Adorable cozy property by the ocean. Great room had everything we needed including kitchen, deck, rain boots, extra blanket, etc. Great firepit areas and gorgeous views.

Everything was beautiful the front desk Gentleman very nice So relaxing so clean the only one thing missing was a trash can for our restroom but I found trash bags under the sink If you are going to cook just make sure you bring your owns spices And the have a cummunity grill Will be coming back

Nice charming place. The place is clean and quiet, and a lot of the rooms have a good view of the ocean. the staff who work there are polite. The downsides: the driveway going in is pretty steep and narrow. You have to be careful pulling out to leave. During an Ice storm weather it might be a little dicey going down the drive. When i was there a month or two ago, they had some rubbish and boards stacked up near the parking area.They are probably remodeling some rooms (which is good). They probably should have that stuff contained in a dumpster. I was a little worried about driving over a nail or something (I didnt).

Beautiful ocean views and very spacious condo unit with a gas fireplace and 2 balconies. Check in was fast and friendly. Would have rated 5 stars, but did not like having to climb 3 very steep flights of stairs to get to the front door with luggage and bags. There is no elevator and no assistance offered for carrying luggage up to unit.

This property and the unit were beautiful! This is our new go to in Newport. The bathroom was beyond amazing. No negative things to say other than there are a lot of stairs with no elevators. So just be advised if that's not an issue you will love this place!

Their pages states they have rooms that are handicap accessible, BUT they do not. I booked a room that stated it has handicap accessibility because I am in a wheelchair. There were two flights of stairs to get to the room. That's not handicap accessibility.

We enjoyed our weekend here. Beautiful property with amazing views from our room steps away from the beach. It was gery cozy & home feeling. The staff are amazing and very tentative 😊 We're definitely coming back as this was our 1st time staying here. Also pet friendly we have 2 pugs they don't charge pet fee for 2 dogs awesome 👍

I liked the decor and feeling of the room. The view was great and the area felt safe. There was no road noise and all you could hear was the wind and the ocean waves. The rooms were clean and nicely put together. Staff were nice and informative. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

The location is amazing. The rooms are really cool. Gas fire place. Good coffee in the rooms. Amazing views. Really quiet and peaceful around the property. The people at the front desk/office are really nice and helpful. The only reason why I'm giving this four stars (instead of five) is because my room smelled like cats. That was the only negative thing about this place. There's no way for me to say if all the rooms have pet smells, but the studio room I stayed in smelled like cats which was pretty gross when I first walked in.

Nice room really like the layout and enjoyed the two balconies. Very disappointed with the cleanliness we ended up going to Walmart to buy bedding for our room.. there was dog and human hair on the sheets and comforters. Dirty coffee filter on top of the coffee pot and sand in the shower. Had great beach access.

Checked into room118 and it smells musty. Staff attempted to move me and was responsive but would’ve cost more. Screen door doesn’t lock, furniture isn’t that clean, needs actual deep clean. minimal amenities for kitchen. Easy beach access though. Won’t stay again bc you don’t know the room you will get.

Staff was great and the condo was quiet. The condo itself was in dire need of an update and repairs. It was clean but the cleaners missed some areas, lile fake lashes stuck to the curtains. I felt the price was too high for what we got.

Lovely stay on the beach. We only stayed 1 night, but it was fantastic! Too bad we didn't plan to stay longer. The apartment we had was beautiful (#101), with views out of this world. The space was large and comfortable. While the apartment was very dated, it was very clean and well taken care of and maintained. The staff was super nice too. The grounds were beautifully curated. We had an unobstructed view of the beach, really breathtaking. The kitchen had everything one might need to cook. Really perfect place all around!

Gorgeous views and super cute room. Very clean and the shower was very modern and I spent way too long in there because it was so nice. Absolutely loved staying there, sad it was only one night. Would love to come back.

Very nice property, right on the beach. Totally going back, but would recommend getting an upper floor unit as we were on the first floor and could hear the toilet flush from the unit above us.

The property is absolutely beautiful, no doubt. The sunsets are fantastic and I can’t imagine there’s a bad view anywhere on property. The beach is so easy to access. If that’s what you care about then this is a great property! Not to mention easy check-in, friendly staff, close parking, and comfy balconies. However, the room images shown feel like a bit of a “bait and switch.” Every unit is different and despite all the beautiful studio accommodation images shown, we were booked in a studio that hasn’t been updated since probably the 80s and while sturdy and tidy, it was tinged with a mildew smell, tiny shower, basic linens, and uncomfortable bed. We spent a limited time in the room so this was fine for us. But if we had booked for longer than three days and were planning on relaxing or lingering in our accommodations it would have been really disappointing to see the images provided and then get the room that we had. The office let us know that rooms booked through Expedia weren’t changeable when we called ahead to check about the number of stairs to the units since one of our group had recent knee issues and wanted to have a ground floor if possible. So in short, cute property, great beach, if you want to make sure you have a specific room shown, probably best to speak directly to the hotel.

This is an older property, so expect a few quirks. The heater in our unit only worked by turning the fuses off and on. There was a lightbulb out in the kitchen. But the location and property management are excellent. Great communication, smooth check in and check out. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the comfortable bed, fireplace, large balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and great views of the ocean.

However, there are a few areas that require improvement. The exhaust fan of the fireplace produced rattling noises persistently, even when not in use. In addition, the bathroom fan was excessively loud, causing annoyance. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak, resulting in slow internet speeds. None of my wi fi dependent devices were working.

Well, the bed wasn’t that great, unless you like sleeping on a bed hard as a rock. The lightbulbs were very dim and old, so they need to update those. But, the place is very beautiful! Ocean view and they even have binoculars so you can get a better view!

I loved my stay here, and the only complaint I have is with the bed - way too soft for me, and not comfortable. Otherwise, Unit 108 was so cozy and the view was fantastic. I had a wonderful time overall!

Fantastic, beautifully decorated rooms. We had a balcony off of both living room & bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful ocean views. Lots of stairs, but worth the workout!

The room had a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything I would have needed. The bathroom was clean. The bed sheets were clean and even smelled good not just like bleach. The mattress was horrible-very soft and lumpy. Also I was on a bottom unit and you can hear people above you walking and when they flush the toilet or take a shower.

First off the staff are second to none. They go out of there way t9 accomodate you and are really friendly. This includes the cleaning staff. The rooms are just amazing. Why pay for a hotel bill when they provide basically a condo. Not our first stay. It was my fiances birthday while we were there. I called ahead and was abke to get chocolates, roses, and wine staged in our room. The views of the oceans sunsets from our room really just put the cherry on top. In fact its been 2 months and i still have a sunset picture as my screen saver. Cant say eniygh good things about our stay. Im not usually one to write reviews unless something really made an impression one way or the other. 10 out of 10. Keep it up, Kyle B.

Wow! The number of times we said, “I wish we were staying more than one night!” were too many to count. We absolutely loved everything about this place and can’t wait to come back. Even my boyfriend who never usually has an opinion one way or the other when we stay places, wouldn’t stop raving about it. Stunning views and such a cozy environment. Upon booking I received an email stating that the property would contact me the day of our stay with our room number and door code and that check in was no earlier than 4 pm. So we ended up going to an early dinner because we finished at the aquarium and had time to kill before we could check in. By 4:30 I still hadn’t received a call so I checked the “details” section of the booking on Expedia which stated that I was to call them 24 hrs in advance to find this info out. So a call to the office remedied everything and we were able to check in, but it was just confusing that I was given conflicting information and resulted in us having to have an extra early dinner but no big deal. It didn’t impact our experience, just helpful info for anyone else waiting for a call that may not come :)

Front desk help were super friendly and always had someone available to speak with. It snowed 4 inches while we were there, and the view was beautiful. Would happily stay again!

The hotel offers the most gorgeous views! The condo had everything you could possibly need. The room was very clean. Checkin was a breeze. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

Coffee maker didn’t work. The gal at the office was super nice and helpful. There were issues with our check in. Someone changed my name and used my information to cancel my reservation and added a reservation in June for two separate rooms.

Our condo had a mysterious big wooden box in a closet that had an obnoxious buzzing sound that was very loud every 40 minutes. It went off the whole time we were there. Very sleepless night. When I reported it to the front desk the gentleman looked at me like I was crazy. He said he would look into it but I doubt he will with his nonchalant attitude. Won’t stay there again!!! So disappointed!!!

We were greeted by extremely kind office staff who exceeded our expectations and was very accommodating. She directed us to our condo which had stunning panoramic views of the ocean. There were fresh flowers on the dining room table, and it was full of Oregon charm with modern amenities. We will definitely be staying again. The only noteworthy thing was that we were on the second of 3 floors. There was a family with kids staying above us and there was a lot of noise and stomping from them. Next time I will book a third floor on purpose and this won’t be an issue. We loved our stay and will be returning soon!

Wonderful little stay right on the coast, felt like we were staying in a lighthouse! We had a great view of the coast, and it was great being so close to the beach! The property is really clean, the staff were very friendly, and Newport attractions are just a few minutes away. Highly recommended!

The most gorgeous place...near to Nye Beach yet very quiet, all the condos have an ocean view, and the kitchen is a great option if you want to stay in and cook. Also very near grocery stores and restaurants, but when at the property all you hear is the ocean.

the beach is not accessible from hotel… a small river separating the resort from the ocean has to be crossed. you can walk 10mins and be at a state park beach access point.

Amazing property. Great views and a little bridge over the creek to gain access to the beach. It is not the whole access to the beach since there is a steam I. Between, but you can door you toes in the sand and the full access to agate beach is just a few min drive away. The sound of the stream is great with the door open. The bed is soft and the fair place is great. Everything is in good condition and it is just so peaceful. Highly recommend

Lovely place with a great view. It didn’t have beach access but it wasn’t a big deal to drive down the road a minute to a parking area there.

It was a very nice place. The location and room were great! We booked because it was on the beach, only problem is there is basically a river between you and the beach. They have big boots for you to wear to cross it because there is no bridge. It was an adventure, but not very convenient. I did not see anything about this when I booked and they did not say anything about it when we checked in, so you walk down to go to the beach but have to turn back around to go get boots. I just would have liked that info earlier. But it was a nice place

Nice location and the rooms are nicely done. But a “resort” it is not. There are no services whatsoever, no food, no pool and access to the beach is through large tidal pools that require you get wet. It is also noisy. Also found that the toilet was unreasonably low to the ground which made it really uncomfortable to use

It was a lovely stay. We got more than we expected! Including TWO beach view patio. 1 1/2 bathrooms, half bath in the living area and a full bath downstairs. TWO tvs, one in living room and one in bedroom. Full size kitchen and closet. Plenty of cookware and a whole bunch of extras like board games, chess, DVDs, water shoes. They had everything we needed. We were even given a complimentary wine bottle for my BF's birthday. My only "complaint" is that we couldn't access the beach/water in our regular shoes. Maybe this depends on time of year and tide being higher/lower. We didn't realize we had water boots until it was too late. But it was still great. View was beautiful, living space was spacious and nice, lots of bird watching opportunities. We even had a telescope in our apartment. It was overall a lovely stay. Cobblestone pizza is legit. Bier one brewery is perfect for a local feel. Mos has great clam chowder. Rogue brewing was also fun. Thanks newport! I hope to come back!

Very beautiful, the view of the ocean and the property itself. It sit down from the road and is surrounded by nature. Very peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in the studio apartment, it was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with except for the food. Nice sized deck and a fireplace. The bathroom was a little small but overall the place was very comfortable. We will return.

Very nice and cozy!!!! Full kitchen, literally has everything you need to cook, just run to the store 5 minutes away. We didn’t wonder the property because it poured. Ours was a studio unit, and We loved it!! We explored to the aquarium and ripleys believe it or not, nice dinners out. We found lots we want to go do only minutes away.

Lovely efficiency apartment in complex arranged in a u shape facing the ocean. Very quiet, picturesque and peaceful. Only drawback is there is no elevator and luggage must be carried up and down steep steps if you have a ground floor or third floor accommodation.
