The staff and cleaning during your stay is great, but the property is outdated. Lighting in halls is horrid, the centrally located ice machine is broken, RFID locking door is broken on the second floor, and the coffee/tea served is just sad. Otherwise, the actual rental unit has been recently renovated and is comfortable.

I like that they have a laundry area. Friendly customer service and has several vending machines. I don’t like that my AC didn’t cool enough. It shows 66 when it feels like 74 or 75.

I needed a place near the Airport since I missed my flight and had a red eye rescheduled for the next day. Of what was available in the lower price tier, I went with the Motel 6 based on reviews and my general familiarity with the chain. The location is very close to the Airport and is on a block with many dining options, which was convenient when it was time for dinner. My room was at the back of the hotel, ALL THE WAY back. Literally the last room on the first floor. It was as far away from the front desk as you could get. The room was ample size with basic amenities. A large clean bed, a TV and basic seating next to the bed. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The A/C was on and was COLD. There was a dank moisture in the air, but the room didn't have a strong odor. There was some noise from the hallway, but the place was generally quiet. The front desk staff were pleasant, and there was a communal microwave near the front desk (that I didn't use). That's also where the ice machine was located. Coin operated laundry was available, as well. Overall an affordable, no-frills stay with basic amenities.

I loved the place and the ambiance. The staff was excellent and supportive. This place is quite near to the airport, and bus service area. Besides that, you can find Dunkin, Starbucks, and Chipotle adjacent to the building. Though no refrigerator and oven are available in the room but are provided in common amenities. Tea and coffee in the morning are complementary and can be self-served near the conference room beside the reception. The place is clean and well-maintained, room service is outstanding, and has an ample parking space. Overall, my stay was comfortable and I highly recommend visiting this place.

It is very close to miami international airport. Room was pretty decent with ample parking space. Room was cleaned daily. Lot of eating options like macd, subway, chipotle are at walkable distance. Costco and walmart are nearby as well.

When you arrive to the lobby looks nice but when you have to go to the room is really creepy. They do not have an elevator, only 2 floors but in our case we came back from Panama and had 3 suitcases, we have to ask to the guy at the front desk to switch our room to the first level. The room is really dark, no maintenance at all, incredibly, towels and sheets were clean, that was the only good thing. The smell of weed at night is awful. Great location but $100 deposit hold for this kind of property is unfair. They need to do something at this location.

Don’t normally do reviews, but felt compelled for this one. The room had what looked like poop smears in the bathroom, found a roach in the bathroom, and a small bug on the bed. The staff in the morning was polite, but that was the only positive. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!

I decided to stay here because I only needed it for 6 hours before my flight. The room was clean but smelled of mildew. Did not bother changing rooms as im sure all the rooms smelled like this. Never staying there again or a motel ever again. The room was clean though

Clean room, no distractions, TV worked, internet worked, no bugs, A/C worked perfectly, and KEY WORKED for once. The only funky thing was the phone which didn't allow me to call the front desk, so I had to use my own phone.

We used the hotel as a stop off between travelling from Orlando to the Keys. It’s located on a very busy motorway and next to the airport, with planes landing dropping with a stones throw of the roof. The corridors have a dirty feel and need painting, but the room itself was spacious and clean. Probably good to get your head down before travelling elsewhere, but wouldn’t have liked to have stayed here for any other reason.

It was good maybe for an overnight but the bed was very hard pillows almost flat there is no microwave, fridge, iron, hair dryer in the room. Room is void of any character or comfort. I had food delivered and the Uber didn't bring it to my room as requested so it sat up at the front desk and no one even told. I really think they do the absolute bare minimum and charge what everyone else maybe slightly lower.

Had to run the shower at least 5 minutes just to get lukewarm water, it never gets hot. Also low water pressure results in weak water flow at best. Room service cleans room every day for no extra fee. Have good tv service with many premium channels at no extra cost.

It was a great rest stop ! I got there almost at 2:00 a.m. And still had to pay a $100 deposit to check out in a few hours. Super clean hotel but it had no refrigerator or a microwave. Plus the TV was blurry!!

Emailed that our plane landed at 1:56am due to multiple delays. Got to the room at 3:52am. They had cancelled my room but they called and I was mid air. They ended up giving us a room that has a large hole in the bathroom wall. Beds were not comfortable.

I like only problem was the toilet doesn’t flush properly. You need to flush it 5 time . The tv was really old and small you couldn’t watch it from far. The cable provider sucks . But the hotel wasn’t bad was clean.

I booked for 2 days knowing my flight was going to land at 7am and I also messaged the hotel through Expedia - letting them know when I was landing. I went to check in and was told my room was canceled since I didn’t show up. I was told someone from the hotel tried to contact me before they canceled my stay, I didn’t have a text message, voicemail, or even a missed call as I was traveling. Never again!!!

Room was clean, but it was a very loud area both inside and outside the Inn. The check-in process was horrible. We waited for almost 2 hours to check-in. Hotels.com and the Signature Inn are not on the same page, it seems that the Signature Inn does not recognize Hotels.com bookings or Hotels.com needs to send them more information. This is awful for customers.

Overall the stay was horrible bed was hard as a rock and pillows were flat. Customer service was horrendous I was charged extra 100.00 for security deposit they said I would get it back when I checked never received it back, overall would not recommend.

The value was amazing. I really enjoyed the housekeeping team and the pride they take in their work. It was nice to come back to the room after a long day to have the beds made with fresh towels and the room spotless. Thank you so much housekeeping team! The location was also very convenient. The value was amazing. I really enjoyed the housekeeping team and the pride they take in their work. It was nice to come back to the room after a long day to have the beds made with fresh towels and the room spotless. Thank you so much housekeeping team! The location was also very convenient. It was extremely close to the airport and there were a lot of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again!

Truly basic accommodations, like a hostel, but without having to share a room with others. The motel provides only coffee in the morning, but a Dunkin’ Donuts shop that opens at 5:30 a.m. is just a few steps away at one end of the property. There’s also a Starbucks close by. For lunch or dinner, there are 2 places nearby as well, without having to cross the very busy street.

I loved the place and the ambiance. The staff was excellent and supportive. This place is quite near to the airport, and bus service area. Besides that, you can find Dunkin, Starbucks, and Chipotle adjacent to the building. Though no refrigerator and oven are available in the room but are provided in common amenities. Tea and coffee in the morning are complementary and can be self-served near the conference room beside the reception. The place is clean and well-maintained, room service is outstanding, and has an ample parking space. Overall, my stay was comfortable and I highly recommend visiting this place.

It is very close to miami international airport. Room was pretty decent with ample parking space. Room was cleaned daily. Lot of eating options like macd, subway, chipotle are at walkable distance. Costco and walmart are nearby as well.

A very nice budget motel perfectly situated near the airport. The price will obviously vary throughout the year, but in October I paid $100, and in early May, I paid $170. Not a bad deal considering the location. Amenities are what you’d expect: Bathroom, Tv, a large bed, and a fairly modern looking room. Would’ve been nice to have a fridge however. Other than that, I recommend this motel to anyone on a budget and wanting a place that is clean.
