Wonderful hotel. From the outside, it does appear to be an older building that has been remodeled. That said, they did great. Clean, fresh, great smell, and modern feeling on the inside. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful; we were a bit early for check-in but had our dog with us on a 94 degree day, so she shuffled things to get him in a nice air conditioned room. Speaking of pets, no pet fee! Considering they can go up to 100 bucks, that's so nice! And parking? Gated, private parking just yards from the front door for only 15 bucks! Pool was spotless and they even have a bar and lounge with a pool table.

It was a great location. The room was nice and had a cool modern feel. Front desk and other employees were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a little smaller than expected and parking was very confusing due to construction. Overall, we had a great stay and it was very affordable.

They charged me an extra $25 a night to park my vehicle. Breakfast was not complimentary and way overpriced,so was everything in the snack area. Only good thing was it was located in a convenient spot.

Last time we stayed here (2 years ago) everything was under construction. Luckily it’s quiet and over with now. Came for pride. Loved the bar this time around. Your bartender is incredible and so fun! Rooms are as pictured. Clean and spacious. Awesome views. Parking is never great but it’s an old building so it’s expected. Minutes from everything downtown. Yet we felt safe and sound.

Close to BOK which is great for events. Parking lot is not easily found first time since it is a gated entrance at the end of a turnabout road. Push the button at the gate to be let in and then park underneath.

Our room was so worn down. The walls were all scraped, every piece of dirt was torn and dirty, and it was obvious that hard to reach places never got cleaned. There was water damage everywhere in the bathroom, and the heater would work. Overall the hotel takes advantage of its convenient location.

Leak outside my room, no hot water, no housekeeping and long delays when I asked for both. Debris in hallway for 3 days from leak. Hotel needs overhaul and day mgr that performs.

It was just somewhere for us to sleep after having a night out, but the wall are paper thin and we could hear doors closing and people talking throughout the night and morning. They did not have a vending machine, but had a small area where you could purchase a few items from a small selection.

Great hotel. On the outside it’s not as fancy as other Alofts but inside it’s still the nice Aloft touch. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, and the room was incredibly nice and had a great massive window view of downtown Tulsa

Comfy and comfortable! We stayed there for a concert at BOK and easily walked to the venue. Our check in was nice and the room was clean and nice. Two issues: there was a barn door for the toilet and sink right outside it. The barn door does not cover the door opening fully so if one person is trying to go to the bathroom while another gets ready at the sink, there is no privacy. Sounds, sights, and smells are shared by all. Also, the light switch to turn the bathroom light on also turns the hall light on, so if you have to get up in the night, you risk waking up people who are sleeping.

the manager was rude, looked down his noes and acted like we didn't belong there. we had just arrived after driving several hours and were in traveling clothes. the email said I could check in but upon arriving he told us the room was not ready and I needed to sit in the lobby to wait. it was about 430pm well passed check in time. I had req to stay on the same floor as friends and he said with a tone, because of the room type, there is only one on each floor. I told him I didn't need to have that type of room if it meant we could stay on the same floor. he said no, in a very rude tone. when my friends walked up who he had checked in prior, who are at the highest level of members you can be, his tone totally changed and an hour later put me on the same floor as them. I didn't know you had to be elite to be treated with respect. When speaking to the girl that worked the desk at night, I voiced my concerns, I was told I was not the only one who has had problems with him. I felt very looked down on, when I was there for an event that is not for the "poor" for sure. He needs to not be judging someone because of what they choose to wear when they are traveling for hours.

The actual property was great, the manager got me in despite not being able to see my reservation. They had no room for me, since in their system my reservation did not exist. After I showed the manager receipts and multiple emails she was able to pull up something through Expedia. Enough proof to show I had paid. Despite being so busy they were able to get me a room.. I just had to wait till after 8pm so it could be cleaned. They tried to pull me with my name and confirmation number, nothing worked.. I worried with the concert going on a block away they wouldn’t be able to get me in and I was charged in advance, I worried I’d loose my payment. Very stressful. Systems are obviously not communicating. This worries me since I considered booking a trip through Expedia out of the country. I can’t imagine going so far from home to be notified that my reservation does not exist.

I completed all check in information on the app and was provided a room number prior to arrival. Upon arrival I was given my room key card and it turns out they had checked someone else in under my name. Meaning, they did not check the ID of that person to verify they were placed under the correct reservation ( found out later they had a very similar last name) the attendant at the front desk was able to secure another room for me and told me that happens a lot. Which is very concerning… also, one of the other attendants were very rude, interrupting constantly while we were trying to resolve this issue and asking questions like where are more staples.

The hotel and staff were very pleasant. The sheets were soft and the mattresses were comfortable. There was no noise from other guests or from the street. Our corner room was spectacular. Our only concern was the area around the hotel seemed to attract some homeless and we didn't feel safe walking to the Mayo for our conference.

The area is full of homeless people, it’s very complicated to get to the parking of the property, the hotel isn’t as modern and lofty as it is described and it smells old and like it was allowed to be a smoking place. It has no restaurant and it isn’t so safe to be walking around to local places

I had decent expectations for the Aloft from what I've heard about it. This location was very small, not sure if that's normal for these hotels, or maybe that's just because it's the location and being downtown. As for the room, you had to hold the handle down to flush, the bathroom did would not stay closed, and the pillows were terrible. It's a great location if you have an even at BOK or the Arvest Convention Center, but the amount of homeless people around there is abundant. It does not feel very safe if you are out as a single female or female with child like I was.

We've stayed at multiple hotels in DT Tulsa and this is by far the worst location! There is one way into this property and if you're navigating by phone, it will try to take you down a road that doesn't exist. You have to navigate down a dead-end to get to the property - which is gated. The dead-end had construction so it was even more of a pain to deal with. We went to dinner and were returning to the hotel except there was a concert that just ended and the police had the ONE road that leads to the entrance road, blocked-off. After circling downtown trying to find another way in (and dealing with a map that was trying to tell us to go down a road that didn't exist), I finally had to tell the cop that we had no choice but go down the road they were blocking. No way will I ever stay here again. The room was nice and updated. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice - good water pressure but no shelf to set anything on so it had to go on the floor - which is nasty. Bathroom setup was nice. Other hotels in Tulsa have nice rooms too and a more accessible location - so we won't be back.

Nice spacious room with a cool view of some of downtown area. Comfy bed and comforter was warm. They were quick to respond to and resolve an issue I had with the heat not working when I arrived. What I did not like was that the room had a fridge, but no microwave. The room also did not have an iron to iron clothes, and breakfast was not included. “Breakfast” options downstairs are all prepackaged food items like what one would purchase at a gas station, but items were a lot more expensive than gas station prices. I was also charged $86 for incidental fees, in addition to my nightly rate.

We did not have breakfast and we did not look to see what was offered. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and the bartender was very helpful and provided easy to get to restaurants in the downtown area. The only slightly irritating thing was trying locate the parking lot/entrance to the hotel, there were road closures and it was hidden behind another building. Other than that we had a great stay.

Only reason for choosing this hotel was the pool and the fact that we wouldn’t have to leave the hotel once checked in. Pool was closed and told this after we checked in, the bar was out of all the specialty drinks they advertise, and we were told to not even look at it because they needed to order new liquor. The food menu is a joke and don’t even know if you could consider it an actual food menu. Insanely loud at night and everything echos big time. We were woken up multiple times from people partying. Lots of homeless people right outside the gated entrance to the facility as well. Lots of other better options in the area.

The staff was nice enough, but the whole property was just shabby. Poor fittings everywhere, looked like things were rushed in the rooms when it was built. There’s no breakfast, basically no amenities for the cost. The guest laundry consists of one set of machines for the whole building that looked about 20 years old and were coin operated. There is no detergent or even a place to buy detergent. No place to even get change to use the machines. Overall, just meh for the stay.

Stayed here recently with my hubby for a concert at the BOK. Easy walk to the venue. Hotel had a concert outdoor on the patio by the bar after the main concert.
