I had intended on staying at the hotel down the block. But when it turned up that there were no more rooms for my dates, I picked this hotel very last minute and hoped for the best. I walked in and loved the decor and atmosphere. I learned that this hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean and staff was friendly. I didn’t expect a hot breakfast, but that was a nice and welcome treat. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I also learned that this hotel has a laundry room. It was also in a very nice area, surrounded by restaurants and other stores needed while on vacay. This hotel checked off a lot of what I want and expect from a home away from home. My family was really impressed and enjoyed this hotel. I agree with them! I need to return to the area and already booked my next stay here.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Looked like a recent renovation. Very nice. Pool was EXCELLENT! a bit small but exactly the right temp. Yea! Breakfast was very good. Fresh choices and gluten-free choices, which is really nice.

Seems like the management of this hotel have thought about every detail. We stayed at the 4th floor. Large rooms, large bathroom, nice employees, good breakfast, free wi fi, free parking, free soap and shampoo, all well maintained. Definitely recommend.

Always a pleasure to stay in Marriott properties as staff from desk to dining and housekeeping are always pleasant and professional. Facilities and equipment were well maintained. Treadmill was FlexDeck so that was a nice touch. Toiletries were spare but would probably not use them anyways as we bring our personal brands. We only asked for shower cap and a different hair dryer as it looked grimy and both requests were immediately accommodated replaced (hair dryer even came straight out of a new box !) Forgot to mention to staff that we noticed cobweb on bedside lamp but we saw this as we already leaving to check out.

This is a clean and convenient hotel in Ithaca where it can be difficult to get a decent room with all the colleges around. The breakfast looked plentiful and the pool seemed clean. The workout area was super small and claustrophobic. I would recommend this but just don't have grandiose expectations.

Anything you may need is nearby. All 3 front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The area was clean. One con is the room had a slight odor (couldn't figure out if it was musty, heat, smoke,or something else). The facilities were comfortable tho.

For the last two years I have been staying at this place. But this time everything was different. The front service girl was not friendly. The room was not up to my standards. One of the beds linens were dirty. There was mode in the bathroom and no hand soap. I also noticed some stereotype in this place.

Overall room was ok but baseboards needs some attention, and bathroom floor had long hair on it , this was our second time staying at the his location we decided to do a day trip and stay overnight but overall we enjoy the location, the breakfast selection was good they even accommodated us by preparing turkey breakfast sausage being that we dont eat pork. Would definitely visit again.

Decent property but compact room with small beds and not functioning equipment .. Queen bed room seemed like full beds as it was tight and Ironing board was broken and Iron non-functioning.. Breakfast was nice and staff was super nice.. only if the room itself was slightly more spacious similar to other properties this size with actual Queen beds.. would have made the experience better

The staff was warm and welcoming. Always a smile and a friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with alot of variety. The rooms facing the road could be loud with traffic noise. We had a 6 month old with us and a room facing the courtyard would have been more appropriate for guests with a little one. But overall a good stay.

we stayed for 3 nights. at checkin, they asked if we wanted housekeeping and we said yes. As we left in the morning, we reminded front desk we wanted houskeeping. Somehow, we got missed. the second day we did get housekeeping.

Upon check-in, I was asked how often I wanted the room cleaned. I said, “Daily.” After being out all day the next day, we returned to a room that was not cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk to get fresh towels and toiletries. The following morning, I confirmed with the front desk that our room would be cleaned that day. Later that evening, we returned to a room that was not cleaned AGAIN and I had to get fresh towels and toiletries from the front desk. I will not stay at that property again, and I will not recommend it to family or friends.

We arrived at 2:47pm to check in. We were told by staff that we could not check until until 3pm. We had to stand in the lobby to wait 13 minutes even though our room was ready when we arrived. I understand if the room is not ready, you cannot check in but if it is and with only being 13 minutes before check in time, seems a bit ridiculous to me.

Eveything was terrific on property, but I wish I could say the same for the free breakfast. All in all, the options were good, except they should do away with the waffle maker. It is very difficult to turn over the machine to bake the waffle, but even worse is the waffle itself that comes out of it, that's if you can get it out. It gets stuck, even with the conditioner provided, also very dry and tough. Not very appetizing. And for a 7 am - 10 am breakfast, the oatmeal ran out at 9 am and never replenished. A little disappointing, but we made other options work. The staff was nice. The room was very clean. We were very pleased. But, please fix the waffle option for breakfast. Then I can give 5 stars across tree he board. We would stay here again.
