Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a good position on the Elizabeth line and it was easy to get into town. Rooms were clean, though the carpets were marked and scuffed. Breakfast was good but some elements of the cooked breakfast had been sitting around and we're cold.

All around good hotel. Lacks the finer details of a more up-scale hotel, but was clean, safe and convenient. The AC was so welcome during the London heat wave!

We stayed at Hotel Xanadu in London and, while the location was good and convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The reception staff were unhelpful, particularly when they tried to charge us for additional cleaning because of a guide dog. This was upsetting and unacceptable. There was also loud music and noise from outside until around midnight, which made it difficult to rest. On a positive note, the breakfast service staff were amazing: friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were the highlight of the stay.
