Unfortunately, there's a lot to complain about here. I'll start with the good. The room was clean and front desk staff were great. The massage service was excellent. My complaints are the inconsistent wifi in the room, average restaurant food and service, no laundry room (when it said washers were available onsite) and had to pay for service, and no casino. The casino was always or just for a certain clientele. I would not say that my stay was horrible because it wasn't for the price and location but I don't think I'll be going back.
