The hotel was very clean, with a lovely pool that I didn’t have time to use. Bed very comfortable. Check in was easy and efficient and friendly. Good location in center, however, that being said, we were near a park with lots of action. The music playing extremely loud until 3:30am made sleeping impossible. It was extremely frustrating. Not the fault of the hotel, but beware this could happen.

The folks at reception were friendly and helpful. The receptionist gave us a tour of the space, since our room was in a second building. The pool is not deep, but clean and great for cooling off. Rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Walls are a little thin in terms of sound, but also there was a lot of noise on the street from a festival in the plaza next door. A little noise in exchange for churros and tacos al pastor was no problem for us!

Buena relación precio - calidad. La habitación, ropa de cama, baño y todo estaba muy limpio, cuenta con elevador, recepción 24 hrs. No usamos nada solo la habitación . Pero por el precio 45usd estuvo excelente

The location is amazing, next to the Parque De Palapas. 10min walking distance to Mercado 28. The only issue we experienced is a damp smell from the bathroom. So we kept the bathroom door closed all the time. But apart from that amazing staff, perfect location for someone who would like to explore downtown Cancun.

No hot water, and they didn’t manage to fix it in 2 days. Receptionist told us we would only have to let the water running for 15 minutes to get hot water (how eco friendly it is), but it wasn’t working eitheir way. I highly advise not to stay in this hotel.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, geräumiges gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, allerdings wird das Spülwasser im Wasserkasten nur mit deutlicher Verzögerung aufgefüllt und das Duschwasser wird nicht richtig heiß.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Great area next to local park with LOTS of food vendors, restaurants, entertainment, and great for kids. Walking distance to the bus station, the wonderful Mercado, and has a convenience store next door. Very clean hotel, feels new. If you want a local experience and walkable access to everything, I would highly recommend this hotel

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable but both nights there was very loud bad music coming from the park late into the night.

There are many bars around the hotel and at night the volume of the music is very loud, I couldn't sleep because of the loud music.

We love to stay here when we come to Cancun! The rooms are nice and local food and shopping is within walking distance.

the location is good. We checked in on 12/29, the next door restaurant had a party, the noise was very loud. we could not steep. The noise finally stopped at 4 am on 12/30. We did not sleep the whole night. I asked the property front desk if there is anything they can do about this ? The front desk said the noise came from next door, there is nothing they can do for me. The front desk suggested I contact the manger to follow up. I was very disappointed about this. I sent email to the hotel manger , no response.

This was our last night in Mexico and we wanted to stay in the central part of Cancun to continue with a more authentic experience. I chose this place based on the reviews, proximity to dining and to the airport for our 8am flight. There was some mention in the reviews of the Park located adjacent to the hotel having a street fair with music that went somewhat late. That was alluring to me & not at all a turn off because 1) sounds fun and 2) we are night owls but I will say more about this later. When we arrived the streets around the hotel were packed and there were people directing traffic. The park was hoppin with music & people everywhere...I was excited for a last night of fun but also worried we may have to park far from our hotel. Fortunately when we pulled up, the hotel had put cones out front to keep people from parking there. We pulled right up & were able to park there the remainder of the night. The area around the hotel was well lit and my car could be seen from the clerks desk so I felt comfortable leaving it there. Check in was quick & easy. The attendant was friendly however did not speak much English so if you do not speak Spanish communication might be challenging. The room was clean & had all the basic necessities. Our patio doors opened to a nice shared courtyard. Now back to the street fair. In addition to the bed being extremely firm & pillows being extremely flat, the music from the fair seemed to get louder around midnight and went until almost 4am.

Todo muy bien. La habitación limpia y grande. En las fotos de publicidad se ve más chiquita pero en vivo es otra cosa. Todo bien.

Enjoyed the stay! The facilities were very clean and the staff was very responsive. The place is very close to the Parque de Las Palapas (less than a minute). Would definitely stay there again.

The hospitality was amazing, front desk personnel was very kind and accommodating. He helped us with our bags upstairs and brought us to our room. We requested a later check out and they agreed to it. The room was super clean, it took a while for the AC to kick in as they turn it off until you get in your room. The water pressure of the shower was mediocre and the sink drainage was very slow but the rest was pretty good for the price. The location was excellent, you get a good taste of the real culture and experience in the city. Lots of street food options around and restaurants, and some flea market and a convenience store just around the corner. Overall, it was a great stay for the price.

Pues lo que ofrecen como el desayuno no lo cumplen. Te lo quieren cobrar doble. Y lo peor no cumple las obligaciones fiscales al no otorgar factura. Estuve insistiéndoles una semana y nunca la enviaron. Cuidado con este hotel a los que requieren factura de hospedaje.

The hotel was very nice and in a convenient location. Our first night we had noisy neighbours, but the property quickly rectified the situation and upgraded our room for free! They were very helpful and accommodating of all our needs. Highly recommend staying here.

Une catastrophe ! J’ai réservé une Master suite 1 king bed pour 4 personnes incluant 1 très grand lit et 1 canapé lit (grand) coin salle à manger séparé coin salon séparé cafetière ou bouilloire à mon arrivé l’hôte nous a donné une chambre classique (un lit qui n’était pas king bed) avec un sofa pour couchage 1 personne et à refusé de nous donner la chambre réservée nous avions que 2 serviettes de bains pour 4 personnes. Il a aussi refusé le petit déjeuner alors que ma réservation le prévoyait. Je suis scandalisé par son attitude malhonnête. Nous venions de faire 10 heures de vol donc très fatigué et il n’a eu aucune considération pour nous. Je ne comprends pas que vous puissiez proposer des hôtels avec des hôtes aussi malhonnêtes. Je souhaite obtenir un remboursement pour la chambre que j’ai payé et que je n’ai pas eu. Dans l’attente de votre retour Me Fergui

I have stayed twice at the international suites hotel because I already enjoyed the first stay very much. The hotel is located in a lively area close to the ADO bus station. At the plaza de palapas are many street food option that I tried all. The staff was super nice and helpful and I loved it! Thank you!!!!

El hotel cumple con lo que ofrece, esta muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Cancun, tiene cerca avenidas para tomar el camión a la zona hotelera

Pues lo que ofrecen como el desayuno no lo cumplen. Te lo quieren cobrar doble. Y lo peor no cumple las obligaciones fiscales al no otorgar factura. Estuve insistiéndoles una semana y nunca la enviaron. Cuidado con este hotel a los que requieren factura de hospedaje.
