Comfort Gardens

The room was cleanly kept, upon my arrival each day. And the staff was always cheery with a smile, very easy to talk to. The room had a minisplit air conditioner that could freeze you out in minutes if you wanted, and their WiFi and smart TVs were modern and fast, didn’t run into power hiccups or latency issues. Their pool was cleanly and they also have nice well behaved cats that you’ll see from time to time just as elsewhere within Nairobi. I really enjoyed being right beside village market and the security for the hotel was always so friendly. The morning breakfast was always a treat, and they also serve supper if requested I believe. They have ice cold beer as well! I’ll definitely be using comfort gardens in my future trips.

Everything well, nice staff and environment. Only bad thing i've been charged extra 10 usd for a small delay because i had to report my luggage didn't arrive.

Clean room

It was too expensive for what was provided. I made the huge mistake of booking through Expedia. I originally did so to get my visa not knowing it was non refundable. When I realized I was paying twice what I should have I tried to cancel and the hotel refused to cancel without penalty. I would not return to this property nor use Expedia again to get a hotel booking. I felt cheated and it impacted my entire experience. Non refundable is a terrible policy. My family runs a bnb in the US and we allow people to cancel if something comes up and they can’t make it. I felt cheated having overplayed for a property where the internet did not work well and it colored my entire experience.

Staff is fantastic. Grounds are pretty, hotel is a bit dated but great value for money. Very conveniently located adjacent to Village Market mall. They also arrange safaris.
