Parking costs and it is across the street from the hotel. Hot tub was not working & that is a big deal for us after a long day of driving. The surrounding area is ok, but they are mostly bars. Wasn’t our type of place.

Love where this hotel is located. Close to the hay market and memorial stadium. Will definitely stay here again for huskers games. They have a bar and Starbucks coffee in the lobby. A great fire pit with lots of seating outside!

We booked this hotel for a weekend away with our kids. They posted about a big nice and clean pool and hot tub and when we arrived no one informed us that the pool and hot tub were drained and not in use. The area around the hotel was noisy, lots of sirens and loud cars and loud music the entire night late into the next morning. Doors slamming constantly a night long. Breakfast offerings were not great, very limited and expensive! Housekeeping was pounding on our door at 8am, 10:30am, and again at 11:15 am and check out is not until 12 so we were hanging out in the room before our planned activities at 12:00pm. I will not stay at this location again.

Great location! Excellent staff! Close and safe parking! Definitely has the look and feel of new construction, the hotel was clean and smelled good. Everything was in new condition. The room has plenty of outlets for charging, and lots of space to relax. I honestly couldn't tell you if there were people in the neighboring rooms because I heard the occasional room door on the floor, but not much else.

Very close to the Pinnacle Bank Arena, easy walking distance. Didn't like that I had to park 3 blocks away, but all things considered, it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly.

The property is probably the nicest in the Haymarket area, but is starting to show some wear & age.. Mattresses & pillows need to be replaced. Basic amenities including coffee cups which are plastic could be improved. Overall - quiet & attentive service.

Room was very clean and was cleaned, bed made and new towels daily. Valet service was quick. It was very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, shops, Pinnacle Bank Areana, Memorial Stadium and UNL all within walking distance. Breakfast was a bit pricey. 2 yogurt/friut/granola bowls, a regular sized latte and a bottle of water were $25. I prepaid for my room through hotels.com but hotel charged me again when i checked in. Charge was not removed until day after I checked out.

The only issue I had was the pillows there was no substance to them looked great until I laid on them then they might as well not have even been there. The rest of the trip was wonderful. Staff was friendly facilities were beautiful. I would stay here again.

Our biggest complaint was the lighting in the room. It was so dark and with no space for more than one person to get ready in the bathroom it made getting ready to go (make-up) difficult. However, the hotel is in a great location, perfect for walking to multiple restaurants and bars in the Haymarket.

Convenient location in Haymarket. It does not have a restaurant but food and service at the Bistro couldn’t have been better. Very helpful friendly staff. Let’s get real. No microwave in the room to heat back support. Bring your own toilet paper. No one uses that 5,000 yard per roll single ply.

There was construction going on next door to the hotel and we occasionally had people dragging cables or equipment past the windows of the ballroom where I was sitting through a corporate training. It was not a problem though. We took it as an opportunity to have a little chuckle and didn't let it bother us. The staff was excellent and helpful, both at the front desk and at the Bistro. The location was ideal, being within a few blocks of at least a dozen restaurants, as well as the arena and the stadium for the University of Nebraska. Highly recommend!

Hotel is nicely equipped. Staff was not the nicest on the late shift but the day shift was nicer so chalk it up to it being difficult to find decent help these days for nights. But the hotel itself is very nice and affordable and quality.
