Everything about my stay was horrible, the room and entire property is in shambles, no service to room, half a roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, 3 pillows for king bed. Pool not operational, vending machines out of order, loud and unsavory people all over on property. I would have been better off sleeping under a bridge

This property has gone through new ownership. The people that run it are kind, friendly and attentive! The new paint job looks good and the rooms are slowly being updated with new flooring, painting, and bedding. It's still very dated, but a decent room for the price we paid. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are gone and the free breakfast is no more. It's too bad because the breakfast area was a great place chat with fellow guests and the pool/grassy area was like an Oasis, but not any longer. I'd stay here again if the room rate was similar to this years with breakfast and the pool, but the quote I received for next years stay was 30% more! Too bad.

I stayed at this property. Maybe six or seven times. The management is very nice, and the location is quiet and convenient. The setup of the rooms is a bit odd. They have a front and a back door, and the back door opens onto a courtyard. There's often something going on in the courtyard--kids from upstairs, people having conversations, etc. It usually dies down by the time I go to sleep. The rooms could use some refurbishing, but I think that's why the price is so low. I've never felt unsafe there, and that's more than I can say for a lot of the budget motels I've stayed in.

Breakfast isn’t available, but I knew that upon registration. 1/2 of the building has rooms facing and next to the freeway, so it is loud. The staff is very friendly and owned by a sweet Eastern Indian family. They did renovations, but there needs to be more work done to make it more comfortable. $150 a night for a family of 5. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

It was close to the highway which made it easy to access but also noisy. It is quite old and the area around it is somewhat messy. It was inexpensive and the room was large. A positive if we were to stay there in milder weather is that the rooms open into an inner courtyard that looks as if it would be pleasant.

Owners are amazing people they are very kind and always there when you need help of any sort favorite place to stay just because of them! Rooms are very clean they have been remodeling them and they are looking even better everytime I stay there, it’s a nice quiet place to get some rest!!!! There’s a pool!!! Good people are what make the experiences and these owners are just amazing!

Very disappointing stay, the beds were terrible. Felt like the springs were broken in it and it was as hard as a rock. Come to find out the pool and spa area was closed and the motel was very run down. Not worth 179 dollars for one night! Will not be coming back

Stayed July 23rd, 2023 ... Worse experience, worse motel I ever stayed in! I thought I could trust Expedia rating and comments ... they had nothing to do with reality in this case ... did the owner buy comments..??! I don't know but I am questionning the differences between comments, rating and reality... Bed sheet were clean and mattress was ok but the room itself ... holes on the wall, don't know if the carpet has ever been washed, very old furniture ... god, too long to describe all... if I knew the state of the room, I am not sure I would have paid even half of what I paid... one thing is now sure ... never again at the Oasis Motel in Mose Lake, Washington...

Nice person running the office. The bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet being so close to the highway. The only thing I had issue was the laminate flooring needed to be cleaned better. I would stay there again.

Walls and other items needed maintenance or repair. It appeared as if unskilled employees were responsible for this work and had done the best they could.

I read that it was being updated and pictures show queens that looked updated but we wanted a king. Apparently those rooms haven't been updated...at least not the one we got. Stained carpet and walls need painting but room was clean, bed comfortable, and staff super friendly.

To behonest when i first arrived i was like, oh no this is ghetto. From the looks of it, but that was me judging a book by its cover. Even though the outside looked alittle old, the comfort, safety of your personal belongings, the cleaniness of the rooms are above the average type of motel, or hotel i been staying at. The staff was great, knowing that my car and property were safe is what made me want to stay again later in the future. Thank you Motel Oasis for your hospitality. I will come again!

Motel Oasis ligt zeer handig vlak naast de snelweg in Moses Lake. Dat is meteen ook het grootste nadeel: er is nogal wat lawaai van het voorbijrijdende verkeer. Maar verder is het een erg kwaliteitsvol hotel. Voor dergelijke prijs zelfs uitzonderlijk goed. De uitbaatster is erg vriendelijk en probeert zoveel mogelijk te helpen. Ze heeft ons ontbijtrepen gegeven hoewel er normaal geen ontbijt voorzien is. Ook lekkere koffie 's morgens!

It is a simple motel, but the rooms are huge and the owner are so friendly!! The room is so comfy, and cozy, and our room had a little sink in the "kitchen" and a mini fridge, which helped us a lot with our breakfast stuff. Room was really clean. A great Motel, we will go back next year for the Memorial day again

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. No Kleenex. No way to make a hot beverage as there were not any cups for hot liquids. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The TV was fuzzy. I did not try the internet. Exterior needed a lot of work. No breakfast. Did not know until I was checking out that there was coffee in office. Overall a very poor value for my $246.
