Convenient location, the basics, quiet. Water and tv worked. Great places to eat nearby

Clean room

Older motel with wear and tear, which is fine, but the floors and toilet were dirty, which is less fine.

My usual hotel was not available due to a few events going on in the area so I tried the Sundowner hotel a few blocks away from my usual hotel. Check in was easy but the room was not up to my standards. The main issue was the floor was incredibly dirty leaving my socks brown after a few minutes. I made my complaint and it was fixed but not a great start. I did not like the bed and the bedding had some discoloration that as off putting. I tried to walk to the office to talk to the manager about that, after the floor thing was fixed, but I could not find them s I left a note. They did contact me after the fact to apologize but the overall stay for me was not the greatest. Not the worst by a long stretch, so I would go back if my usual place was not available.

Upgraded me to a king bed instead of a queen. Very nice. Road was noisy, but it was pretty comfortable.
