We needed a pet friendly stop during coming and going on our vacation, and Home2Suites in Augusta fit the bill perfectly. We will stay there again if we are ever in that area. So easy to get in and out from the Interstate, and lots of convenient shopping and restaurants nearby.

Stayed here to attend a wedding with my kids, husband and mom. Check in attendant was super friendly for it being so late. Pleasantly surprised by the sis of our room, perfect for two little girls to run around. Great kitchenette with dishwater! TV was a little wonky with its operation. Decent hot water and pressure. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked perfectly. Breakfast had a good assortment but a little crowded. Only a few cons: entrance is narrow so if there are people leaving/coming in it gets tight. Our toilet kept running so you had to jiggle the handle. The inroom trash can for recycling was too small and we easily filled it on our 2nd day. Only one elevator was working when we checked in and during our stay the 2nd one went down. All in all I would stay again and the staff was super great.

Great property. Flew in to sign for a house. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights convient to everything we needed. Parking is a little small but other then that it felt clean and safe and the breakfast was good!

Nice location close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. I did not like that the room was not that clean. I went over the room to clean better. A lot of hair in bathroom. It’s like the are using the same rag to clean. even though, I always clean and wipe down high-touch areas. When I see that the initial cleaning was not done good, it makes me uncomfortable. Although, beds were comfy, I didn’t sleep well. I would book another hotel if I had to stay in this area again. I’ve stayed at Homes2 Suites before and rooms were immaculate, so my expectations were already set.

It was a nice room though I did kill a roach on our first night there. The top hinge on the door to the room was loose so the door was rubbing and we had to lift up on the handle to ease the friction. It was pretty noisy opening and closing the door. But, overall it was a nice room. The full fridge was really nice. It was a good stay.

The rooms are in bad need of proper cleaning and/or a facelift. The carpets are badly stained. There were at least 10 bad stains in my room and close to the same in my parent’s room. The tap in the bath had mineral blockage, the blind was damaged, and there was some hair around. I wouldn’t stay again

This Home2 was a fine location. -Beds were comfortable, clean and I slept well -Neighbors were loud and up until 2am -Breakfast was great -Staff was professional and nice! Great!!! -You must have a car to stay in this area. Plenty of chain food options nearby! -House phone was broken -Maybe too many stains on the carpet -Bathroom/shower was clean but maybe a little dated. Hot water took a while to come up -TV was clunky -Have to pay for premium wifi

Unfortunately my co-worker went into her room and there wasn't a light fixture in the bathroom. They were sold out so she couldn't be placed in another room. The clerk admitted they shouldn't have put her in there. They attended to solve the problem by bringing a lap that she plugged in the way. This WAS NOT good as a woman needs the light and mirror for make up and hair. We will NEVER stay at this property again!!!!!

The people above us jumped and ran all night long. Even after we complained at the front desk after 11 pm, some of the noise continued. We did not get a good night's sleep, even after a 9 hour drive. Cole was great!

This hotel is in a unique location, in a business area (banks) which makes it quiet and feel secluded. However, it is only minutes to shopping and restaurants. Overall I'd rate the hotel a 90 for condition. It's starting to show a few signs of wear. The only real issue we had was that our room A/C just couldn't keep up in the heat. We ran it constantly at the lowest temperature possible and we still would have liked it a little cooler. The Maintenance Crew looked at it, so I assume it was doing the best it could.

The facility was awesome, my only concern was that I couldn't access wifi. I contacted the front desk and when I tried to input the information, it didn't work. The message on my laptop kept saying "connected" but I could access the internet. No mater what I tried.

I usually love this hotel. I reserved a room with a king sized bed and got placed in a room with 2 queens Not as comfortable as I was traveling with my wife. The shower never got hot and the toilet took forever to refill the tank. 20 minutes plus The breakfast is good and the lady running the breakfast is always amazing!

The location was great, so easy to find. The hotel and our room were most comfortable. The suite was roomy and had all of the amenities we needed. It was so nice to find this great hotel where we and our pups could stay comfortably!

The front desk was SOOOOO polite and helpful! My name is Charlotte and we had the one thing in common. His beloved wife he lost had the same name, as well as his daughter. He was VERY HOSPITABLE! I TRUTHFULLY have never been to any property as nice as he was. Offered me water and coffee. Filled me in on the amenities as well! This man should be part of management if he is not. The check out girl was sweet as well! Thanks for everything! Happy New Year to you all!

Hotel is quiet. Room was clean upon arrival. Advertise maid service every other day. Four days into stay no maid service in room. No hot water available at 4:45 am for shower on two days. Amenities in room are like new. Front desk staff are pleasant and courteous.

Great hotel and in a really good location. It’s a newer hotel and it has become my go to when traveling to Augusta. It’s right by everything (near Regal 20) so getting to the major streets and highway are all 5-7min away with many food options less than 10min away. Staff is also nice

I liked the design of the room. Everything was clean and nice. It was equipped well too. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast. The eggs were soggy in the middle and hard on the edges. They were stuck to the pan and almost impossible to get out. The breakfast could definitely be improved.
