Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District

Room clean, breakfast was very good but didn’t like to have to pay for parking

My room was clean and quiet. Parking at the hotel was a bit steep ($18 per day). The Arts District is a great place to stay, walking distance from Guthrie and Dylan Museums and Greenwood Historical area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Walking distance to Cain's was the main priority. Great staff, clean room, nice breakfast. Will definitely be staying again!

Parking was minimal but a nice hotel.

Hotel was nice! Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a king bed on second floor. We were there to see Nate Smith at Cain's Ballroom and just walked the 3 blocks to the show. Plenty of eating places on Main St or just off. We ate at the Chowhouse and it was very good and reasonably priced with great atmosphere! Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage. Waffle makers, oatmeal with every kind of topping you could want. Bagels, cereal, juice, coffee etc. Hotel is very secure with needing key card to come in. One thing is a bit strange you enter into the parking garage to get in the hotel and reservation desk is on the 2nd floor. Parking is 18 dollars but these days I am about convenience and it is within walking distance to BOK and Cain's Ballroom and downtown. We will definitely stay there again for our next concert!
