Suffolk Lane

The communication and information was terrible. They sent an email the day of check in to pay the balance due and their app didn’t work. There was no one to take payment at the place and we had to walk 3/4 of a mile with our luggage to find a person to pay then walk back. We had difficulty finding the place to pay and only with the kind help of a couple locals did we connect. The apartments are in a secured building with one door that looks like a private residence. No one is there to even talk to until 1pm. The apartment is spacious, and had a bit of milk for coffee which tasted terrible! Old or something was wrong with it. There is a washer and dryer but the dryer doesn’t really dry. You have to lay your clothes out in the room to air dry.

We are from Louisiana so we packed a small travel fan. Kept the room cool with the windows open. Gricery store and tube are all withing 2 minute walk.

Easy walking distance to all forms of transportation, the River Thames, and delicious Bourough Market.

Nice flat, good lacation. Easy check in if once comes in the allocated time slot. A message I sent with a question remained unanswered but they did answer the phone when I rung with the question.
