This is a family hotel and very much geared towards children. The pools had kids in alll day. The restaurants had an ok selection of food, but the quality was inconsistent. We had to change rooms as there was construction in the room above our original one. The bar ran out of one brand of mezcal and this was never restocked. The staff did their best, but were overwhelmed by the volume of people a lot of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay, very family friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good. The only thing that needs a little maintenance is the kids waterpark but my daughter still had a blast

Below average compared to other resorts in Mexico. While the rooms are spacious and nice, and the beach front and ocean near the hotel are excellent, the hotel itself lacks proper management. Front desk is less than cordial upon check in (not to mention they lack the usual courtesies of a refreshment upon arrival like you will find with other resorts). The rugs and sofas in common areas are filthy. Zero service on the beach. If you want a drink you need to get it yourself. Beach bar is equally understaffed. One morning customers were waiting 15 minutes at the bar with no bartender. Not easy to make a reservation for a dinner at one of the restraurants. Reservations can only be made in person between 9 am - 4 pm. Service and food at the breakfast buffet and Italian restaurant was very good. New York strip steak at the restaurant on the beach for dinner was terrible. Meat was dry and fatty. The rest of the food we ordered was very good. Overall a below average experience.

The hotel is fully staffed, everyone was very friendly and the food was good, the kids’s clubs upstanding, they are all very sweet. The room was a dream. The only big issue was the round pool outside the kids’s club. The pool start shallow but goes till 5’6”deep. I saw my child entering and being fully submerged in the middle just about to drown, I jumped into action in not time to rescue him of course.
