So loud! The doors were banging, people were talking and it was not a good nights sleep at all. The pool was cold and the lift was out of service. I did hear the breakfast was good, but I didn’t partake.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times with my children. The pool is a huge hit for them, there are lifejackets and pool toys available (massive win for me!) The breakfast had oatmeal, buscuits/gravy, Belgium waffles, yogurts, pastries, coffee, tea, juices. There was something for everyone. The lobby had tylenol/advil/benedryl for those after-hour headaches and fever.

Friendly, professional staff. Super-clean property and rooms. Easy parking. Great pool, also kept clean and tidy. And we really liked that if you need new/extra towels, or more TP, or additional linens, etc., you just have to check some boxes on a door hanger and leave it on you door by 11:00 AM, and it will be delivered to your room, even if you are gone. SO MUCH better than having to go down to the front desk for various request. That’s a great new thing :-) Highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our time. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The room was nice it was just uncomfortable to find the previous people’s shampoos high on the shower ledge. I think it was just missed. But when we asked for new towels and anything for our room it was done when needed. Breakfast was decent and the staff that fixed breakfast was kind as well. The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub. It’s a great place to stay for hiking but if you are looking for a hot tub after, this one didn’t seem to be working properly. The jets were not working and it wasn’t very hot. Overall if u need a place to just shower sleep and have an included breakfast not bad.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly and helpful front desk. The pool area was clean and had toys for kids. We stayed in a dog-friendly room and were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was with no odors, and the dog area was easy to access. There’s a convenient on-site snack shop (a bit pricey), and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

First off soup and cookies are so needed when you get in late on a Friday night after work like we did. The pool and hot tub make this place the best, like I said we wanted to make the most of the weekend so we set right after work drove all evening got there around eight I think and it almost feels like a waste of money to buy a motel room for two nights when you know you get there so late, but being able to hit the pool for the kido and the hot tub for mom and dad was just what we needed after the long drive plus the soup and cookies! The breakfast in the morning was so good, they really do a good job providing lots of options and plenty there to eat, the coffee was too weak however (my only complaint) just terrible but I like it dark. The staff were excellent they were very nice and they seemed like very good natured friendly people. The room was clean and not overly cleaner smelling which is good because my partner is very sensitive to smells (not by choice) so this is a major issue. Very clean though the linen was nice and everything was so comfortable. The heater did give off a small amount of ozone smell at first but nothing a cracked window didn’t fix, no real issue there. The maintenance guy was super friendly and accommodating just a super cool dude with a great mustache. All in all, our first time there and it won’t be our last. It was nice and close to PA and there is restaurants right there and there is a store a couple of blocks away. Five stars

From stranding, the bathtub looks ok. Sit on the toilet or in the bath, though - and you will see the mold under the lower plastic panels of the tub surround. Not to mention that the toilet area is so small that you can’t sit on the toilet and open the door. We were in 323.

First walked into lobby and it smelled of wet dog, then walked into our room it smelled musty and of urine. We did not travel with our dog and have stayed at other pet friendly hotels and never have come across this issue. The staff notified housekeeping of the smell and only offered points towards a feee stay for the inconvenience not much else. Hopefully the next person will have a nice experience and they will have some air fresheners in place. Cause it smells like a kennel

The double queen bed room was okay. Pros - They are conveniently located off the highway. Self parking was easy. Good breakfast. Night duty front desk staff was good to interact with. Cons - The bathroom lock was not operating correctly. The microwave gave a burnt smell when we tried to use it, we informed the front desk. No action was taken. The massage chair on first floor was not operating, they do have one on third floor.

The heater/air conditioner in our room was not working. When we complained, they said they couldn’t do anything until the next day. No other rooms available. An excellent employee bought a small space heater for us late into the evening after several complaints.

We paid for a junior suite. Small room. Small closet (no doors) and limited dresser space. One side chair crammed in a corner. The king bed and bedding were average and proved uncomfortable for a multi-day stay. The staff were excellent; friendly, courteous, professional. Discovered that most bookings are for construction and related workers in the area. Felt that the price exceeded the quality. If not for the staff hospitality, I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars.

The weekday breakfast attendant was so wonderful. Her breakfast specifically was the best!! However, front desk staff, specifically the night guy, seemed very unknowledgeable. When we came in at 10:30 at night to check in, we walked in on a confrontation where a guest was visibly upset by something she claimed he did. We didn’t know the situation, but his response left a bad taste in our mouth. He responded unprofessionally by yelling back at the woman, instead of calling his manager like he threatened to do initially. It was just very bizarre. As two women traveling alone, that altercation made us feel uneasy about our stay. Thankfully, we were fine during the time spent there. Additionally, when we went to check out early, he failed to mention specific fees that incur as a result and when we were confused when the morning staff told us about it, he made a sly comment going “ooooh yeahhhh…” that was extremely distasteful to us. If you knew about the stipulations with checking out early, why not tell us that as SOON as we asked about it? We inquired with him on 2 separate occasions about the early checkout. Regardless, it worked out fine for us. We still left early. At the very least, the room was extremely clean, the beds were very comfy, and ALL other staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it was very small anyways. It’s good for maybe a one or two night stay but given the facilities aren’t the most modern, I might skip next time.

I had a party of 20 coming for a funeral. I reserved 5 rooms. Expedia sucked at helping me figure this out. It’s better if you just call the hotel front desk and reserve. The hotel staff was very polite and considerate. One person helped me a lot with fixing my issues that Expedia could not. Kansas was her name. She was amazing. Answered all my questions and got me situated. Great customer service. Thank you Kansas.

Every single person working was so pleasant and kind! We were greeted every time we walked in and out. I couldn’t believe the hospitality!!! The room was clean, breakfast was warm and the pool/hot tub was nice and refreshing.

Very clean! Wonderful staff! We arrived late into the evening for check-in. It had been raining/windy/chilly and they even had a crock pot of hot, delicious Minestrone soup and crackers available for their guests to enjoy upon check-in! I have NEVER had that kind of service! Thank you!!

They could do a better job with thier breakfast. Basically, only the waffles were ok, the rest a little dissapointing. The hash browns were so stiff that the plastic knife broke, so that made me realize that I had to go somewhere else to eat. Yhe room was nice and staff tried to do their job right.

Staff was superb - From evening to morning staff they were excellent! Swimming pool had toys for the kids to play with which was excellent for all the kids! Breakfast was simple but fulfilling! Staff kept refilling the eggs, bacon in a timely manner. Make your own waffle station was a hit for many - Red Velvet Waffles - yum! Overall great stay!

Super friendly staff. Both the check in staff and the late night staff when I needed some help. The breakfast was very good although by 8:30 they had run out of the sausage and so I was forced to survive on biscuits and gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. In other words, it was a great breakfast. Will stay again.
