pillows and duvet cover kind of stink like they haven’t been washed in a while. Overall the property is great.

La habitación olía demasiado a humedad y el baño se encontraba con las paredes manchadas y hacía falta mantenimiento. La atención del personal de la llegada fue buena; sin embargo, yo fui a entrenar por varias horas y le pregunté al chico que me recibió si podía hacer late check out y me dijo que sí. Desgraciadamente, me caí entrenando y el pararme a curarme las heridas me tomó media hora más y cuando llegué, aun sin exceder el tiempo que me habían concedido un día antes, el empleado de recepción que estaba en el turno de medio día, muy insensible de mi situación me dijo que tendría que pagar por la hora extra. Aún cuando vio mis heridas.

Enjoyed my stay at Mary Carmen. Great value for the price point on Cozumel comparatively. Rooms are clean. Linens are nice. Beds are meh. Bathrooms are acceptable, could use more cleaning in the shower but that's pretty normal at this price point honestly. Turtles are fun. Surprised how quiet it was at night. Courtyard is nice. WiFI works. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed almost a week.

Les chambres sont toutes mignonnes et très propres ... ce n’est pas le grand luxe mais c est très bien ! Par contre nous avons eu une chambre près d une pièce de service il y avait un moteur qui fessait un bruit affreux toute la nuit ... impossible de dormir! Mes parents avaient une chambre plus loin et ils n’ont pas du tout entendu quoi que ce soit donc ne pas prendre de chambre près de la cuisine du rdc

Spacious, comfortable room, good wifi and water refill. The hotel can also arrange bike / scooter / car rentals making it hassle free in terms of pick up and drop off. Friendly staff. Quiet, despite a couple talking late into the night in the courtyard! I missed out on the breakfast on the first floor, not realising until my last day. Id definitely stay again.

You can hear pigeons make a prolonged cooing sound all night long and hear people talking and laughing at 6am. Bed is very uncomfortable. Otherwise it is a Cozy place at a reasonable price.

Didnt have breakfast here, but the room (single) was very comfortable, the location was excellent (close to the port and restaurants but very quiet), the staff were super helpful (including booking a snorkelling trip for me. as there were hundred of people offering options on the street, it was a bit overwhelming to choose, so this made life much easier)! Bathroom was tiny but totally adequate. AC very much appreciated.

We only stayed here for one night but we loved it! The hotel is quaint and unique. The front desk staff was fantastic and answered all of our questions, helped us with scooter rentals, and gave us tips on things to see and do. We also loved that there were so many dining and shopping options within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Great location, easy walk to the ferry terminal plenty of restaurants nearby felt very safe quiet comfortable very helpful staff. Appreciated the bulk filtered water in the lobby. Reduce waste with glass glasses eco-friendly. Would stay there again on future trips

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et confortable, salle de bain parfaite, coffre fort, personnel disponible à tout moment Joli Patio intérieur Où nous avons pu laisser sécher nos affaires de Plongee La localisation est absolument parfaite, proche des ferries, dans les rues commerçantes mais au calme Le restaurant juste en face de l’hôtel nous a permis de manger très bien à des prix tout à fait raisonnableS

This hotel is in a perfect spot right next to the central market and is a great place to stay. This has been my third time staying here and the staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's just an overall great experience.

Didnt have breakfast here, but the room (single) was very comfortable, the location was excellent (close to the port and restaurants but very quiet), the staff were super helpful (including booking a snorkelling trip for me. as there were hundred of people offering options on the street, it was a bit overwhelming to choose, so this made life much easier)! Bathroom was tiny but totally adequate. AC very much appreciated.

Have stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied. The turtles that they have on the patio have always been cool. This is the first time that I've tried their Hotel breakfast and it was great and the price was also very affordable. Would highly recommend this to anybody that wanted to stay in Cozumel economically. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. Can't say enough will stay there again.
