The listing talks about 'Parking' on site for a fee... we were happy to pay for parking considering the location but when we arrived at the hotel the parking on site was through a very narrow opening (looked like the opening of a passanger lift!) Which our car and I'm sure very few cars would fit through, luckily we managed to park a 3 minute walk away in a mulit storey carpark (which actually turned out to be much cheaper than if we had parked in the hotel private car park)

Parking is available but you can't pre-book which is a big draw back as there isn't easily available parking near by. Hotel was clean and lots of other great facilities. I would recommend if you are visiting London for a a few days.

This property saved us when we ended up in a nightmare rental. This was clean, spacious, and quick into London. The staff at the desk was friendly. The laundry facility was really good too. We are grateful.

Great location for the rail station as well as Stratford shopping centre. Very quiet at night, rooms were clean tidy and ideal along with the secure parking at the apartments. Laundry service and gym also available. Well worth the money.

This was a very good property. The location is very close to the Westfield Mall, Stratford and the Stradford train station. They have buffet breakfast for a fee. The only drawback during our stay was the laundry facility. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers. The washers work only on 1 pound coins. The hotel reception doesn’t exchange foreign currency so it was challenging.

We had a delightful 8 night stay here. The hotel and room are practically new. It really did feel like a small apartment, with everything you'd need, including a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils, cooking supplies, a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use these (except the microwave occasionally) but it was impressive. Room and bedding were comfortable, with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was quite modern with decent shower stall and some toiletries provided. Cleaning was offered once (free) for the week, but otherwise you need to pay a small fee for towel changes and room cleanings. It was not a concern for us. The room was quiet and as other have mentioned, they appear to have been soundproofed. The surrounding area is quiet and suburban feeling, but immediately adjacent is a supermarket and one of the largest shopping malls in Britain. Everything one would need is in there. Multiple public transit options are nearby, including several Underground lines, an Overground line, National Rail, local buses and express buses to Stansted Airport (very handy). We could get to anywhere we wanted to go in London within a half hour with one the available lines here. Breakfast is offered in the lobby but at £17.50 - thought it was pricey and passed on it. Besides, so many food options are nearby. This is in the "East Village" of Stratford, London - an interesting, culturally diverse area. We felt safe at all hours, and would stay again.

I liked the hotel and it’s location but it wasn’t really clean when I first got there and there was a smell the first night. I was there for 7 nights and not once did they clean anything or took my garbage.

Stayed for 9 nights with my family. Property is great. Staff did what they needed to do, but were not welcoming. They did not greet or acknowledge customers, unless approached by the customer. The clenaing interval is quite long. Rooms are a great size for London and the kitchen is beautifully stocked. Be aware that the freezer section is tiny, with mostly fridge. The facility has clearly been well thought out, with modern equipment, a laundry room and a small play area for kids. TV channels are quite limited, but the basics are available. Great location- shops, transportation, playgrounds- just a short walk away. Overall, a great stay. Will go again.

I stay here regularly when I visit London. This was our 6 th time. Our room was just a little odd with a double fold out bed - confused as to why in a double room in a hotel you would have a fold down bed and not a standard double bed.

Always friendly ,clean and meets our needs. Brilliant location and facilities. Close to Stratford station. Peaceful and quiet nights sleep but they really do need to provide 2 pillows !!! The one pillow was as flat as a pancake too !

The rooms are absolutely quiet and nice. With the small kitchen inside we felt like home. And it provided us with an opportunity to have a small snack without leaving the room. Even though it was not directly in London we liked it exactly like that. After being in the crowded city we came back to have a coffee in one of the small cafes in the vicinity. The service personnel was really attentive: for example they tried to get us tickets for ABBA and the Sky Garden on short notice or remembered my special wish for breakfast the other day. Thank you, we are coming back!

The little flat would’ve been pokey for 4 - as planned originally - and was blooming pricey for 2. But it was lovely, clean, service was friendly, underground parking lift was cool as. Was disappointed that the design of the building meant the view of the city below was obscured by a solid ledge thing, but that’s ok.

I am very disappointed with the rude service & behavior of a front desk staff. The guy was very racist and rude towards my friends. My friends were having dinner with me & he thought they would stay overnight with me. He said to their face that they have to leave the property by 10pm. Whenever I visit London from USA, I stay in this property because of its convenient location. But after staying here six nights, I have realized they have more negative aspects than positives. They charge money if you ask a few extra towels, they did not clean my room for six nights, it became dirty. If I asked to clean, they would have charged me extra for that, this is ridiculous. They have charged me a significant amount of money, with this price I could have stayed at a better hotel with better service. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Stayed for 9 nights with my family. Property is great. Staff did what they needed to do, but were not welcoming. They did not greet or acknowledge customers, unless approached by the customer. The clenaing interval is quite long. Rooms are a great size for London and the kitchen is beautifully stocked. Be aware that the freezer section is tiny, with mostly fridge. The facility has clearly been well thought out, with modern equipment, a laundry room and a small play area for kids. TV channels are quite limited, but the basics are available. Great location- shops, transportation, playgrounds- just a short walk away. Overall, a great stay. Will go again.

The rooms are sized as any average hotel room, and not once was the room studio cleaned. Instead they charge an extra fee and just allow for the litter to pile up. This knowing that most guests are staying for work reasons and return too late in the evening to squeeze in cleaning basics. I would rather pay the same extortionate fee and receive 'hotel' services - which is exactly what I did in the end, in Stratford.

We love it here!! We have family who live in London so regularly visit and really enjoy staying at the Adagio…. The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful, it’s relaxed, easy going, v convenient for the train network and the rooms with the little kitchenette are fab!! The check-in staff and the manager were not helpful at all and even some kind of rude. The rooms of the 11th floor we stayed in with windows blocked by a tall barrier directly outside. Felt like in the basement. Really negative experience in this hotel.

1 bedroom with a double and a single sofa bed, well equipped kitchen. The shower had been fitted with an inward hinged door rather than a slide or a screen. It was a squeeze to get round it and we are fairly normal sized! really good location close to tube, Westfield and DLR, on edge of Olympic Park, staff were really friendly. Really quiet could not hear neighbours or corridor noise. Planning to use it again

We travelled as a family. It was so clean, quiet and close to stratford station with connecting lines to london central. And walking distance to westfield center. So you dont have to pay overprice for breakfast at the hotel. There are lots of eatingplaces at the center which is just a 3 minutte walk. Would go again:)

Great location for the rail station as well as Stratford shopping centre. Very quiet at night, rooms were clean tidy and ideal along with the secure parking at the apartments. Laundry service and gym also available. Well worth the money.

Would recommend this hotel. We were visiting London to attend a week long event at VeloPark which was a 5 min walk away. Great location for Velodrome, shopping at Westfield and easy travel into central London. Aparthotel was a great base and felt very safe. We parked at NCP Stratford International which we pre booked. Would recommend.

This is the second time I’ve stayed on the property and it hasn’t disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is wonderful, and it’s proximity to Stratford station is perfect to get you around London.

We had a delightful 8 night stay here. The hotel and room are practically new. It really did feel like a small apartment, with everything you'd need, including a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils, cooking supplies, a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use these (except the microwave occasionally) but it was impressive. Room and bedding were comfortable, with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was quite modern with decent shower stall and some toiletries provided. Cleaning was offered once (free) for the week, but otherwise you need to pay a small fee for towel changes and room cleanings. It was not a concern for us. The room was quiet and as other have mentioned, they appear to have been soundproofed. The surrounding area is quiet and suburban feeling, but immediately adjacent is a supermarket and one of the largest shopping malls in Britain. Everything one would need is in there. Multiple public transit options are nearby, including several Underground lines, an Overground line, National Rail, local buses and express buses to Stansted Airport (very handy). We could get to anywhere we wanted to go in London within a half hour with one the available lines here. Breakfast is offered in the lobby but at £17.50 - thought it was pricey and passed on it. Besides, so many food options are nearby. This is in the "East Village" of Stratford, London - an interesting, culturally diverse area. We felt safe at all hours, and would stay again.

This was a very good property. The location is very close to the Westfield Mall, Stratford and the Stradford train station. They have buffet breakfast for a fee. The only drawback during our stay was the laundry facility. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers. The washers work only on 1 pound coins. The hotel reception doesn’t exchange foreign currency so it was challenging.
